Abstract

MSME X is a micro, small and medium enterprise that produces Sumedang tofu distributed to several cities in Jabodetabek. The amount of tofu produced is to consumer demand. This study aims to provide alternative solutions related to production planning and propose production costs that are appropriate for each production. The method used in this research is aggregate planning chase and hybrid. The results of this study indicate that the production cost using the chase strategy method is Rp. 1,677,361,893.00. Meanwhile, the hybrid strategy method with the model I is the condition of raw material costs of Rp. 12,338.00 is Rp. 1,688,271,831.00. The hybrid strategy method with model II is raw material cost condition; IDR 13,000.00 is IDR 1,755,442,617.00. This study concludes that the method that produces the lowest cost is the chase strategy.

Abstract

The Automatic Ginger Extractor Based on Arduino Uno consists of three main units: the input unit, the processing unit, and the output unit. The input unit is equipped with Up, Down, and Ok buttons for navigation, as well as a phototransistor sensor that detects the presence of ginger samples (ginger simplicia) to be extracted. The processing unit uses an Arduino Uno microcontroller to process signals from the sensor and control the output unit. The output unit includes a motor driver, a power window motor for operating the grinder to crush the samples, a 12V DC motor for operating the stirrer to mix the samples with the solvent, an electric solenoid valve for dispensing the extract, and an LCD to display the process status. The working principle of this device is that when the phototransistor sensor detects a sample, the sensor signal activates the power window motor to grind the ginger. The user can then manually set the dissolution time using the navigation buttons. The longer the dissolution time, the better the extraction result. The final product is a liquid containing curcumin, which is measured using a curcumin content meter to determine its concentration. The device shows an error rate of 2.74% compared to manual methods. With this design, the Arduino Uno-based automatic ginger extractor offers a more efficient and consistent extraction process. The automation system allows for better control and optimal results with minimal manual intervention.

Abstract

Renewable energy can be made through an analysis process carried out by experts so that it becomes energy that is widely used by the wider community. And basically fossil energy has almost run out in this world so experts want to make new energy through the use of resources in nature so that fossil energy will be left behind and then energy in nature will be used to make new environmentally friendly energy such as electrical energy. Then the electrical energy will be used for the wider community as its function is the same as fossil energy so that the use of fossil energy will be abandoned slowly.

Abstract

A used oil burner stove is a type of stove that uses used oil as fuel to produce fire and heat which is used in the cooking process. This concept is more commonly found in areas with limited access to conventional energy sources such as electricity or gas. Apart from that, there is a blower which has an important function to maintain sufficient and high-speed air flow towards the combustion axis, thereby helping to increase oil burning efficiency. This test was carried out using Solidworks software with the CFD or Computational Fluid Dynamic feature which has the function of analyzing fluid flow on an object by entering the required parameters. In this paper, a burner stove pipe with an initial cross-sectional area of 2" inches and a final cross-sectional area of 1/2" inches is used where an initial velocity input is given with independent variables of 2 m/s, 4 m/s and 6 m/s and the output is obtained or The results on the stove burner pipe were 17.9 m/s, 37.3 m/s and 54.6 m/s.

Abstract

In general, a pump is a tool or machine that is used to move liquids from one place to another through a piping medium by adding energy to the fluid being moved and taking place continuously. Centrifugal force is the force that arises due to the movement of an object or particle through a curved (circular) path. Centrifugal force acts on the impeller to push the fluid to the outside so that the fluid velocity increases. In its application, a centrifugal pump is a pump that is very commonly used for pumping liquids in various industrial uses. One of them is a dredger used in the sludge dredging industry. From the pump data used, a study was carried out on the pumps used on the suction dredger to obtain pump power, head, capacity and energy efficient opportunities that can be achieved. From the results of the pump study, the following data were obtained: Efficiency (ɳ) : 70 %, Head (H) : 30 m, Capacity (Q) : 10300 ????3/ hour / 2,861 ????3/s, NPSH???? : 53.75 m, Pump power (P) : 5446.34 Kw

