Abstract

Health insurance is a guarantee in the health sector that is given to people who have paid contributions either by individuals or by the government. The issue that is developing in today's society is that there are complaints about the lack of quality health services to patients using health insurance cards or BPJS, especially services at the Puskesmas level. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the level of satisfaction of BPJS health patients and non BPJS patients with outpatient services at the Tanjung Nusa Tenggara Barat Health Center. The research method using a cross-sectional study was carried out on 32 patients using BPJS health and 32 non BPJS patients, the qualitative sample in this study used 10 informants selected according to research needs, 4 informants from patients, 4 informants from health workers on duty, 1 doctor, and 1 representative informant from the leadership of the Puskesmas. The statistical test used was Mann-Whitney. The results showed that there was no difference in the level of satisfaction of BPJS health patients and non BPJS patients in the outpatient services of the Tanjung Nusa Tenggara Barat Health Center (p = 0.215; = 0.05). Overall there is no difference in the level of satisfaction of BPJS and Non-BPJS patients. Researchers also suggest that people can use BPJS health services as one of their future health insurance. Abstract

[Title: Moving Average Filter for Time Lapse Gravity Anomaly Separation]. Interpretation of time-lapse gravity anomaly due to fluid injection in the reservoir is difficult when it mixed with shallow source anomalies. To solve the kind of problem, anomaly separation is performed with the method of Moving Average Filter. This study was conducted to obtain an effective method to separate the gravity anomaly of shallow sources on time-lapse gravity anomaly. Trials are conducted on anomaly models derived from reservoirs with three distinct depths that are 300, 600 and 900 meters. This forward model is then mixed with gravitational anomaly from the shallow source obtained from the field data. The mixed anomaly is then separated by a Moving Average filter. Results show that Moving Average filters can separate the shallow effect from the deep source anomaly and are effective up to a depth of 900 meters. The research is also beneficial for classroom learning in the computer programming class based on Matlab.

Abstract

The Validity of the Inquiry Model Intervened by the Reflective Process to Facilitate Preservice Teachers' Critical Thinking Ability. Critical thinking has become the main competency of 21st century learning and encourages the development of learner critical thinking at the higher education level regarded as an important outcome of education. This study develop an inquiry learning model which are intervened by reflective processes in their teaching, or in its development called Reflective-Inquiry Learning (RIL) Model which is specifically aim to improve critical thinking ability of preservice teachers. This research is the first step in development research in which the RIL model developed was constructed based on theoretical and empirical studies so that it gave birth to a hypothetical framework of the RIL model itself. The RIL model product was then validated by involving 7 experts as validators through the focus group discussion (FGD) mechanism. Validation aspects include content validity and construct validity. The data from the validation of the model were analyzed descriptively by averaging the results of validation. The validation results of the RIL model show that the validity level (Va) of 4.28 in a very valid category. Whereas Va in the content validity and construct validity aspects are 4.26 and 4.32, both in the very valid category. The hypothetical framework model developed based on the conceptual frame and the results of its validation is provided in this article.
