Abstract

The development of e-commerce in Indonesia provides a great opportunity for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) to expand their market reach. Shopee is one of the most widely used Marketplace platforms, equipped with digital communication features that enable sellers to build direct relationships with customers. However, the furniture sector faces its own challenges due to the large and heavy nature of its products. This certainly requires effective communication in the transaction process to ensure success. Previous studies have generally examined CRM implementation in the retail or fashion sector, but research focusing on the furniture business in marketplace platforms is still very limited. This shows the need to specifically explore how CRM is applied in product categories with unique characteristics, such as furniture. The purpose of this study is to examine how Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is implemented at Shopee Mebel Dua Putra using digital interactions while identifying the problems encountered. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results show that CRM is implemented through three stages, namely acquisition, retention, and loyalty. However, implementation is still inconsistent due to limited digital literacy, lack of admin response, and suboptimal utilization of Shopee features. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on analyzing CRM practices in the furniture sector through Shopee as a marketplace platform, highlighting the communication strategies and challenges that differ from other UMKM sectors. findings emphasize the importance of a consistent digital communication strategy to strengthen trust, increase satisfaction, and foster customer loyalty in the context of Marketplace-based UMKM, particularly Shopee.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dan penganggaran berbasis kinerja terhadap kinerja pengelolaan keuangan daerah pada OPD Kabupaten Buleleng. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota pada 27 ODP Kabupaten Buleleng. Sampel penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 108 sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Metode analisis diawali dengan uji prasyarat dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa good corporate governance berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pengelolaan keuangan daerah dan penganggaran berbasis kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengelolaan keuangan daerah

Abstract

Fiber is a complex carbohydrate essential for digestive health. Coconut pulp is rich in fiber (17.6 g crude fiber; 7.14 g soluble dietary fiber; 43.8 g insoluble fiber/100 g) and therefore has the potential to be used in food products such as jelly candies, which are popular with children. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of coconut pulp flour substitution on the organoleptic quality, fiber content, and acceptability of jelly candies among elementary school students. The type of research is an experiment with a Completely Randomized Design (1 control, 3 treatments: F0 = 0 g, F1 = 45 g, F2 = 60 g, F3 = 75 g coconut pulp flour). Organoleptic tests were conducted by 25 semi-trained panelists (sixth semester students of the Nutrition Study Program of STIKes Husada Gemilang) on ​​June 17, 2025, dietary fiber tests at the Agricultural Product Analysis Laboratory of the University of Riau (June 23–July 8, 2025), and acceptance tests on 36 students of SDN 010 Sungai Beringin (July 19, 2025). Data analysis used Kruskal Wallis, followed by a 5% Post Hoc test if significantly different. The results showed that the substitution of coconut pulp flour significantly affected color, aroma, and texture (p<0.05), but not on taste. The best formulation was F2 (60 g) with the highest score: just the right sweetness, chewy-soft texture, light aroma, natural color, and fiber content of 11.65 g/100 g (up 4.3 g from the control). Children's acceptance of the best formulation (F2) was considered good (91.67%). In conclusion, the addition of 60 g of coconut pulp flour resulted in a high-fiber jelly candy that was well-liked and has the potential to be a healthy snack made from local ingredients. Further research is recommended to explore flavor variations, coconut pulp flour addition levels, shelf life testing, complete nutritional analysis, and acceptance across various age groups

Abstract

Work readiness is an important aspect for vocational high school (SMK) students in facing the demands of the workforce, and one psychological factor that contributes to it is self-confidence, which helps students adapt, make decisions, and confront professional challenges. This study aimed to examine the relationship between self-confidence and work readiness among twelfth-grade students at SMKN X in Salatiga using a quantitative correlational approach. The study involved 100 students selected by cluster sampling. The research instruments included a work readiness scale based on aspects from Caballero et al. (2011) and a self-confidence scale based on the theory of Lauster (2012). Data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between self-confidence and work readiness (r = 0,670; p < 0,001), indicating that higher levels of self-confidence are associated with higher levels of work readiness. These findings underscore the importance of school programs focused on enhancing students’ self-confidence to support the work readiness of SMK graduates

Abstract

The growth of e-commerce in the digital era has encouraged the emergence of impulsive buying behavior, particularly among Generation Z who are highly familiar with technology. A preliminary study through questionnaires with 30 respondents and interviews with 10 respondents indicated that individuals aged 18-22 years showed higher impulsivity compared to those aged 13-17 and 23-28 years. This research aims to examine differences in impulsive buying behavior among Generation Z as e-commerce consumers based on the Big Five Personality dimensions (Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, and Openness to Experience). The study employed a quantitative approach with a comparative design. Sampling was conducted using quota sampling with 100 respondents aged 18-22 years residing in Salatiga, consisting of 77% female and 33% male participants. The instruments used were the Impulsive Buying Scale developed from Rook and Fisher’s theory and the Indonesian version of IPIP-BFM-50 (Akhtar & Azwar, 2018). Data were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis test. The findings revealed that only the Agreeableness dimension showed a significant difference in impulsive buying (p = 0.000 < 0.05), whereas Extraversion, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, and Openness did not show significant differences (p > 0.05). These results indicate that individuals with low Agreeableness levels are more likely to engage in impulsive buying, while the other four personality dimensions did not produce meaningful differences

