Abstract

Children with mental retardation are children who have differences from other children that can be seen significantly with our naked eyes, because they are children with special needs both mentally, physically and can be seen from their psychology. Intellectuals of mentally retarded children are socially slower to do everything in achieving the goals they want optimally. Children with mental retardation usually have disorders such as speech disorders or physical and mental disabilities, as well as uncontrollable emotions. The problems that exist with teachers of children with special needs are because many teachers do not know the characteristics of mentally retarded children and how to handle them through IQ levels and several other factors. In solving problems for children with special needs, these children need to be classified due to their differences from one person to another in developmental delays and physical conditions they experience, so it is necessary to distinguish educational or teaching strategies that are designed and programmed for them. With the C4.5 algorithm method, which can classify children with special needs based on existing characteristics with data that is tested with a model that is used cross validation and evaluated with a confusion matrix. Based on the results of testing with this method, the accuracy obtained is very high so that it can be used by teaching staff from the accurate information.

Abstract

In the business world, data is very important information for companies to develop their business space. In the business space of a company, by maximizing the quality of a product. The realm of the business world, especially maintenance such as spare parts, agents, and workshops, is required to be able to promote its business strategy in selling spare parts. The strategy that must be carried out is with good service for consumers such as providing stock of goods so that there is no stock of spare parts that are often purchased by consumers and the goods sold are not defective. Data mining is in the form of knowledge or information by looking for certain patterns or rules from a number of data. In Data Mining there are many methods, one of which is the association method or often called Association rules mining. Therefore, the availability of various types of spare parts and the number of items in Shavard must be recorded every day in order to support and maintain smooth distribution to consumers, so that customer service activities run well. Data mining is able to create an intelligent business environment, to face the increasingly high level of competition in the spare parts business in the future. Data mining produces association rules between items in January 2019 to December 2019, known patterns of spare parts sales. If you buy P&RK, you will buy ACI and DH SV-512 with a support value of 33% and a confidence value of 66.67%.

Abstract

Permanent lecturers and lecturers who have functional positions absolutely must be owned by every university in Indonesia in order to fulfill the provisions of the legislation. Article 48 paragraph (2) of Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers states that the level of academic positions of permanent lecturers consists of asisten ahli, lektor, lektor kepala dan profesor. Lecturers still have to comply with these rules by submitting proposals for functional positions if they fulfill the qualification, in addition, universities where lecturers work must also proactively encourage lecturers to fulfill their obligations. Many lecturers from various universities, even though they have fulfill qualification, did not immediately take the initiative to propose their functional positions. In grouping the data for permanent lecturers and lecturers who have functional positions using data mining techniques, the k-means clustering method. The data is taken from the link https://pddikti.kemdikbud.go.id/. The results of this study are clusters of the number of permanent lecturers and lecturers who have functional positions into 3 clusters. There are 15 private universities (PTS) in the LLDikti III region with clusters of permanent lecturers and lecturers who have the most functional positions, then the medium level cluster is 45 private universities and the lowest cluster is 228 private universities.

Abstract

PT. Telkom Akses Pontianak has an inventory system that has been used so far. During the research, several findings were found, such as information related to material availability, an ineffective system related to expenditure data that has an impact on the company's periodic reports, and the lack of optimization of existing human resources. so that the existing problems become the basis for conducting an audit of the information system used. The audit refers to the COBIT 5 framework using the MEA Domain. The results of the capability level of each MEA subdomain itself and the Gap Analysis are found. With the capability value of MEA 01 subdomain worth 3.83, MEA 02 subdomain worth 3.60, and MEA 03 subdomain worth 3.69, with an average value of 3.70 with Predictable Process description which means the object under study has reached the process. set runs within a defined limit to achieve the process objectives. And with the Gap Analysis calculation, namely the MEA 01 subdomain worth 1.2, MEA 02 subdomain worth 1.4, and MEA 03 subdomain worth 1.3, with an average value of 1.3 which means the company still needs to improve related to information systems. Inventory is used to obtain optimal results for all stakeholders.

