<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media tanam menggunakan pupuk kandang yang berasal dari kotoran sapi, kotoran domba dan kotoran ayam terhadap pertumbuhan rumput gajah zanzibar (pennisetum purpureum zanzibar). Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Banyumas Kec, Stabat Kab, Langkat, Provinsi Sumatera Utara pada bulan Januari sampai dengan Maret 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial dengan 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan. Perlakuan yang di berikan yaitu P0 : Media tanah, P2: Media tanah + kotoran sapi 7kg /plot, P3 : Median tanah + kotoran domba 6 kg/plot, dan P4 : Media tanah + kotoran ayam 8kg/plot. Pada penelitian ini terdapat 24 plot dengan masing-masing plot terdapat 6 rumput zanzibar. Parameter yang diamati adalah jumlah anakan, tinggi tanaman (cm), lebar daun (cm), panjang daun (cm) dan produksi segar (g). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pupuk kendang kotoran ayam merupakan hasil terbaik dari semua parameter pengamatan.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia has a rich cultural diversity, traditions and craftsmanship that has great potential to be an attractive cultural tourist destination. A rich tradition and craftsmanship has great potential to be an attractive cultural tourist destination. One of the valuable assets in enhancing the attractiveness of cultural tourism is the fabric art that has become an important part of Indonesian culture and inherits a rich historical tradition. To participate in sustainable tourism development, therefore, the objectives in this study are to identify the advantages and characteristics of weaving crafts, analyze constraints and design a development model in Sukarara Village, Central Lombok Regency. The research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that songket weaving in Sukarara Village has advantages and characteristics that lie in its meaning and symbols, as well as patterns and motifs inspired by the environment. However, the obstacles are the lack of promotion of fabric and the change of style with the presence of modernization and globalization. <![CDATA[The aim of this study is to determine the impact of work-life balance (X) on loyalty (Y) among Generation Z employees in Bandung. Generation Z tends to prioritize the balance of their personal and work lives. Generation Z is characterized by a lack of loyalty towards their work or company. The banking sector is one of the institutions that Generation Z is interested in. The method used in this research is to distribute questionnaires to 125 respondents and then process them using SPSS 29 with the analysis techniques of classical assumption tests, simple linear analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, and hypothesis testing using the T test (partial). The results showed that work-life balance had an effect on increasing the employee loyalty variable by 35.2%; the remaining 67.5% was influenced by other variables or factors. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty; it is recommended that further research increase the number of respondents and distribute questionnaires with a wider scope to increase the accuracy of the research results]]>

<![CDATA[Students' ability in writing rhymes is still lacking. This is mainly due to students' lack of interest in learning. The world of literature for students is still a foreign world and only certain people enter, other problems faced by students include: 1) students find it difficult to issue ideas / ideas that will be put in writing, 2) lack of mastery of vocabulary, 3) difficult to compose sentences in Indonesian that are good and correct. To improve the ability to write poetry, it is necessary to find a solution in the form of a learning method. One of the learning methods that can be applied is the Numbered Heads Together method). In general, Numbered Heads Together is used to involve students in strengthening learning understanding or checking students' understanding of learning material. This study aims to describe the ability to determine rhymes using the Numbered Heads Together Method in Class XSMA Negeri 12 Buru Students. This study was designed using quantitative descriptive methods. Data were collected through research instruments in the form of tests and analyzed using statistical techniques. The results showed that of the 17 research samples who obtained scores of 65 and above were 3 students or 17.6% and the research samples who obtained scores less than 65 were 14 students or 82.3%. Based on the mastery criteria that the research sample is successful if 85% of students get a score of 65 and above, it can be concluded that class X students of SMA Negeri 12 Buru have not been able to determine pantundans using the Numbered Heads Together Method.]]>

<![CDATA[Pendidikan karakter semakin menarik untuk diperbincangkan. Berbagai sektor mulai mencanangkan konsep tentang pendidikan karakter, termasuk juga dalam penyusunan kurikulum pendidikan nasional. Peran guru dalam menyukseskan tujuan kurikulum merupakan hal yang utama. Guru sebagai model yang akan memberikan gambaran bagaimana bentuk karakter yang baik. Memahami dan menerapkan prinsip kesantunan serta strategi kesantunan berbahasa dalam tindak komunikasi akan menghindari kesalahpahaman antarpeserta komunikasi serta dapat mewujudkan keharmonisan hidup bermasyarakat. Penggunaan bahasa yang santun dapat menghargai dan dihargai oleh orang lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendekripsikan (1) bentuk kepatuhan maksim kesantunan berbahasa (2) alasan dan tujuan dari tuturan yang memuat bentuk kepatuhan, dan (3) peranan kesantunan berbahasa dalam pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatankualitatif. Partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, teknik dokumentasi, teknik catat, teknik simak, teknik rekaman, dan teknik wawancara. Hasil penelitian menenjukkan bahwa terdapat bentuk kepatuhan maksim kesantunan berbahasa oleh guru serta hubungan dengan pembinaan karakter siswa. Penerapan kesantunan berbahasa menurut Geoffrey Leech terdapat 6 bentuk maksim kesantunan berbahasa yang dapat dipakai sebagaisalah satu sarana pembinaan dan penentu tujuan dari pendidikan karakter.]]>