Abstract

Status gizi pasien rawat inap sangat dipengaruhi oleh kecukupan asupan zat gizi dan tingkat sisa makanan. Sisa makanan yang tinggi dapat menyebabkan asupan energi, protein, lemak, dan karbohidrat tidak terpenuhi, sehingga berpotensi memperlambat proses pemulihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sisa makanan dengan status gizi pasien di Ruang Interne Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Puri Husada Tembilahan. Desain penelitian menggunakan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pasien rawat inap di Ruang Interne Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Puri Husada Tembilahan pada bulan Juni-Juli dengan sampel sebanyak 31 orang, dengan teknik sampling menggunakan accidental sampling sehingga diperoleh 31 responden sesuai kriteria inklusi. Data sisa makanan diperoleh melalui metode penimbangan makanan, sedangkan data asupan energi, protein, lemak, dan karbohidrat dihitung menggunakan aplikasi NutriSurvey setelah konversi bahan matang ke mentah dan BDD. Status gizi diukur menggunakan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) berdasarkan standar Kemenkes. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara sisa makanan dengan status gizi (p>0,05). Disimpulkan bahwa sisa makanan tidak berhubungan signifikan dengan status gizi pasien di Ruang Interne Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Puri Husada Tembilahan. Diharapkan pihak rumah sakit dapat meningkatkan pemantauan sisa makanan sebagai upaya pencegahan malnutrisi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze food waste behavior in restaurants through the lens of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The analysis is based on a literature review to explore the factors influencing food waste behavior in restaurants, including consumer attitudes, social norms, and perceptions of behavioral control. The research method employed is a literature study, reviewing various previous studies relevant to food waste in restaurants and the application of TPB in understanding consumer behavior. The findings indicate that food waste behavior in restaurants is influenced by positive attitudes, social norms, and perceptions of behavioral control. Other factors affecting food waste behavior in restaurants include cultural influences, eating habits, and restaurant management policies. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that TPB can serve as a framework for understanding food waste behavior in restaurants, which can subsequently form the basis for the development of policies aimed at reducing food waste in restaurants, with a focus on increasing consumer awareness to encourage more environmentally responsible behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between religiosity and smoking behavior in the elderly. Smoking behavior in the elderly can be risky for health, and religiosity is considered a factor that can influence this behavior. The method used in this study is quantitative correlational with data analysis using the SPSS program. The subjects of the study consisted of the elderly and had a tendency to smoke. The variables studied included religiosity as the independent variable and smoking behavior as the dependent variable. The results of the analysis using Kendall's correlation showed a significant negative relationship between religiosity and smoking behavior, with a correlation coefficient of -0.421 and a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.01). This shows that the higher a person's religiosity, the lower their tendency to smoke.

Abstract

Flat foot merupakan kondisi menurunnya atau hilangnya lengkungan medial kaki (arcus pedis), yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan fungsi postur dan biomekanik. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh latihan Ball Roll Exercise dan Short Foot Exercise dalam meningkatkan arcus pedis pada siswa dengan flat foot. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi-eksperimen dengan pendekatan pre-test dan post-test two group design. Subjek penelitian adalah 24 siswa SD Negeri Semarangan 5 yang mengalami flat foot. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan footprint test dan Clarke’s angle sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Kelompok pertama diberikan Ball Roll Exercise, sedangkan kelompok kedua mendapatkan Short Foot Exercise, masing-masing selama 4 minggu dengan frekuensi 3 kali per minggu. Hasil: Uji hipotesis I dan II menggunakan paired sample t-test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh ball roll exercise dan short foot exercise terhadap peningkatan arcus pedis pada siswa SD Negeri Semarangan 5 (P=0,00 P<0,05). Uji hipotesis III menggunakan independent sample t-test menunjukkan bahwa short foot exercise lebih berpengaruh dari ball roll exercise terhadap peningkatan arcus pedis pada siswa SD Negeri Semarangan 5. (P=0,012 P<0,05). Pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa kedua jenis latihan memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan arcus pedis. Namun, terdapat perbedaan tingkat efektivitas antara kedua metode latihan tersebut. Simpulan: short foot exercise lebih berpengaruh dari ball roll exercise terhadap peningkatan arcus pedis pada siswa SD Negeri Semarangan 5. Saran: Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan referensi bagi fisioterapis dan institusi pendidikan dasar dalam memilih metode latihan yang sesuai untuk menangani kasus flat foot pada anak usia sekolah.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of work engagement in improving employees’ productivity and work quality. One of the factors assumed to be related to work engagement is the use of a democratic leadership style. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between democratic leadership style and work engagement among employees of PT X. The research method used was quantitative with a correlational approach. The sample consisted of 141 employees selected using the total sampling technique. The instruments used were the Leadership Democratic Style Scale (LDSS) and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES). Data analysis was conducted using the Pearson correlation test with the assistance of Jamovi software. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between democratic leadership style and work engagement. Thus, it can be concluded that the higher the application of the democratic leadership style, the higher the employees’ work engagement. These findings highlight the importance of participatory leadership in enhancing work engagement and productivity in the seafood processing and export sector
