Abstract

Penggunaan umbi sebagai benih secara terus menerus oleh petani dapat menurunkan kualitas benih akibat akumulasi patogen tular umbi. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam peningkatan produksi guna memenuhi kebutuhan bawang merah, salah satu nya adalah penerapan sistem tanam biji yang dikenal dengan sistem “true shallot seed”. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan yaitu faktor I adalah varietas bawang merah dengan simbol (V) yang terdiri dari V1: varietas lokananta, V2: sanren dan V3: maserati. Faktor II adalah pemberian PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) dengan simbol (P) yang terdiri dari P0 : tanpa pemberian PGPR yaitu : P1 : 50 ml/liter air/per plot, P2 : 100 ml/liter air/per plot, P3 : 150 ml/liter air/per plot. Hasil pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan dan produksi dan beberapa varietas dan pemberian PGPR memberikan pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap tinggi tanaman namun berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah daun dan jumlah umbi. Abstract

Shallots (Allium ascalonicum L) are included in the superior national product. In increasing the production of shallots, fertilizers containing complete nutrients are needed from various agricultural wastes which are fermented anaerobically to obtain solid and liquid organic fertilizers. This research method uses a factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of 2 factors studied with 16 treatment combinations and 2 replications. Factor I solid organic fertilizer (P) with a level of 0 kg/plot, 1.5 kg/plot, 2.5 kg/plot, 3.5 kg/plot, and factor 2 liquid organic fertilizer (C) with a level of 0 ml/liter water/plot, 250 ml/liter of water/plot, 450 ml/liter of water/plot, 650 ml/liter of water/plot. Parameters observed were plant height (cm), wet tuber weight (g), dry tuber weight (g), and production conversion per hectare (kg). The results of the study of the 4 parameters gave a significant effect on the 2 treatments. This is what the researcher hopes for and it is recommended that further research be carried out by providing a higher level of treatment for this research. Abstract

Coffee is one of the most important commodities in the world and ranks second after crude palm oil (CPO). One of the efforts that can be done to increase coffee production is to improve the quality of seeds. There are many obstacles in this effort because coffee needs to use several ways to speed up germination. One of the characteristics of coffee that makes it difficult to germinate is that the seeds are slimy and hard, this can be overcome by using onion extract. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 2 factors and 2 blocks to obtain 32 research plots. Factor I. . The soaking time of the shallot extract (B) consists of 4 levels, namely: B0 : 0 without soaking, B1 : 3 hours, B2: 6 hours, B3 :9 hours. Factor II. Comparison of planting media with the symbol (K) which consists of 4 levels, namely: K0: topsoil, K1: compost, K2: compost + cow dung fertilizer (1:1), K3: compost + cow dung + husk charcoal. (1:1: 1). Abstract

Pemberian pupuk anorganik yang berlebihan di tingkat petani menyebabkan produktivitas lahan menurun. Oleh karena itu, penambahan organik yang berfungsi sebagai bahan penyeimbang yang dapat menyerap sebagian zat sehingga senyawa yang berlebihan tidak merusak tanaman. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan produksi bawang merah melalui teknik budidaya adalah dengan aplikasi bahan organik dan pemberian ekoenzim. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan yaitu faktor I adalah Media Tanam (M) yang terdiri dari topsoil 100%, topsoil (75%) + kompos kotoran ayam (25%), M2 : topsoil (50%) + kompos kotoran ayam (50%0 dan M3 : topsoil (25%) + kompos kotoran ayam (75%). Faktor II adalah Ekoenzim (E) yang terdiri dari 0 ml, 10 ml, 20 ml dan 30 ml. Prosedur penelitian terdiri dari pembuatan kompos kotoran ayam, analisa tanah awal, analisa pupuk organik kotoran ayam, persiapan ekoenzim, persiapan lahan, persiapan umbi, aplikasi media tanam, penanaman, aplikasi ekoenzim, penentuan tanaman sampel pemeliharaan dan panen. Pengamatan tanaman meliputi tinggi tanaman (cm) dan jumlah daun (helai). Metode analisis data yaitu rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dan uji lanjutan bagi perlakuan yang nyata dengan menggunakan uji beda rata Duncan. Hasil penelitian didapat yaitu pemberian media tanam berupa topsoil 75% + kompos 25% mampu merespon pertumbuhan tanaman bawang merah. Kata Kunci : Bawang Merah, Ekoenzim, Media Tanam, Pertumbuhan

