Abstract

The design of the teacher and employee payroll information system is a system created to facilitate treasurers in managing teacher and employee salary data, for example for attendance which is currently still managed manually and salary calculations are still semi-computerized which are at risk of miscalculation of both the number of days for teachers and employees. incoming employees or the salary itself, reporting takes a lot of time and duplication of data can also occur. This information system uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) for system design methodology, and the writing methodology used is descriptive method, to obtain data using the methods of observation, interviews, and literature study. To design this payroll information system is to use several design tools, including Data Flow Diagrams, Structure Charts, Flowmaps, and ER Diagrams. The development of this information system uses the Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 programming language and is divided into three modules, namely master, transaction, and report. The design of this payroll information system is expected to improve the performance of the treasurer in the management of teacher and employee salaries involving attendance and deductions, and make it easier to make attendance reports, assignments, deductions, and payroll.

Abstract

Based on observations, the background of this research is the increase in NPF at the BRI Syariah Bank Suniaraja Branch in the last five years. This study aims to determine how the influence of Internal Audit on the Effectiveness of Financing Risk Management at BRI Syariah Bank, to find out how the influence of Account Officer Competence on the Effectiveness of Financing Risk Management at BRI Syariah Bank, and to find out how the influence of Internal Audit and Account Officer Competence on the Effectiveness of Financing Risk Management. Simultaneously. The object of research in this report is to measure the internal audit and account officer at Bank BRI Syariah. The type of research is quantitative associative with primary data type and uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, literature study interviews and questionnaires. While the sampling technique is to use a saturated sample. The population is all account officers and internal audit employees, totaling 36 employees. The results showed that there was no direct influence between internal audit on the effectiveness of financing risk management with t test results tcount < ttabel (1,160 < 1,693), there was an influence between internal audit on account officer competence and t test results tcount < ttabel (3,076 > 1,693 There is an effect of account officer competence on the effectiveness of financing risk management with the results of the t test where tcount > ttabel (2,649 > 1,693 ), and simultaneously there is an influence between internal audit and account officer competence on the effectiveness of financing risk management with the results of the F test where Fcount > Ftabel (3.405 > 3.28).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of job transfers and promotions on employee morale at Bank BTN Syariah KC Tasikmalaya. The type of research is quantitative with an associative approach, the type of data is primary and uses data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this study were employees of Bank BTN Syariah KC Tasikmalaya as many as 34 employees. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect between work mutations on employee morale at Bank BTN Syariah KC Tasikmalaya, the results of the t-test where tcount> ttable (5.675 > 2.039), there is no significant effect between job promotions on employee morale with the results of the t-test. where tcount < ttable (0.888 < 2.039), and simultaneously there is a significant effect between job transfer and promotion on employee morale with the results of the Ftest where Fcount > Ftable (15,615 > 3.29).

Abstract

Desa Gudang is located at Jalan Raya Tanjungsari No.365 Tanjungsari Sumedang 45362. The filing system currently running in Desa Gudang is still done manually and can only be done during working hours. Where the archiving process is the officer records incoming and outgoing mail data in a book and then stored in a filing cabinet that could be damaged or lost. Therefore, a new system is needed. The design of the Website-Based Information System for Archiving Incoming and Outgoing Mail is a system that will be built to facilitate the work of recording incoming and outgoing mail archives. The design method used in this information system in describing the data flow is by using OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) with the RUP (Rational Unified Process) model equipped with UML (Unified Modeling Language) development tools. Thus the design of the incoming and outgoing mail archiving information system that will be built can assist in the process of recording archives, and can overcome existing problems and archives can be accessed outside of working hours.

Abstract

Based on the results of the initial research, that the background of this research is the fluctuating number of depositors at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Majalaya. This is suspected to have something to do with service quality and company image on depositor loyalty. This study aims to find out how the Quality of Service on Loyalty of Depositors at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Majalaya, how the influence of Corporate Image on Loyalty of Depositors at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Majalaya, and to find out how the influence of Service Quality and Corporate Image on Loyalty of Depositors at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Majalaya. The object of research in this report is to measure the Loyalty of Depositors at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Majalaya, while the type of research is quantitative associative, the type of data is primary data and uses data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. While the sampling technique is non-probability sampling, with a total population of depositors at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Majalaya. The results showed that there was a significant effect between Service Quality on Loyalty of Depositors, which was 56.5% or tcount > ttable (9.599 > 1.994), there was a significant influence between Corporate Image and Loyalty of Depositors, which was 28.4% or tcount > ttable. (5.307 > 1.994), and simultaneously there is a significant influence between Service Quality and Corporate Image on Loyalty of Depositors at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Majalaya, namely 58% or Fcount > Ftable (48.251 > 3.13).

