Humans have different fates. Among them there are already successful in their teens, when the head of three, the head of four even some who until the age of twilight remain ordinary people. Why the difference occurs, even though the time given to them is the same. The only difference is the utilization. For that, taking the best possible time becomes the key. While the Qur'an provides a way how to become a lucky person. This article uses qualitative research-literature with thematic tafsir approach that is by collecting the verses related to the theme, then interpret it. God swears by the time that success is achieved when the four components are fulfilled: faith, doing positive, counseling and being consistent on the right track and being patient. In the implementation of general education and Islamic education in particular, the issue of time management is also an important part of the success of these educational activities. There are no few signals in the Qur'an or Hadith of the Prophet (SAW) which emphasizes the importance of time management, even in the Qur'an there is a letter deliberately named with time (Al-'Arr).

Research on construction workers is a phenomenological study using a qualitative method approach. This study aims to reveal the inter-subjective meaning behind the interpretation of a manual construction labor. It shows that individuals experience institutional awareness of the objects that appear in front of them, consciousness is a reality that belongs entirely to the subject. The awareness that is internal to the object will become an active decision, which in the end displays an inspiration to the life play he is living in, even ignoring other judgments about the visible object. Through phenomenological studies, in-depth research gets a complete picture of how the subject perceives the existence of his life and displays decisions from his life picture. Although from time to time he realizes that he is a "wong cilik", he finally survives today's reality and prefers the principle of "dahulukan selamat" which is a spirit of morality and compromise to continue to survive

The issues of radical Islamic movements in Indonesia cannot be separated from that of the Islamic movements in the Middle East. Hassan Hanafi also did not escape the radar that he was one of the seeds of progressive revolutionary Islamic thinkers. Hassan Hanafi as one of the Ikhwanul Muslimin activists and identified as one of the actors of the rebellion of his time. Hassan Hanafi, through hisrevolutionary Islamic Left, is very fertile in the world of movement activists in Indonesia. This paper seeks to see and explain Hassan Hanafi from another perspective. In Hassan Hanafi's thought, there is a horizon that can be an offer in sowing peace in the middle of a revolutionary Islamic movement in Indonesia. The author sees that the proliferation of revolutionary Islamic movements that quoteHassan Hanafi's thoughts is due to the lack of comprehensiveness in reading this horizon.

The term female guardian may still be foreign to Javanese ears, especially women in the Qur'an. This article will discuss about female guardians from the point of view of a thematic interpretation. The conclusion of this article is: a person's barometer is said to be a guardian if three elements are fulfilled, namely a holy person, having a sacred spirit, and not feelingÂ afraid or sad. There are three names for female guardians in the Koran. First, Maryam, a holy man, an expert in worship, never had sexual relations but was gifted with a child directly from Allah. He can also communicate with the angel Gabriel. Second, 'Imra'ah Fir'awn, namely a holy girl who can still maintain her chastity even though she is the wife of an unjust and infidel king. He was also able to defend his faith amidst the glitter of wealth and the royal family that was pagan and full of pressure. Third, Ummi Musa, a holy woman who is able to communicate with the angel Gabriel and has closeness to God.

Da'wah is part of the Islamic teaching movement. This movement can be carried out in various ways, as long as it is in accordance with the principles of Islamic teachings. One of the interesting dakwah strategy models in this study is the Shaff study community in Kediri. This study community is an association that provides space for millennials to be able to learn to deepen Islamic science. As for the purpose of this research is to find out how the da'wah strategy carried out by the Shaff Study group to youth in the City of Kediri and to determine the factors that are supporting and inhibiting the Shaff Study group in preaching. The results of this study indicate that the Shaff study is in the practice of preaching to the millennial generation as facilitator of event organizer and collaborating with outsiders. This activity is conceptualized with a youthful nuance, namely by using the sharring method or casually asking and answering questions and the language used by da'i is also contemporary slang. The style of dress used by the cleric also adapts to the conditions of today's youth. Even so, there are a number of factors that become supporters and obstacles.

Dalam hal agama, mayoritas penduduk Kediri, khususnya Kota Kediri, beragama Islam. Penganut Kristen, Katolik, Hindu, Budha, Konghuchu, dan penganut kepercayaan berkembang dengan cukup signifikan. Hal ini terlihat dari jumlah pemeluknya, tempat-tempat ibadah, dan keaktifan mereka dalam organisasi-organisasi lintas iman. This article discusses the other side of the Crusades. The Crusades that occurred thousands of years ago, apart from having the impact of geopolitical changes at that time, turned out to have a significant impact on social, cultural, scientific and economic changes on European Muslims and Christians at that time. The Crusades are the longest and biggest war in the history of world civilization. Efforts to save the territory under the friction of religious doctrine between Islam and Christianity caused huge losses to both of them, both morally and materially. Although there are some advantages from the contact of two different civilizations, the two of them still cannot be avoided. This research studies how important a parent's role to construct SelfControl of an adolescence punk. Design of this research applied qualitative approach where data collection use observation, interview, and documentation techniques at the site from three categories respondents included punk member, former of punk, and ex-punk that live around punk lives environment. The researchers analyze the data with Stephen R. Covey's theory human determinism which is say that human have three attitude source and that is genetic, psychic, and environment. The results show that parent role is important to construct teenager's Self-Control, demonstrably with (1) adolescences punk were allowed by their parrent to join Punk and even followed their parrent as member of Punk (2) adolescence punk were lost directions because of the conditions of their family. (3) adolescence who lived around Punk circle but they don' join Punk because they have proper control form their parrents. So, once again, the role of parents is very important to adolescence because as we know from data, member of punk have "under control" self-control which means that their acts were free with no rule.

The harmony of the people of Buneng Hamlet who believe in three different religions is the main attraction of this research. How the Buneng community has lived for decades with religious differences, but these differences can actually be interpreted by society as a form of diversity. Then the religious harmony found is used as material in multicultural education learning for junior high school students. This issue is the focus of this research problem. The research method uses field research, namely data collected based on observations in the field. The results of this study indicate: first, the harmony in the religious tolerance of the people of Dusun Buneng was born from customs/traditions which are inherited from their ancestors; second, the people of Dusun Buneng who live in harmony, help between religions, are tolerant and open to each other in opinions and attitudes, which is a reflection of religious moderation; third, the implementation of multicultural education through the values of harmonization and tolerance which is reflected in the life of the Buneng community for junior high school students.

Religious pluralism is reused to popularize that a religious community has experienced the peak of the glory of an Islamic country. The supporting factors are described in this paper so that the religious community in the present era can learn to return to what it was in the heyday of Islam. The formation of civilization in Islam cannot be separated from the management of diversity carried out by the Islamic government in the past. The practice of pluralism is a forming factor in building an advanced civilization, so that people can live in harmony and in carrying out their respective religious rituals peacefully.