<![CDATA[The Quality of life of young women either if the variables that influenced him including menstrual cycle on young women walking with regular and balanced. This research aims to know the direct and indirect influence as well as the adjustment is the home environment, the interaction patterns of adolescent-parent, physical activity, stress levels, and the menstrual cycle towards the quality of life of young women in Rengasdengklok SMAN 1 the year 2016. With the method of quantitative approaches that use design cross sectional. The sample used 54 teenager. The method of analysis by SEM analysis using Smart-PLS 2.0 and SPSS. The results of testing a hypothesis produce the percentage of influence all variables to the quality of life the young women in this model of 74.67% and the rest from other variables, on the variables examined direct influence of 74.50% and not influence direct of 0.17%. The value of the Q-Square (predictive relevance) of 93.92%, this means that the representative model was able to explain the diversity as well as being able to examine a phenomenon that is in this research. From the results of research that has been done, the researchers suggested that in a home environment in particular components of the behavior of the occupants more enhanced insight or discipline in keeping the environment clean house, because on this research suggests that the health of the home environment in particular components of the behavior of the occupants is still low]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the description of subjective well-being (SWB) in young adult women who are divorced. Subjective well-being (SWB) is a picture of happiness, life satisfaction, and a picture of individual positive-negative affect. Self-esteem (self-respect) and forgiveness (forgiveness) are the basis for an individual's positive assessment of himself. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the relationship between self-esteem, forgiveness and SWB in young adult women who experience divorce. Participants in this study were 100 people. This study uses three measuring tools, namely the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES), the Heartland Forgiveness Scale (HFS), and the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (OHQ). <![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja Karyawan (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) di PT. Indonesia Kyouei Saikyu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dibagi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu : Penelitian Kepustakaan (Library Research) dan Penelitian Lapangan (Field Research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Indonesia Kyouei Saikyu KIIC Karawang. Hasil uji hipotesis menyatakan gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi karyawan secara bersamaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dibandingkan dengan Motivasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan dengan dimensi-dimensinya seperti komunikasi, mereka yang bersikap positif terhadap situasi kerjanya akan menunjukkan motivasi kerja yang tinggi dan sebaliknya jika mereka bersikap negatif terhadap situasi dalam menunjukkan motivasi kerja yang rendah. Situasi kerja yang dimaksud mencakup antara lain hubungan kerja, fasilitaas kerja, iklim kerja, kebijakan pimpinan, pola kepemimpinan kerja dan kondisi kerja menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. <![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli pada konsumen mobil Mitsubishi Expander. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penyebaran kuesioner dengan teknik pengujian validitas, reliabilitas, korelasi, dan regresi. Data didapat melalui kuesioner yang telah disebar dan telah diuji validitas dan realibitas untuk kemudian diuji ke dalam pengujian korelasi dan regresi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang datang pada saat pameran besar mobil mitsubishi berlangsung selama kurun waktu dua bulan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Non Probability Sampling jenis Convenience Sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 reponden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis regresi linier berganda. <![CDATA[In the era of free market at the moment the consumer is a person or a group of individuals who have an urgent role for the company. Then the auto companies should be able to provide the degree of stratification that meet customer expectations. Based on te research results in partial service quality and customer satisfaction significantly influence customer loyalty thatwas equal to 39.2% for the variable quality of service and the amount of 27.0%to variable customer satisfaction. In multiple regression test variable quality of service and customer satisfaction together (simultaneous) could be explained by 25.0% variable customer loyalty. While the remaining 75.0% off customer loyalty was influenced by other variables that were not known and were examined in this research. Recommendations for improvement based on QFD is the “process of handling customer complaints were handled directly and immediately “as well as the interrelated relationship existing on the dimensions of reliability attributes “Aplication of reliable work culture”, had a relationship with the three attributes of he column Thecnical Recuirements.
