Abstract

Based on observations, that the background of this research is that there is a lack of customers who use internet banking. This is caused by several factors including differences in perceptions of information technology, risk and complaint handling.This study aims to determine how the effect of information technology perception, risk and complaint handling both on customer interest in using partial and simultaneous Internet Banking at BSI Syariah KC Suniaraja Bandung.The research object of this report is Perception of Information Technology Risk, and Handling Complaint to Customer Interest in using Internet Banking at BSI Suniaraja Bandung.The results of the study show that there is an influence between the Information Technology Perception variable on Customer Interest, which is 1.2% or t count of 2.290 > 1.989, There is an influence between the Risk variable on Customer Interest which is 2.3%. Or t count 11.870 > 0.256 with a significant value of 0.049 < 0.1. There is a significant influence on the Handling Complaint variable on customer interest, which is 35.1%, it can be seen from the t count of 13.310 > 0.256 with a significant value of 0.007 < 0, 1. Simultaneously there is a significant influence on the variable Perception of Information Technology, Risk to Customer Interest, which is 36.5%, this can be seen from the Fcount of 18.430 > 2.270 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.1.

Abstract

The background in optimizing the application of PSAK No.109 is still often found inaccuracy of Acoounting Staff in making financial statements and the unavailability of an automatic financial statement recording system in making financial statements.This study aims to find out how the analysis of human resources, accounting information systems and internal control systems in optimizing the application of PSAK No.109 in the Amil Zakat Agency of West Java Province.This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data used is primary data, with information taken on amyl and financial statements of BAZNAS of West Java Province. The data collection techniques carried out are observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. The results showed that the head of the Department of Human Resources, Administration and General, Accounting Staff and Chairman of the Internal Audit Unit has applied aspects of human resources, accounting information systems and internal control systems in conducting analysis on the optimization of the application of PSAK No.109. Aspects that play a role in optimizing the application of PSAK No.109 are SDM, SPI and SIA. Assessment of HR aspects amounted to 3 points. The assessment of the SIA aspect amounted to 4 points. The assessment of the SPI aspect amounted to 9 points. If the analysis of human resources, SIA and SPI has been applied, there are 9 stages to apply PSAK No.109 which must be done in order seseuai with the provisions contained in PSAK No.109.

Abstract

PT. Ma'soem Cikalang Group is a business institution engaged in oil, gas, mineral oil, mineral water and an educational foundation in equipment ownership assets. PT Ma'soem has more than 1000 equipment used to support its operational activities. But in managing the inventory of equipment is still done semi-computerized using Microsoft Excel. Causing problems such as difficulty in performing physical check of equipment with existing data, difficulties in finding information on equipment in the branch office, limited working hours to access equipment information and allowing data loss and data duplication. The analysis conducted in this study includes an analysis of the current system and an analysis of the proposed system. The system design used is the OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) method approach with the UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling language. The design of this information system is expected to make it easier for officers to carry out an inventory of equipment, present information on needed equipment wherever and whenever, and minimize data loss and data duplication.

Abstract

Based on observations, that the background of this research is the fluctuating number of mabrur savings customers, where there are many factors that influence the development of the number of mabrur savings customers at Bank Syariah Mandiri Rancaekek Sub-Branch Office. This study aims to determine how the influence of brand image, advertising and perception on the interest in saving savings simultaneously at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Rancaekek. The object of the research is the mabrur savings customer at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Rancaekek. The type of research is quantitative associative, with primary data types and data collection in the form of observations, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. While the sampling technique using non-probability sampling with the type of sample is Incidental sampling. The population is all mabrur savings customers at Bank Syariah Mandiri, totaling 712 people with a sample of 88 people. The results of the study that there is an influence of brand image on the interest in saving savings seen from the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination with an R square value of 42.4%, there is an influence on the influence of customer deposits with an R square value of 38.3%, there is a perception of customer savings interest with the value of R square is 36.2%. There is a simultaneous influence between branding, advertising and perceptions of interest in saving for mabrur savings at BSM KCP Rancaekek seen from the analysis of the coefficient of determination with an R square value of 49.3%.

