Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan formulasi tablet menggunakan metode kempa langsung, yang merupakan teknik produksi tablet yang efisien, cepat, ekonomis dan mengurangi penggunaan bahan pengikat dan pelarut serta banyak digunakan dalam industri farmasi. Lima jurnal studi yang dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh berbagai bahan pengisi dan tekanan kompresi terhadap sifat fisik tablet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahan pengisi seperti Avicel pH 102 dan pati pregelatinasi beras ketan putih memberikan dampak signifikan pada kekerasan, kerapuhan, dan waktu hancur tablet. Selain itu, tekanan kompresi juga berpengaruh terhadap kualitas tablet yang dihasilkan. Review ini menegaskan bahwa pemilihan bahan dan parameter proses yang tepat sangat penting untuk mencapai tablet berkualitas tinggi. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengeksplorasi kombinasi bahan dan parameter yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produksi tablet.

Abstract

The high number of domestic (domestic) tourists increases competition between travel entrepreneurs in providing satisfaction to consumers. Satisfied consumers will recommend to others. This is what is called loyalty. Between service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty are a series. From this explanation, this research was carried out which aims to test and prove the influence of service quality on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction at Majapahit Tour & Travel Mojokerto.There are 3 variables, namely service quality variables, consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. Data processing uses SmartPLS 4.1. The results of the hypothesis test showed that there is an influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction (P values 0.000 < 0.05), there is an influence of service quality on consumer loyalty (P values 0.001 < 0.05), there is an influence of consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty (P values 0.015 < 0.05) , and a significant influence of service quality on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction (P value 0.011 < 0.05). From the adjusted R square value, it is known that the influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction is 68.3%, the influence of service quality and satisfaction on consumer loyalty is 79.5%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the potential use of fingerprint biometrics in determining students' learning styles to maximise the effectiveness of the learning process in primary schools. Fingerprint biometrics is recognised as one of the technologies that can provide unique information about individual characteristics, including cognitive potential and learning styles. This research method was conducted by reviewing a number of relevant literature studies and using an experimental approach on students to determine the correlation between fingerprint patterns and their learning abilities. The results show that there is a correlation between certain types of fingerprint patterns and students' learning styles, which can then be used as a basis for designing more effective learning methods. Thus, the use of fingerprint biometrics offers an innovative approach in the field of education to tailor teaching methods to the individual needs of students

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kecernaan protein, lemak, dan hemiselulosa secara in vitro tongkol jagung yang difermentasikan dengan winprob pada waktu yang berbeda-beda. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah tongkol jagung yang di fermentasikan dengan winprob dalam jangka waktu yang berbeda-beda dapat meningkatan kecernaan protein, lemak, dan hemiselulosa secara in vitro. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) non faktorial dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diteliti adalah sebagai berikut: P0 = Tongkol jagung yang tanpa fermentasi, P1 = Tongkol jagung yang difermentasi dengan winprob selama 7 hari, P2 = Tongkol jagung yang difermentasi dengan winprob selama 14 hari, P3 = Tongkol jagung yang difermentasi dengan winprob selama 21 hari. Parameter yang diamati adalah kecernaan protein secara in vitro, kecernaan lemak secara in vitro, dan kecernaan hemiselulosa secara in vitro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecernaan protein in vitro berbeda sangat nyata dengan nilai kecernaan tertinggi 25,33% (P2) dan nilai kecernaan terendah 21,22% (P0). Kecernaan hemiselulosa in vitro berbeda sangat nyata dengan nilai kecernaan tertinggi 37,97 (P1) dan nilai kecernaan terendah 30,67% (P3). Sedangkan kecernaan lemak secara in vitro berbeda tidak nyata dengan nilai kecernaan tertinggi 26,05% (P2) dan nilai kecernaan terendah 24,24% (P0).

Abstract

Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar Hospital has featured services including medical rehabilitation services, eye services and vascular surgery services. The results of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) at RSTC IKM in 2021 were 85.23%, IKM in 2022 was 85.60% and IKM in 2023 was 85.10. The results is in category service point B based on the regulation of Permenpanrb No 14 of year 2017 about the guideliness for community satisfaction surveys for public service unit. The results of the IKM measurement show the patient satisfaction index which is closely related to service quality. Therefore, the problem of patient satisfaction with service quality that affects patient loyalty is important to know to help increase hospital revenue. This study aims to determine the quality of service and patient satisfaction with the loyalty of featured service patients at Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital, Makassar. The type of research used was analytic observational with a cross sectional study design. The study population was outpatients (polyclinics) at 3 (three) featured services at Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar. Sample data were collected from 381 patients through questionnaires. The collected patient data were analyzed univariately and bivariately by conducting the Chi-Square test on the developed hypothesis.  The results of univariate analysis showed that respondents gave good responses on the quality variables of the Tangible dimension (100%), and Reliability (97.6%), Responsiveness (98.2%), Assurance (99.7%), Emphaty (96.3%). In the satisfaction variable, the Ancillary Service dimension (97.6%), Medical Service (97.1%), and Price (99.7%) and the Loyalty dimension (98.7%). The results of bivariate analysis show that there is a significant relationship between service quality and patient loyalty (p-value = 0.000 <0.05) and a significant relationship also occurs between patient satisfaction and patient loyalty (p-value = 0.000 <0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction with patient loyalty in featured services. Hospital management can increase patient loyalty to the featured services of Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid hospital by improving service quality and patient satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of using design thinking approach on students creativity in write descriptive text. Design thinking approach creates collaboration, creativity and innovation. It arouses a mindset focus from problem to solution, exploring innovation and developing creativity significantly . This research was conducted by using experimental research design. The population was 2nd gr of Junior High Students. The samples of the research were divided into two classes which consisted of experimental and control group. It chosen by using random sampling method. The experimental group was taught by using collaborative learning method while the control group was taught by using conventional method. Data collected by test, test to write descriptive texts completely. After analysing the data, it was found that the value of t-observed was 5.61 with the degree of freedom 40 at the level of significance 1.764, it means that t-observed was higher that t-table (5.61>1.764). The result of this investigation showed that there are significant changes on students descriptive text, that finding explained that design thinking approach effective to enhance the students creativity in second language writing performance significantly.