Abstract

The great influence of technological developments on many aspects of life, among others, is seen in major changes in economic, social, and political processes, and even the world of education. As experienced by the College of XX, an organization engaged in the world of education. The implementation of information technology products such as applications has been carried out, but it was found that during the development period until now, the College of XX has never measured the level of organizational maturity in the software development process, so the organization cannot know what system performance is like, and what kind of feedback from users include students, lecturers, education staff on the performance of the system they have. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the level of organizational maturity in the software development process using the CMMI-Dev method. Based on the 22 process areas offered by CMMI-Dev, then adjustments are made to the process area with the system that is owned, the process area in question is Product Integration (PI) or Product Integration and Validation (VAL) or Validation. After conducting the Gap Analysis, it was found that the maturity level (maturity) is 3.5 with a nominal gap value of 0.5 and the percentage gap value of 50% is the lowest Gap, it is concluded that the organizational maturity level is currently at level 2. This means that the process has been planned and carried out in accordance with existing policies, and the human resources employed are skilled in their fields and have other adequate resources. However, in its application, there are still domains that must be improved and improved in order to reach the maximum level. It is recommended to implement the SOP and always evaluate whether the process has behaved consistently and stably.

Abstract

The computer system has now become one of the tools that can be used by everyone in doing work such as office work, managing family card applications, birth certificates, ID cards at the sub-district office. In this case, the problem that often occurs in the lurah office or sub-district office is the queue that is too long in the service of each community who will take care of submitting their file maker. So with that there needs to be a system that will help every employee who can minimize the performance of the person in charge of managing the file. In this research will use scheduling method with genetic algorithm. The results of the research succeeded in minimizing the waiting time by the community who would submit files at the Pancur Batu sub-district office. The time required for registration is 5 minutes per person.

Abstract

Currently, as we know that the use of computer-based systems, almost everyone's activities depend on computer-based systems. one that is currently very adequate in the use of the application is the sales system, in this research the problem faced by the company is the difficulty of determining the amount of inventory stock each month. The reason is because the number of types of goods is not small so this is the cause of the lack of fulfillment of consumer demand every day. Companies that do have a number of inventories whose stock or inventory is on a large scale, so it needs a special system in this control so that the required inventory is always met, the point is for the company's income to increase even more. Researchers as technology-savvy people provide ideas for companies to use a system that can minimize the lack of goods inventory. This is what the researcher wants to solve the problem with the single exponential smoothing method. Because the method used can do fortune-telling in the short term for example 1 month ahead. The results of this study succeeded in predicting the amount of inventory in stock every month.

Abstract

This study discusses how to make a pattern in the motorcycle sales process, where every month the sales of each type of motorcycle must be different. So that every employee is overwhelmed in classifying the types of items that will be recommended in adding stock. The goal is to keep consumer demand met every month. Based on the research that has been done, this study concludes: the results of research with a minimum support limit of 30% and a minimum confidence of 70%, form 20 rules every year. One of the rules established is that if a 2X4 motorcycle is sold, the Yamaha A 90 type is sold with a support value of 45% and a confidence value of 74.46%.This study discusses how to make a pattern in the motorcycle sales process, where every month the sales of each type of motorcycle must be different. Abstract

With a low bit rate will be obtained savings in the use of bandwidth transmission channels and memory. In coding the human voice signal, an artificial voice-producing model is made to obtain a low bit rate, which is known as the parametric coding method. With the parametric coding method, the human voice signal can produce a lower bit rate than the waveform coding method. For example, the waveform coding method will be limited by a minimum sampling frequency which according to the Shannon-Nyquist theorem states that so that no information is lost when sampling the signal, the sampling speed must be at least twice the bandwidth of the signal. Thus, the lowest bit rate waveform encoding that can be achieved is by the Delta Modulation system which is 8 Kbit/sec. While the signal parametric coding can achieve a lower bit rate of 2.4 Kbit/sec by the LPC (Linear Predictive Coding) system.
