Abstract

This study examines the development of the marketing communication within the video game industry following the COVID-19 pandemic through a systematic literature review, employing the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) methodology. In response to the rapid digitalization triggered by COVID-19, companies have shifted how they engage with audiences by adopting new strategies such as social media, livestreaming, Esports, and narrative-building in online spaces. Academic studies have identified an expansion in the video game literature, however, notable gaps remain. By analyzing peer-reviewed literature from 2018 onward, this study identifies trends and discourses. Findings reveals that, although marketing strategies have changed, current academic discussions are fragmented and lack integration. Future studies should focus on distinguishing pre- and post-COVID-19 strategies to emphasize their relevance and develop comprehensive framework capable of analyzing the interdisciplinary nature of this field

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the level of public knowledge about the management of Upper Respiratory Tract Infections (ISPA) at the Sepaso Health Center in 2025. ISPA is a significant health problem in Indonesia, with a high incidence rate often caused by a lack of public knowledge about the prevention and treatment of this disease. Through this research, it is hoped that valuable information can be obtained to improve efforts to prevent and overcome ISPA in the future. The research method used is a survey with data collection through questionnaires distributed to the community in the Bengalon Health Center area. This research will also identify factors that affect the level of public knowledge about ISPA, as well as the effectiveness of educational programs that have been implemented by the Health Center. The majority of respondents were < 35 years old (37.5%), gender (66.7%), university education level (95.2%), working, (100%). The majority of knowledge levels are good (37.5%), the level of knowledge is sufficient >35 years old (72.7%), women (32.6%), elementary school (66.7%), working (39.4%), the level of knowledge is sufficient >35 years old (100%), women (100%), junior high school (63.6%), and RT mothers (50%).

Abstract

Bullying merupakan masalah serius di lingkungan pendidikan yang berdampak negatif terhadap kesejahteraan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan persepsi dan sikap siswa terhadap pencegahan bullying. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental nonequivalent control group design. Sampel terdiri dari 66 siswa SMPN 3 Rejang Lebong yang terbagi dalam kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner persepsi (skala Guttman) dan sikap (skala Likert) sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square, Fisher Exact, dan Mann Whitney. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kelompok intervensi baik dalam persepsi (p=0,001) maupun sikap (p=0,001), sementara kelompok kontrol tidak menunjukkan perubahan signifikan (p=1,000). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok efektif dalam membentuk pemahaman dan sikap positif siswa terhadap pencegahan bullying. Intervensi ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan kesadaran, empati, dan tanggung jawab sosial siswa dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peran guru Bimbingan Konseling sebagai agen perubahan dalam menangani permasalahan sosial di sekolah secara proaktif dan sistematis.

Abstract

Demam berdarah dengue (DBD) atau Dengue Hemmorhargic Fever (DHF) adalah penyakit infeksi akibat virus dengue yang termasuk dalam kelompok B Arthropod Borne Virus (Arboviroses), genus Flavivirus dan famili Flaviviridae. Virus ini mempunyai 4 jenis serotipe yang akan masuk ke tubuh manusia melalui gigitan nyamuk Aedes aegypti betina dan beberapa spesies lain. Adapun manifestasi klinis yang sering ditemui yaitu demam, nyeri otot dan/atau nyeri sendi yang disertai lekopenia, ruam, limfadenopati, trombositopenia dan diatesis hemoragik. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, terdapat bukti bahwa mekanisme imunopatologis berperan dalam terjadinya DBD dan Dengue Shock Syndrome (DSS). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan terhadap sikap keluarga dalam pencegahan demam berdarah dengue pada anak di RSU GMIM Siloam Sonder. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimental) dengan metode pendekatan One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 16 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan uji T-Test dengan program komputer. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan p value = 0,001 yang berarti ada pengaruh pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan terhadap sikap keluarga dalam pencegahan demam berdarah dengue pada anak di RSU GMIM Siloam Sonder. Saran bagi lokasi penelitian, kiranya petugas kesehatan lebih meningkatkan perannya dalam memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan khususnya tentang penyakit DBD dengan cara memberikan contoh maupun penyuluhan tentang upaya pencegahan DBD yang benar.