Abstract

In the world of health, there are many things that must be done to evaluate a person's health, including measuring heart rate, oxygen saturation and human body temperature. Measuring heart rate is very important because heart rate is a form of cardiovascular activity, while measuring oxygen saturation is the oxygen level which plays an important role in the metabolic processes of the human body and measuring body temperature as an important indicator of a person's health. The development of technology for measuring heart rate, oxygen saturation and body temperature is becoming increasingly important because it requires continuous or periodic monitoring of these three parameters which can help detect diseases or health conditions that require medical attention early. This measurement tool is designed to be portable so that it can be accessed anywhere independently by the user

Abstract

PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk. is a company that manufactures cosmetic products. In the process of packing, operators are directly related to work and have a risk of work accidents. PT Mandom Indonesia's work accident data in the last 3 years (2020 - 2022) shows that there are still work accidents in the packaging section, in 2020 there were 6 cases of work accidents, in 2021 there were 4 cases of work accidents, and in 2022 there were 3 cases of work accidents. This proves the need to implement occupational safety and health to reduce work accidents. This paper aims to identify potential hazards and risks, assess the level of risk that has been identified, and control risks that can potentially cause work accidents in the packaging section. HIRARC is a method of identifying potential hazards found in each type of work. Hazard identification is carried out in the packaging section. The packaging section has 10 work activities with 28 potential hazards. The risk assessment results carried out in the packaging section are 28 potential hazards and potential risks with 8 high risk, 11 medium risk, and 9 low risk. Risk control is carried out on activities with high and medium risks. Of 10 work activities, 9 still have 8 high risk and 11 medium risk. After controlling, the final assessment results in the packing section show a decrease, namely to 8 medium risk and 11 low risk. The controls carried out are engineering, administration, and using PPE.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development and implementation of a blockchain-based transaction system using the waterfall software development method. This research begins with an analysis of literature regarding blockchain technology and hashing systems to gain an in-depth understanding of the concept and application. At the design stage, the genesis block (first block) was created using the hashlib library in Python, then continued with creating an API using the Flask framework. System implementation is carried out by integrating data transaction and user management functions through a designed API. System testing is carried out to evaluate the functionality and effectiveness of the web-based system that has been implemented. The test results show that the system developed is able to carry out transactions safely and efficiently. Evaluation and improvements are carried out based on test results to ensure the system functions according to user needs.

Abstract

Metal casting is a manufacturing process that involves melting metal and pouring it into a mold cavity. This process can be used to create complex shapes, such as the main pulley for hand tractors, specifically the YTS-Revo model. The aim of this study is to understand the production process and the raw materials used, namely gray cast iron, due to its high fluidity and low shrinkage, as well as its excellent damping capacity. The molding method employed by PT. Mitra Rekatama Mandiri is sand casting, where the sand used can be reused multiple times. The production of the main pulley YTS-Revo begins with the creation of a mold using a replica pattern to form a cavity. Next, the raw materials, including cast iron (steel scrap, recycled scrap, and chips), silicon, carbon charcoal, and slag remover, are melted until reaching a temperature of 1300°C. The molten iron is then poured into the mold, followed by cooling and solidification. After the mold is dismantled, the product is cleaned using a shot blasting machine. The machining process involves threading the pulley using a conventional lathe. The final step is finishing, where the product is soaked in gasoline to prevent rust, making it ready for market.

Abstract

Creating the Bangka QUM Martabak Web using PHP and MySQL as an effort to utilize technology to increase efficiency and convenience in the online martabak ordering process. This research includes developing a website that is integrated with a MySQL database to store and manage ordering information. Customers can explore the martabak menu, select the desired variant, and complete the ordering process easily. In the development process, the PHP programming method is used to design a responsive and dynamic user interface. A MySQL database is used to store order information, including customer details, type of martabak selected, and order status, enabling efficient management and tracking of order history. The Martabak Bangka QUM website aims to provide a pleasant and practical shopping experience for customers. With the online ordering system, it is hoped that it can increase business competitiveness and provide added value in providing better service to customers.
