This study discusses the implementation of e-Government in Pangkep Regency with the aim of improving public services, especially in land asset management. This research responds to requests from the Department of Housing, Settlement Areas and Land (Disperkimtan) by addressing the challenges of complex administrative procedures and increasing public awareness of land asset management. The goal is to design a web-based Land Asset Mapping Information System using WebGIS to simplify administrative processes and increase transparency. This research applies the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The results show an effective user interface (UI) in land certificate creation as well as smooth functions in the login and land acquisition process. This system is able to handle user loads well, which is reflected in the user satisfaction rate of 76.4%.

Data security is something that is very important for companies or organizations, one of which is the South Binjai District Office. Almost all work in the South Binjai sub-district office uses a computer, especially in processing data stored in the form of data files on storage media without encoding. In today's digital era, many irresponsible parties find it easy to tap company data so that it can be easily accessed and there is also some software that can be easily used to crack passwords. One of the data that needs to be kept confidential is employee salary data. To overcome these problems, a security system is needed to secure text data. The cryptographic method is regarding encryption techniques in which plaintext is scrambled using an encryption key to become ciphertext which is applied in data security systems. The Diffie-Hellman algorithm is a key exchange algorithm, this algorithm is limited to the key exchange process, so it must require another algorithm for the encryption and decryption process such as the ElGamal algorithm. The use of these two algorithms can strengthen the level of data security. From the results of trials conducted, the sample data used containing the word "KARYAWAN" was successfully secured with both diffie-helman and ElGamal algorithms.

Indonesia was the 5th most malnourished country in the world in 2012. The number of malnourished children under five is currently around 900,000, which is 4.5% of the total number of children under five in Indonesia. Malnutrition can have an impact on children's growth and health, even potentially causing death if not treated properly. Toddler nutrition can be seen from the food consumed and nutritional status by calculating anthropometric indicators based on age, gender, weight and height. The Dempster Shafer method is one of the expert system methods used to calculate probabilities. This method is used to calculate the data input made by the patient to get the percentage of accuracy of the diagnosis results. Based on research, the Dempster Shafer method can produce accurate data. This developed system aims to help provide clear information for patients or the general public and for medical personnel is expected to help in handling it provide the right solution, by only paying attention to the symptoms experienced.

An Internet of Thing-based automatic light control system using the MQTT protocol is an efficient solution for controlling lights on or off. This study aims to design and implement an IOT-based automatic light control system that can be accessed and controlled via the internet network. This system uses the MQTT protocol to communicate between the hardware and software connected to the MQTT Broker. This system also consists of several main components, namely a light sensor, NodeMCU ESP8266, and a user application. The light sensor is used to detect the intensity of surrounding light, NodeMCU ESP8266 to connect to Wi-Fi networks and broker MQTT. The MQTT broker serves as a communication center between publishers and subscribers. MQTT Dash is a user application that provides an interface for manually controlling the user's lights or setting the automatic mode.

The Indonesian Medan Map (RBI) is a topographic map that displays several natural and man-made elements in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, especially in Pangkep Regency. The purpose of this study is to map sixteen RBI objects, namely Hospitals, Education, Industry, Health Centers, PLN Offices, Package Delivery Offices, Worship Facilities, Government, Ports, Post Offices, Gas Stations, Rivers, Dams, Roads, Irrigation, and Settlements. Use the ArcGIS Online app. This mapping is useful for providing information about the spatial data of objects and topographic maps. The method used is a survey by determining the coordinate points of each object. Furthermore, coordinate points are used as data input in ArcGIS applications. Primary data collection is carried out by direct observation of objects or places. Secondary data collection includes Quickbird Citra Pangkep Regency, as well as the Indonesian Medan Map (RBI). Data analysis was carried out in a descriptive manner. Based on the results of object mapping in Pangkep Regency, there are sixteen RBI objects, including: three health service objects, one education object, four transportation objects, five construction work service objects, one government object, one housing object and one worship object object. Sixteen RBI objects are spread throughout Pangkep district.

Poor health and an unhealthy lifestyle are vulnerable to making a person more at risk of experiencing certain health problems or diseases. Bilirubin which is related to health is a metabolite in the form of a yellow pigment derived from the breakdown of heme in hemoglobin. Increased Bilirubin in newborns is a common problem that causes a normal or physiological transition during pregnancy. Al Fuadi General Hospital (RSU Al Fuadi) is a hospital located in Binjai that serves general public health. However, the large number of queues of patients waiting for examination results in a lengthy consultation process and treatment that will be received by Bilirubin sufferers. Based on the existing problems, an expert system is needed that can store information from an expert who can help the hospital. The Certainty Factor method is a method that can prove whether a fact is certain or uncertain in the form of metrics that are usually used in expert systems. Based on the results of trials conducted on this system it can be seen that the level belief from results diagnosis to disease i.e. 93% diagnosed with High Bilirubin disease.

The work on this project received sharp scrutiny from Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) because it was suspected that it was not in accordance with the Work Operation Standards (SOP) and not in accordance with the Technical Instructions (Guidelines for Implementation) and Juknis (Technical Instructions) .Naive Bayes is based on a simplified estimate that attribute values are conditionally independent of each other when given output values. Obtain an accuracy value of 0.75, with a negative precision classification of 0.75, negative recall1.00 f1-score negative0.86 and a negative3 support value. Precision classification Positive 0.00 positive recall 0.00 f1-score positive 0.00 and positive support value 1. This means that the performance of the system's success in retrieving information that has a positive value in the document is very low. -Binjai using the Naive Bayes algorithm method, it can be concluded as follows: 1) The accuracy level produced by the naïve Bayes classifier is 75%. 2) The advantages of this study are that it has good accuracy, precision and recall values, so that it is enough to be used in a system. 3) The deficiency in this research is in the performance of the system in finding the success of the system to find back information in the positive class, which is equal to 0.00%. This is because the amount of training data in the positive class is less than the negative class or it can be said that the training data used in this study is not balanced.