Abstract

Currently, public vehicles such as motorbikes use several types of fuel, including fuel from Vivo and Shell companies apart from Pertamina. Motorcycle engine performance is influenced by several factors, including the type of fuel used. Many people do not know the effect of using this fuel (Vivo and Shell) which has RON 92 and RON 95 on the engine itself due to a lack of understanding of the properties of the fuel. Therefore, the author intends to conduct research on the analysis of the influence of RON 92 and RON 95 fuel from Vivo and Shell products on the performance of the Yamaha Mio 150 cc reciprocating engine in order to obtain optimum fuel. This research aims to determine the difference in motor performance when using Vivo and Shell fuel by testing torque, power, and then analyzing specific fuel consumption. The tests for each type of fuel were Revvo 92, Revvo 95, Shell Power 92 and Shell V-Power 95 which were tested on a 150 cc Yamaha Mio motorbike engine

Abstract

Microgreens is a plant that can be harvested within 7-21 day after seedling and has a higher vitamin content when compared to mature plants. Various kinds pf plants can be cultivated in microgreens, one of which is lettuce. In microgreens cultivation, the planting media used should be sterile and have a high ability to absorb. This study aims to determine the effect of planting media comopsition on day yield and quality of microgreens lettuce. This research was conducted in the greenhouse of Science Techno Park (STP) Satya Wacana Christian University, in April 2024. The design used is a randomised group design (RAK), with 1 factorial (planting media), which consist of 5 treatments, namelly: P1 (Soil), P2 (Soil + Cocopeat), P3 (Soil + Rice Husk), P4 (Soil + Husk Charcoal), P5 (Soil + Vermiculit) which were repeated 5 times. Parameters observed in this study includ plant hieght, number of leaves, chlorophyll content, vitamin c content and dry weight. The result showed that the composition of planting media had a significant effect on plant height and dry weight, planting media P4 (soil + Husk Charcoal) gave the best result with an averege plant height of 6,48(cm) and dry weight of 0,682 (g). However, it did not significantly effect the number of leaves, chlorophyll content and vitamin C content

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of using a deflector and diffuser on the performance of a vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT) Darrieus H-Blade with NACA 5317 airfoil. The deflector is a flat plate (600 mm x 600 mm), and the diffuser is a semicircle (575.2 mm in diameter), tested with wind speeds varying from 3–5 m/s and a blade pitch angle of 50°. The tests involve SolidWorks simulation and direct testing, focusing on torque, power, power coefficient, rotational speed, and efficiency. Results show that adding the deflector and diffuser increases torque from 1.456 N.m to 1.92 N.m and efficiency from 49.27% to 88.07% at a wind speed of 5 m/s. This combination also extends the optimal TSR range and enhances power output.

Abstract

The gusdurian network is an open movement, the gusdurian network was established in 2010 in Surabaya. This movement emerged with the aim of imitating the 9 values of Gus Dur, namely monotheism, humanity, justice, equality, liberation, brotherhood, simplicity, chivalry, and traditional wisdom. This article uses the relevance of Singh's identity theory to find out how these gusdurian networks are able to maintain their identity as a new social movement that aims to instill religious tolerance. The method used in this article is a literature review method by collecting 20 relevant articles on gusdurian tissue. The results of research from the review literature show that first, the Gusdurian network strives to continue to maintain their identity in the midst of the diversity of society as a religious movement that instills religious tolerance. second, the movement held by the Gusdurian network in an effort to instill the values of tolerance, namely the celebration of Tolerance Day, interfaith meetings, and creating content uploaded on @jaringan Gusdurian's Instagram account. In addition, the Gusdurian network strives to continue to maintain their identity in the midst of the diversity of society as a religious movement that instills religious tolerance. Thus, it can be concluded that the purpose of this paper is to introduce more widely to the public about the Gusdurian Network, to know how the Gusdurian Network can maintain their identity as an organization engaged in imitating religious tolerance, and to understand what strategies are applied by the Gusdurian Network to maintain the value of tolerance instilled by Gus Dur as the father of pluralism in Indonesia.
