Abstract

Internet Exchange Point (IXP) is a network infrastructure providing facilities for connecting devices to exchange traffic. In building an IXP network, there are several main components: routers, switches, and IXP member devices. This research uses the UCLA method according to the scenario that has been made based on qualitative data from interviews with IDCloudHost. The research object is the IXP network owned by IDCloudHost, which was previously built using BIRD as the primary infrastructure in the form of a platform. This study aims to optimize the existing IXP network management process by re-implementing it using IXP Manager as the primary infrastructure. The research results show that the IXP network management process was done manually. BIRD configuration needed to be done on several different devices and could only be operated by IDCloudHost's Chief Technology Officer. The configuration process was done manually. After using IXP Manager, IXP network management on IDCloudHost Bogor configurations can generate automatically. All technicians operate the availability of IXP network performance graphs, which are more centralized and can. In addition, it also has an impact on the management process that can be carried out from a technical and administrative side, can be developed and integrated into various existing services at IDCloudHost, optimizes employee performance, and increases the maturity and business continuity of the company which means IXP network management at IDCloudHost can be optimized by using IXP Manager and BIRD

Abstract

The increasing population consumed in high production and food needs for survival. Apples are one of the crop harvest products in Indonesia whose needs are increasing, because they are not only needed for human vitamins but can be used as hand fruit or a form of gratitude to those who receive the fruit. In the process of harvesting apples in agricultural land, harvesting is often found which is not feasible in the hands of consumers because it takes too long for apples to not be harvested when the condition of the fruit is feasible in maturity. Therefore, the authors approach this problem by processing the image results obtained to form a detection model, whether the apples are said to be feasible to be harvested immediately and from the image results it can also be calculated the number of fruits captured by the image model , feature enhancements Estimates on objects from this image model are expected to provide more timely harvest predictions in order to provide longer aging of apples and good fruit quality after reaching consumers

Abstract

Although there is a lot of research on websites, there is very little research on art gallery websites in Indonesia. As a result, this study examines the quality of the National Gallery of Indonesia’s (commonly referred to as Galnas) website as a source providing information about the gallery by analyzing end-user perceptions through methods such as WebQual 4.0, importance–performance analysis, and customer satisfaction index (CSI). Fifty undergraduate and postgraduate college students in the Library and Information Science (LIS) program of the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Indonesia were selected as respondents based on convenience sampling. The study found that compared to other sources of information, the Galnas website was chosen the least, but the overall services of the website met user expectations, as evidenced by a CSI score of 83.88% for undergraduate college students and a CSI score of 74.96% for postgraduate college students. This research contributes to the enhancement of the quality and accessibility of the Galnas website.

Abstract

The system for converting analog signals to digital signals has become a necessity, considering that the tools currently used are digital computers. One of the analog-to-digital conversion systems is the delta modulation system. In delta modulation, only one bit is used to encode each change in the input signal, where a rising signal is encoded into a one bit and a falling signal is encoded into a zero bit. This can save the bit rate which, when transmitted over the transmission channel, can save the transmission bandwidth, and when stored in computer storage media, can save storage space. However, if the slope of the signal rises and falls sharply, the delta modulation system cannot follow these signal changes, which is called slope overload. To overcome this problem, an adaptive delta modulation system was developed that has variable or adaptive pulse height for both one and zero bits. In this paper, a comparison between the delta modulation system and the adaptive delta modulation system using MatLab application will be simulated and analyzed. From the simulation results, it can be seen that the adaptive delta modulation system is able to overcome slope overload compared to the delta modulation system.

Abstract

As an effort to realize ideal information for companies, the implementation of reliable information technology governance is needed by companies. This study aims to audit the application of information technology governance of the goods procurement system at PT. Global Satria Aji, because the company PT. Satria Aji Global wants to check profit or loss and also wants to minimize losses related to the goods procurement system.  The problem that is often experienced by companies is a system that is deemed unable to accommodate all the data needed when incoming data increases. This study uses the COBIT 5 framework using the EDM01, APO01, APO02, APO07, DSS01 and MEA01 process domains. The calculation of the average maturity level of the six domains used is 1.58 in decimal numbers or 158% in percent. In the study it was found that the biggest discrepancy occurred in the APO01 domain where the difference between the expected conditions and the conditions that occurred reached 2.04. The recommended improvement is to provide a consistent management approach so as to enable corporate governance requirements to be met.