Abstract

Human rights are basic rights that are very important and inherent in every person from birth. In Indonesia, the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945) serves as the protector of human rights. The purpose of the legal system in Indonesia is to safeguard and defend these rights. This thesis will discuss how the Indonesian legal system protects human rights by looking at the application of the constitution in everyday democratic practice. We will review the basic laws relating to human rights, the mechanisms for protecting human rights in the Indonesian legal system, as well as the challenges faced in their implementation. This analysis shows that the Indonesian constitution provides a strong legal basis for protecting human rights, especially in the context of freedom of democracy in the country, from the perspective of the people

Abstract

Roller tyre merupakan salah satu komponen yang sangat penting dalam produksi semen. Pada PT semen padang terdapat kerusakan berupa aus yang sangat cepat dibandingkan dengan waktu umur perawatan atau pergantian alat tersebut. Sehingga komponen membutuhkan lebih banyak perawatan dari pada jadwal yang seharusnya. Maka diperlukan kajian analisis laju keausan dan menilai penyebab laju keausan roller tyre lebih cepat dari pada umur yang seharusnya. nilai terkikis ytre dalam satu kali putaran yaitu dengan waktu minimun tyre terkikis yaitu . beberapa kemungkinan yang menyebabkan peningkatan laju aus roller tyre yaitu basahnya batu kapur, tanah liat,pasir besi, rendahnya kualitas pengelasan pada sayap dan adanya kontaminasi seperti blok kayu dan plat logam yang tercampur pada batu kapur, tanah liat,pasir besi yang mengakibatkan beban kerja tyre lebih berat

Abstract

Amid the intense competition today, companies continue to strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness in order to adapt to the ever-evolving competitive dynamics. One effort undertaken is to establish leadership that can inspire and empower employees in facing work-related challenges. Transformational leadership style has become an important factor in fostering work engagement to achieve optimal performance. This study aims to examine the relationship between transformational leadership style and work engagement among employees at CV. L. The method used is quantitative with a correlational design. Data collection employed non-probability sampling with accidental sampling techniques, using a Google Form distributed to 500 employees in the production department at CV. L. The number of participants in this study was 83, determined using the Slovin formula. The research scales used were the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (α = 0.903) and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (α = 0.976). The Spearman Rho correlation test yielded a coefficient of 0.588 with a significance level (p < 0.05), indicating a positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership and work engagement

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki bagaimana sertifikasi halal memengaruhi persepsi konsumen terhadap kualitas dan keputusan pembelian mereka di Shopee Food. 100 mahasiswa Muslim di Denpasar berpartisipasi dalam survei sebagai bagian dari pendekatan kuantitatif, dan PLS-SEM digunakan untuk mengevaluasi hasilnya. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sertifikasi halal dan kualitas yang dirasakan memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk membeli. Selain itu, sertifikasi halal juga meningkatkan kualitas yang dirasakan. Analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas yang dirasakan merupakan mediator antara sertifikasi halal dan keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini menyoroti peran penting sertifikasi halal dalam meningkatkan kualitas yang dirasakan dan mendorong pembelian produk halal online, serta memberikan informasi berharga bagi pelaku bisnis dan pembuat kebijakan untuk merancang strategi pemasaran dan regulasi yang efektif dalam industri makanan halal

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), stated that the Sectio Caesarea operation is around 5-15% per 1000 births, in 2023 it showed 32.4% and in America the highest contributor with a figure of 40.5%. In developing countries 46.1%, In Indonesia in the city 11% much higher than in the village which is 3.9%, DKI Jakarta 14.8%, Bali Province 9.59%, Riau Province 7.72% and the Special Region of Yogyakarta as much as 28.26%. Purpose: research to determine the Relationship of Early Mobilization in Postpartum Mothers with Sectio Caesarea ERACS Method to Reducing the Intensity of Surgical Wound Pain at PKU Hospital. Method: this research is a type of quantitative research, with a correlational research design with a Cross Sectional approach. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The respondents of this study were 25 Postpartum mothers with Sectio Caesarea ERACS Method. The tools used in early mobilization are questionnaires and pain intensity assessment sheets Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Data analysis using the Spearman Rank statistical test. Results: This study shows early mobilization in postpartum mothers with Sectio Caesarea ERACS method from 25 respondents, 24 respondents were early mobilization with good (96%) and 1 respondent early mobilization with poor (4%). The intensity of surgical wound pain. 6 respondents had mild pain (24%), 18 respondents had moderate pain (72%) and 1 respondent had severe pain (4%). Conclusion: There is a relationship between early mobilization and decreased pain intensity of surgical wounds with a p-value of 0.03 <0.05

Abstract

The strategic business development of Fasha SME uniform convection in the Cikarang industrial area depends significantly on sustainable partnerships between SMEs, corporations, and the supply chain network. This research aims to analyze how collaborative relationships enhance business efficiency, market competitiveness, and long-term sustainability. Using a qualitative and quantitative approach, data was collected through interviews, observations, and financial performance analysis of SMEs engaging in sustainable practices. The findings indicate that SMEs with strong partnerships in supply chains benefit from greater access to high-quality materials, advanced technology, and cost efficiency, leading to increased production capacity and market reach. Additionally, strategic alliances improve financial resilience and business adaptability amidst economic fluctuations. The implications of this study suggest that structured business networks, government incentives, and sustainability policies play a crucial role in fostering SME growth in the industrial sector. Strengthening cooperation between SMEs and large enterprises will accelerate the transition to eco-conscious manufacturing, ensuring the long-term success of small businesses in Cikarang’s industrial ecosystem
