Abstract

This study aimed to identify and analized the effect of ease, trust, and safety of WhatsApp application users as a medium for online shopping on consumer purchase interest. The sampling method used was a purposive method with a total sample of 120 respondents. The method of data analysis used was simple linear regression analysis. The results show that convenience positively and significantly influenced consumer purchase interest because WhatsApp is easy to learn, controllable, understandable, flexible, easy to become proficient, and easy to use. Trust positively and significantly influenced consumer purchase interest because consumers believe that transacting through WhatsApp media is safe in, safe in product guarantees, and consumers know the seller's reputation. Security positively and significantly influenced consumer purchase interest because WhatsApp media is safe in transactions, transactions via WhatsApp media are easy, proof of safe transactions is sent via WhatsApp media, and products as expected shopping through WhatsApp media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence on customer satisfaction in staying at Wisma Sartika, Lhokseumawe City and to determine the effect of service quality simultaneously on customer satisfaction in staying at Wisma Sartika. Lhokseumawe City. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and literature study. The author distributes questionnaires to 100 consumers who use lodging services at Wisma Sartika Lhokseumawe City. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis and partial test results, the responsiveness variable is the most dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction Simultaneous testing, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, physical evidence variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (in staying at the Wisma Sartika Lhokseumawe City, the value of the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.793 and the value of Adjusted R2 is 0.609 or 60.9% and the remaining 39.1% can be influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important issue that is often discussed in various scientific literatures, but many organizational leaders do not know clearly about the benefits of performance and the factors that influence it. This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement, organizational commitment and perceived organization support on employee performance through mediation and moderation effects. The data used are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 120 employees who work at the Regional Secretariat of Bireuen Regency. This study uses the Structural Equation Model-Partial Last Square (SEM-PLS) model by using the Smart-PLS device. The results of the study found that direct employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, direct employee engagement and organizational commitment were found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Indirectly found that organizational commitment mediates the effect of employee engagement on employee performance. The results of this study also found that perceived organization support moderated negatively (weakened) the effect of employee engagement on employee performance. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested to the leadership of the Regional Secretariat of Bireuen Regency to be able to provide full support to employees in carrying out employee work, especially in order to increase employee engagement and organizational commitment and perceptions of employee support for their organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of cafe atmosphere, product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at station coffe premium in lhokseumawe city. The population in this study was all customers in station coffe premium in lhokseumawe city. While the sample is 100 respondents. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The type of data used in this study is primary data in the form of cross selection data which is obtained using a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method for panel data. The results of the study found that partially the cafe atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction partially the product quality has an effect on customer satisfaction. while partially service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction. and cafe atmosphere, product quality and service quality simultaneously influence customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of skills on employee performance mediated by workload in the Acehnese bag craft business in Uleu Madon. The sample in this study was 98 respondents using path analysis. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The results showed that both work skills as well as workload affect employee performance. The results of the path analysis show that work skills can have a direct effect on performance and can also have an indirect effect, namely from work skills to workload and then to performance.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of leader-member exchange, job satisfaction, and individual characteristics on employee performance at Banda Sakti Lhokseumawe Health Center. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 63 respondents who were selected using the Proportional stratified random sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis methods using SPSS 16.00 software. The results partially showed that the Leader-member exchange had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Banda Sakti Lhokseumawe Health Center employees, Job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Banda Sakti Lhokseumawe Health Center, Individual characteristics had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Banda Sakti Lhokseumawe Health Center. Simultaneously, Leader-Member Exchange, Job Satisfaction, and Individual Characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  this  study  was  to  determine  the  factors  that  influence  the  income  of lemongrass oil farmers in Pintu Rime Gayo District, Bener Meriah Regency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with the population in this study are the farmers of lemongrass oil business in Pintu Rime Gayo District, Bener Meriah Regency, totaling 71 samples. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression and data analysis. The results of data analysis in this study indicate that the price variable partially affects income, while the variables of working capital, labor and land area partially have a positive effect on the income of lemongrass oil farmers in Pintu Rime Gayo District, Bener Meriah Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Tenure Audit, Managerial Ownership and Bonus Compensation. The population used in this study are various industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2013-2019 period. This study used purposive sampling method in taking the sample and obtained 105 samples. Based on the analysis that has been done, the research results show that audit tenure and managerial ownership have no effect on earnings management. Bonus compensation has an effect on earnings management.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of Human Relations and work motivation on employee performance. The data used in this study were 73 employees of the Highways Office of North Aceh Regency. The analytical tool used is SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The results show that Human Relations has a significant effect on the performance of the North Aceh Highways Office employees and work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of North Aceh Highways Office employees. Human relations and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the North Aceh Highways Office.

Abstract

This study analyzed the influence of Competence, Communication, and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at PT. Pertamina Lhokseumawe. This study used primary data from distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The samples were 65 respondents selected using the Census sampling method. This study used multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results partially stated that Competence, Communication, and Organizational Commitment positively and significantly influenced Employee Performance. Simultaneously, Competence, Communication, and Organizational Commitment significantly influenced Employee Performance.