Abstract

. List profile is a mineral board product that is increasingly in demand by the wider community. One of the advantages is that the list profile is cheap, quick to get it, resistant to attacks by wood-destroying organisms and can be obtained in the form of attractive ornaments. In terms of economy, the list profile with cast adhesives is more expensive, so other types of adhesives that have the same strength as low prices are needed. This study aims to determine the type and adhesive content of casts, white cement and their mixture against the properties of the list profile. The study used a complete randomized design with a further tukey trial. The factors used are the type of adhesive (cast, white cement and a mixture of the cast with white cement) and the amount of adhesive (600 g, 690 g and 780 g). The observed parameters are moisture content, density, fractured modulus and internal adhesiontre. The results showed that the type and amount of adhesive had no real effect on the parameters of the fracture modulus and the firmness of the internal adhesive list profile, while the type of adhesive had a real effect on the moisture content and the amount of adhesive had a noticeable effect on the density. Moisture content value 14.86 - 20.57 %, density 0.61- 0.94 g/cm3, fractured modulus 18.06 - 37.39 kg/cm2 and internal adhesion constancy 6.07- 12.51 kg/cm2. Coconut fiber waste can be used as a filler for list profiles, the results of the list profile research all meet the Indonesian National Standards and Japanese Standar except water content. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the agronomy characteristics of several onion varieties (Allium ascalonicum L.). The study was conducted in Klambir Lima Village, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province with an altitude of ± 25 meters above sea level above sea level. This study was conducted in January to April 2022. The research method used was the Random Design Group (Rack) of a single factor. These factors consist of 4 treatments, namely: Shallots Super Philips, Bauji, Bima Brebes and Maja Cipanas varieties. The parameters observed are plant height, number of puppies, number of leaves, number of tubers per sample, tuber diameter, wet weight of samples per sample, wet tubers per plot, dry weight of tubers per plot, leaf color and tuber color. The data obtained was analyzed using variety of analysis. If the analysis of the variety shows the real difference at α = 5% it will be continued with DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test). From the research results of the Bauji varieties of onion have advantages in several observation parameters compared to the onion of super philips, Bima Brebes and Maja Cipanas varieties. Abstract

. This thesis discusses the relationship between the mental workload of employees at SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. The methodology used is quantitative research using survey method with total sampling, Subjective Workload Assessment (SWAT) technique, and sample method for several employees at SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. The sampling results show that most teachers perform non-productive activities during working hours that exceed the allowances provided. Physical stress is a more significant factor in the performance of employees in the administration of student payment receipts. On the other hand, the Mental Effort (E) factor interferes with performance in managing financial affairs, including paying tuition fees that must be carried out at the end of the semester. Based on the results of this workload research, it is expected that the company can divide tasks and allocate employees better. Keywords: Workload, Mental Workload, Employee Performance, SWAT

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara indikator service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy) dalam servqual terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Gojek. Penelitian ini hanya untuk menganalisis pengaruh service quality terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Gojek Sumber data primer dari penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil kuisioner terhadap 200 responden (online user) yang berdomisili di DKI Jakarta. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan menggunakan software IBM AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi perusahaan Gojek untuk dijadikan bahan pertimbangan serta dapat dijadikan pedoman dalam melakukan evaluasi maupun audit saat ini maupun masa yang akan datang untuk meningkatkan kualitas service yang diberikan kepada pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa indikator tangibles memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Indikator lain seperti reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Gojek. Abstract

Developments in the industrial world cause many problems that are important to study considering the potential hazards that can result in the risk of health problems and even work accidents.PT. Sami Surya Perkasa is a factory engaged in manufacturing. An industry requires an Occupational Health and Safety (K3) system with the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) method which, if applied, can easily find hazardous work activities and can be carried out immediately. control according to the level of risk (urgent, high, medium, and low). This research was conducted at PT.Sami Surya Perkasa and aims to know the identification of hazards, risk assessment, and risk control, especially in the Cutting process. The results showed that there were 18 potential hazards in 13 types of work in each. Controls that can reduce the level of risk are by using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for workers and a safe work attitude, so that workers can safely perform work activities.The purpose of this study was to determine whether the shift workers of PT.Sami Surya Perkasa's production unit violated the rules for using PPE. Abstract

CV.Hasan Basri is one of the tofu industries that still have some waste. The purpose of this study is to identify the type of waste and its causes that occur in the tofu production flow, show the priority of improvements that will be carried out based on the results of waste elimination that occurs, and design value stream mapping futures by reducing non-value added activities as proposed improvements. The research method used is Lean manufacturing with value stream mapping (VALSAT) tools. The results showed that in VALSAT the proposed process of sorting and proses of cutting printing is a process that is reduced to curate waste process and over-production. The cycle time in the actual VALSAT is 7258 minutes with a value-added of 770 minutes while after using VALSAT the proposal becomes 7212 minutes with a value-added of 408 minutes in one production cycle time is due to the design of tofu printing tools. Recommendations for improvement to minimize cycle time are layouts and designing tofu printing tools so that the production process is more effective and efficient to minimize waste.
