Abstract

Student learning motivation is the driving force in students to be able to achieve optimal learning outcomes so that the desired goals of the learning subject can be achieved. The motivation that can come from within the student himself is called intrinsic motivation and comes from outside the student's self or extrinsic motivation. The purpose of this research was to analyze the level of learning motivation of seventh-grade students of SMPN 4 Siak Hulu in science subjects. The method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used a learning motivation questionnaire instrument consisting of 25 statement items and the research subject was 67 students. The data analysis technique is through descriptive analysis of the science learning motivation. The research results showed that students' learning motivation was in the high category with a score of 82.45%, while the average learning outcome was 41.1 in the low category. Thus the learning motivation of class VII students of SMPN 4 Siak Hulu is contrary to the learning outcomes obtained by students, so a better learning system is needed to provide solutions or improvements to optimal student learning outcomes by high motivation, especially in science subjects in Class VII SMPN 4 Siak Hulu.

Abstract

The incidence of the disease is one of the problems faced by beef cattle farms in Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara Province in increasing the production and productivity of livestock. On smallholder livestock, beef cattle are maintained intensively using a collective cage group, making it easier to manage and promote them. This aim is to analyze the status of the sustainability of the development of beef cattle smallholder farming based on collective cages in Lombok Island from the dimension of disease incidence. The method used to determine the sustainability status is Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS) with the Rapid Appraisal Beef Cattle Diseases (RAPBCD) approach of 20 diseases as attributes. The sensitive attributes that affect the sustainability index and the effect of errors are determined based on the Leverage analysis and Monte Carlo test. The results of the sustainability analysis showed that the status of the dimensions of the disease incidence dimension was 56.38%. The analysis results of the 20 diseases as attributes studied, 9 diseases (diarrhea, scabies, flatulence, itching, demodec, pink eye, anthrax, reproductive, epizootic septimea) are sensitive attributes and need to be improved because they will affect increasing the value of the sustainability index. Determination of the key factors of sustainability is obtained by prospective analysis to determine the future strategy for the development of collective cage-based beef cattle smallholder farming. The conclusion is that the status of the sustainability of the development of collective cage-based beef cattle smallholder farming on Lombok Island from the dimension of disease incidence is in a fairly sustainable category with four recommended development strategies, namely: strategies to improve beef cattle health management; increasing access to information and livestock health technology; increasing the role of the government, businessmen, and other stakeholders and strengthening farmer institutions, farmer economic institutions.

Abstract

Flank pain is a type of problem in the musculoskeletal system. This condition causes pain that appears both on the right and on the left, behind the waist, precisely in the area below the ribs and above the pelvis. Back pain is still a problem from the decline in work productivity in various parts of the world. The purpose of this study is to analyze job risk factors, namely length of sitting, sitting position, and length of work and to find the most influential occupational risk factors among the 3 variables. Research method Quantitative research design through a "cross sectional" approach. This researcher uses Simple Random Sampling with obtained as many as 155 respondents. The data analysis technique uses the Logistic Regression test. The results of this study note that the factor of sitting too long is the most influential factor in the incidence of "flank pain". The results showed that of the 155 respondents who were studied by the researchers, 132 respondents (85%) experienced Flak pain. Respondents with a long duration of sitting > 9 hours were 134 respondents (84%), most of the respondents were in a non-ergonomic sitting position of 132 respondents (92%), as many as 100 respondents (59%) had worked > 10 years. Based on the Logistic Regression test based on the omnibus model test, it shows a significance value of p-value = 0.000 <α = 0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this means that there is a joint effect between the factors of length of work, length of sitting and duration of work on the incidence of flak pain on Toilor at PT X. . Based on the Exp (B) value with the highest Exp (B) value. ) namely 15,808, it can be concluded that the factor that most influences the incidence of flak pain is long sitting. There is a joint influence of long sitting, sitting position, and length of work with the incidence of Flak Pain in Tailors at PT X and It was found that the most dominant factor influencing the incidence of Flak Pain in Tailor workers was long sitting.

Abstract

The era of digitalization has brought improvement and progress in various facets of public life, particularly in the aspect of public governance sustainability. However, as a social phenomenon, digitization in the governance process is inseparable from the population and civil registry conflicts which are intertwined. As a narrow practical example, the implementation of Validasi Data Kependudukan Apps in the Nanggerang Village of Sumedang Regency represents the empirical occurrence that digitalization represented by the Apps in the realm of public governance does not operate as expected, on the other hand, population and civil registry conflicts arise over the presence of the application implementation and its policies. This study aims to examine the application of “Validasi Data Kependudukan” in Nanggerang Village, Sumedang Regency as a social phenomenon representing sustainable public governance. A qualitative descriptive method with interview and empirical observation are conducted as  analytical tool. In a conclusion, this study reveals that the existence of a Validasi Data Kependudukan Apps is the impact of the digitalization process in the government and is a derivative of the application that has been implemented in Sumedang Regency. Throughout the implementation process, there are problems with public awareness related to the existence of this application, causing conflicts between the government and the community itself in terms of managing population documents. Accommodation is an obstacle to existing awareness problems and has an impact on the ideals of sustainable public governance.