Abstract

The ongoing registration system is still manual, where prospective students come directly to the school to register by bringing the requirements that have been determined by the school then fill out the form and make payments immediately, there are two ways of paying, namely cash and installments, after that the officer recaps the data all registrants and enter it into the ppdb book manually, then the officer inputs the data into microsoft excel for it to be printed to produce registration slips and reports. The purpose of this Final Project is to anticipate deleted/edited data, facilitates in finding acceptance data in making acceptance reports. The design of this system uses SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) with the Waterfall method. The Waterfall model is one of the SDLC models that is often used in the development of information systems or software. This model uses a systematic and sequential approach. The stages in this model start from the planning stage to the maintenance stage and are carried out in stages.

Abstract

In teaching and learning activities, student learning motivation is very important and mandatory because it can encourage students to participate in teaching and learning activities curiously so that the learning atmosphere becomes conducive, learning objectives can be achieved and students have the expected value standards. The purpose of this study is to apply data mining in processing student value data to measure how far the influence of the use of technology in learning is on student learning motivation at MAS Plus darul Hufadz. The analysis used in this study consisted of the calculation of the highest and lowest values, mean, median, standard deviation and range in each research variable.

Abstract

Attendance is a data collection to determine the number of employee attendance at a company or agency. Attendance is evidence of attendance data that is very important to provide reports to superiors. The procedure used is still using a manual system where there is a risk of fraud when doing attendance and losing data so that currently a good system is needed. PT Kewalram Indonesia Designs and Builds a very Modern Employee Attendance Information System, namely Using WEB-Based Fingerprints is a system created to solve problems in the personnel department, especially attendance problems at PT Kewalram Indonesia. The system development method used is the RUP (Rational Unified Process) model. ) with OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) where the developer tool is UML (Unified Modeling Language). As for the system design, it is equipped with use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. The purpose of designing this system is to simplify the attendance process, input and store attendance data and make it easier to find attendance data.

Abstract

Ma'arif Terpadu Cicalengka Vocational School which is located at Jalan Raden Dewi Sartika, Cicalengka Kulon, Kec. Cicalengka, Bandung Regency. Having 1 Admin and 1 Librarian, The purpose to create a design of the library information system is shown as a system created to solve problems in parts that are at risk of losing data such as books and their stock, minimizing loss of recording of borrowing and returning transactions, as well as making reports that take time to process. The purpose of this research is to overcome the problems described above, namely by creating a system that can be used in the Ma'arif Terpadu Cicalengka Vocational High School Library area. Therefore, a Web-based Library Information System Design was made at SMK Ma'arif Terpadu Cicalengka. This thesis is made with a collection of methods that can be used to collect data and information that can be made as a description of the system that is being made. The method used in the development of this system is the RUP (Rational Unified Process) model with OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) with the development tool UML (Unified Modeling Language). Meanwhile, the diagrams used are: Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams. In addition, the design objectives of this system include recording books and their stock, minimizing loss of recording of borrowing and returning transactions, as well as facilitating the manufacture of reports quickly and accurately.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of ability, motivation and enthusiasm for work carried out at Bank BSI KC Suniaraja Bandung. to find out how the influence of ability, motivation and morale on employee performance at Bank BSI Suniaraja Bandung partially and simultaneously. The object of this research is the employees at Bank BSI KC Suniaraja Bandung. This type of research is quantitative associative, primary data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The population is 32 respondents. The collection of samples using the saturated sample method. The results showed that there was an influence between ability on employee performance, namely 36.0% or tcount > ttable value (4.111>2.042). There is no influence between motivation on employee performance that is equal to 9.3% or tcount < ttable value (1.755 < 2.042). There is an influence between work morale on employee performance by 25.9% or tcount > ttable value (3,236. > 2,042). and there is a simultaneous influence of ability, motivation and work spirit on employee performance at Bank BSI KC Suniaraja Bandung as much as 39.8% or Fcount > Ftable value (6,170 > 2.95).

Abstract

The problems that occur at Fabian Printing are that orders must come directly to the location, recording is still manual using excel and promotions are still limited. The method used in this study is the OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) system development method with the RUP (Rational Unified Process) model and the development tool in the form of UML (Unified Modeling Language). With the design of this website-based printing ordering information system to facilitate the administration in recording transactions and backing up data automatically and can improve the time service, information and product ordering provided at Fabian Printing Cicalengka which can be done online.
