Abstract

Japfa Compeed Building is an office building managed by PT Ometraco Arya Samanta, has 7 floors and has just started operating and was inaugurated in January 2025. The building is located at Jalan Daan Mogot KM 12 No. 9, Cengkareng, West Jakarta. The building covers an area of approximately 29,272 m2. To ensure employee comfort, an effective clean water and wastewater management system is required, complying with the latest Indonesian National Standard, SNI 8153:2015. To meet the clean water needs of a population of 662, 39.72 m3 of clean water is required per day. The ground water tank capacity is 13.24 m3, while the roof water tank capacity is 2.92 m3. This office building has a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) with a water discharge capacity of 40 m3/day. Some of the wastewater is treated through a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), with a maximum capacity of 10 m3/day of recycled water. The water discharge savings generated from the WWTP reach 101 m3 per month, according to daily water discharge checks. The building also utilizes a Water Level Control (WLC) system for the distribution of clean and recycled water, enabling automatic water level control.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the quality of bus stop infrastructure influences the satisfaction level of Transjakarta users. The research focuses on three key aspects: comfort, accessibility, and safety of the bus stops, which are considered essential elements in shaping public transportation user experience. Data collection was conducted at several bus stops representing various infrastructure conditions across the Jakarta area. A total of 160 respondents, all regular users of Transjakarta, participated in the study. The data analysis seeks to identify the degree of influence each variable has on overall user satisfaction

Abstract

The development of digital technology has a positive impact on the construction world, which plays an important role in economic growth and employment. The complexity of construction work requires good project management and coordination to simplify and minimize errors in the construction and supervision process. One technology that can be implemented in construction work is Building Information Modeling (BIM). This study uses a quantitative method using BIM software, namely Autodesk Revit for 3D modeling and Autodesk Navisworks for analyzing collisions (clash detection). Data collection techniques are carried out by receiving detailed engineering drawing (DED) data from consultants, 3D model structures, architecture and a recapitulation of project cost estimates. The use of BIM in the Marriot Gelora Jakarta hotel project specifically to emit basement wall volumes uses the clash detection method found in Autodesk Navisworks software. Clash detection analysis is only carried out on the basement floor (B4 - B1M). A clash case is created related to the volume of the basement architectural wall. Based on the results of the calculation of the budget plan for the basement floor architectural wall work before and after clash detection, it can be concluded that the use of BIM clash detection technology can save budget costs of Rp. 82,191,346.13.

Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country, and as such, many projects are underway or about to commence. In practice, there are often discrepancies between the budget prepared by the contractor and that prepared based on the AHSP 2025. This study aims to analyze the comparative Budget Plan (RAB) using two different approaches, namely the contractor's calculation method and the 2025 Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) method on the BRI Unit Setu Bekasi construction project. This study uses a descriptive-comparative quantitative approach, where all components of the structural work are analyzed in terms of unit prices of materials, labor wages, and tools based on both methods. The results show that the total budget cost based on the contractor's method is Rp. 1,995,455,880.00, while based on the 2025 AHSP method is Rp. 2,414,858,280.00. From these results, there is a difference of Rp. 419,402,400.00 or approximately 21%, where the contractor's method is lower in terms of total costs. This difference is caused by the flexibility of the contractor's method, which adjusts the unit price to field conditions and cost efficiency strategies, while the AHSP method is standard and administrative in nature according to the provisions of the Ministry of PUPR. This study contributes to choosing the most effective and efficient budget approach in construction projects. For the project implementers and owners, this comparison serves as an evaluative basis for preparing a realistic yet accountable budget.

Abstract

The North Boulevard Road and Canal Project in the South Petals area is a project that has been under construction since June 2024 and is the main route for the Paramount Petals neighborhood. This project has a work time agreement of 120 normal days. For this reason, it is very important for the project to be completed on time or faster and not experience delays. In this final project, an analysis of project acceleration is carried out using the Critical Path Method scheduling method to determine the activities that are on the critical path and the Program Evaluation and Review Technique to determine the probability that the project can be completed on time. Based on the analysis carried out, it was found that the CPM duration is 120 days with the probability that it can be completed in 120 days is 50.38%. Then the results of the acceleration analysis using the Time Cost Trade Off method show that the optimal project duration is 100 working days with a normal reduction of Rp. 76,604,480.00 in addition to 1 hour of overtime work.

Abstract

Batu Raja Market is in UPT. Subaim SP.2. This market is located at 1°04'38"N and 128°07'59"E. This market only operates once a week, namely on Saturdays around 06.00 WIT to 13.00 WIT. The market initially took the form of non-permanent trading stalls with tin roofs, cloth, plastic, tarpaulin and so on. In 2019 this market was built into a permanent market with a tin roof. This is where the problem comes from, if the market is built with a tin roof then the traders in the middle of the market will not get enough sunlight to carry out their activities. This research attempts to solve this problem by optimizing the entry of natural light into the market. The research method was carried out by making 2 (two) 1:1 scale models of Batu Raja Market using the Revit 2018 program. The first model of Batu Raja Market had a tin roof and the second model of Batu Raja Market had a skylight roof. Lighting simulations were carried out for both models using the DIALux 4.7 program. Research results show that markets with skylight roofs receive more sunlight than those with tin roofs, so that the market interior is brighter, flatter and visually pleasing (M.C. and Lam, 1986) and attracts the attention of buyers (Mark S. Rea, Ph. D., 1986).

Abstract

The development of the Adi Soemarmo Airport Train route is necessary to optimise its services by increasing the load factor. One of the efforts that can be made to enhance the load factor includes demand modelling. Big Data provided by Google Cloud Big Data is utilised for its capacity to provide fast and large-scale trip data. This approach supports demand modelling carried out across regencies and cities as study areas for route development. The data is modelled with a four-stage transportation model, adopting zones based on sub-districts within the regencies and cities in the study area. The results indicate the emergence of potential demand through changes in transit points to transfer points in zones along the Madiun, Klaten, Wonogiri, and Gundih. These zones that have potential demand are chosen as the guidelines for developing the Adi Soemarmo Airport Train route.

Abstract

Diabetes is a non-communicable disease that deserves attention and poses a significant public health challenge. Although not a contagious disease, preventive measures and early detection of diabetes risk are crucial. This study used machine learning-based artificial intelligence to identify diabetes risk factors. The model was created using the Random Forest Classifier (RFC) algorithm, which has 16 variables as parameters. The model was built using the Python programming language, with data collection spanning from 2015 to 2018. The research included needs analysis, data collection, data preprocessing, model training, predictive model creation, system design, implementation, and testing. The final results showed that, with an accuracy of 89%, the model could be used effectively to predict diabetes risk. Furthermore, the model identified more pre-diabetes classes than other classes.