Abstract

Based on the results of the initial research, that the background of this research is the fluctuating data of Mudharabah Financing Customers at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Rancaekek, causing fluctuations in Mudharabah Financing Customer Preferences at the Bank. This study aims to determine how the effect of product knowledge on customer preferences for Mudharabah Financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Rancaekek, knowing how the effect of profit sharing on customer preferences for Mudharabah Financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Rancaekek, and knowing how location influences customer preferences for Mudharabah Financing at the Bank. Syariah Mandiri KCP Rancaekek. The object of this research is the customers product knowledge, profit sharing, location and preferences of mudharabah financing customers at Bank Syariah Mandiri. The type of research is quantitative associative, the type of data is primary data and uses data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaire or questionnaire methods. Sampling with insedental sampling as many as 67 people. The results showed that there was an influence between product knowledge, profit sharing and location simultaneously on the preferences of mudharabah financing customers by 21% and the remaining 79% influenced by other variables not examined and the value of F count > F table = 5.567 > 2.17 with a significant level of 0 > 0.1 thus concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

In today's era, information systems are an important factor in a company, one of which is in the field of archiving. Archiving at the State Electricity Company (SEC) Rayon Rancaekek still uses a semi-computerized method, which raises several problems, namely difficulty in finding data, not yet integrated transaction files with reports so that reports cannot be generated automatically, the length of the data calculation process because it is still done manually, there is a risk of data being double input and deleted, as well as lost or damaged documents. The purpose of this final project is to simplify data retrieval, integrate transaction files with reports so that reports can be presented after the transaction process, streamline the calculation of archived data, avoid double input and deleted data, and anticipate lost or damaged documents. The research and system development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. This system is made using Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0 and FoxPro database. System analysis and design tools used in this final project are Flow map, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), database relation schema, and Structure Chart. With the system design made, it can be concluded that the search for archive data becomes easier, all files are integrated so that reports can be presented at any time, the data calculation process can be carried out more effectively, double input data and the risk of data loss can be anticipated, as well as loss and damage data can be anticipated.

Abstract

Based on the observations, that the background of this study is the Non PerformingLoan (NPL) target that has been experiencing fluctuations over the last three years. This study aims to find out how the influence of the four execution disciplines (focus on the very important, act on lead measure, record achievements in the scoreboard, and maintain accountability of each employee) on the effectiveness of employee work at Bank BJB Majalaya Branch Office. The object in this research is bjb bank employee of Majalaya branch office. The types of associative quantitative research, primary data types, and data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, library studies and questionnaires. While the sampling technique using slovin formula with a population of 60 employees obtained a sample of 38 employees. The results of the study show that there is an effect of focusing on the very important thing (X1) on employee work effectiveness (Y) by 27.7%, acting based on lead measure (X2) on employee work effectiveness (Y) by 17.8%, recording achievements in the scoreboard (X3) on the work effectiveness of employees (Y) of 42.7%, and maintaining the accountability of each employee (X4) on the effectiveness of employees' work (Y) of 35.4%. The results simultaneously X1, X2, X3, and X4 affect Y by 40.4%.

Abstract

Based on result of observations, that the background of this research is the number of multiservice financing customers with ijarah contracts that fluctuate, where there are many factors that influence the development of the number of multiservice financing customers with ijarah contracts at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung. This study aims to determine how the influence of trust, commitment and sharia compliance on the loyalty of multi-service financing customers with ijarah contracts either partially or simultaneously at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung. The object of research is multi-service financing customers with ijarah contracts at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung. The type of research is associative quantitative, primary data and data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature study and questionnaires. Sampling with saturated sampling as many as 21 people. The results showed that there was an effect of trust on customer loyalty as seen from the analysis of the coefficient of determination of 40,3%, the effect of commitment on customer loyalty of 59,1% and the influence of sharia compliance on customer loyalty of 60,9%. There is a simultaneous influence between trust, commitment and sharia compliance on the loyalty of multiservice financing customers with ijarah contracts at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung seen from the results of the coefficient of determination analysis with an R square value of 74,5%.

Abstract

Based on observations, that the background of this research is that there are several companies measuring their performance still using traditional methods, therefore the author will measure performance with modern methods by applying the Balanced Scorecard method as a performance measurement tool. This study aims to determine how to measure performance using the Balanced Scorecard method with four perspectives, namely: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective. The object of research in this report is to measure the company's performance using the balanced scorecard. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data types using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. While the data collection techniques from these four perspectives used observation and interview techniques. The results of the analysis show that performance measurement from a financial perspective provides an indicator of 0.635 which is declared good, measured using asset growth, increased profits, increased financing and asset optimization. The result of measuring the performance of the customer perspective is worth 0.75 which is declared good, measured using customer retention, customer acquisition and customer satisfaction. The results of the measurement of the performance of the internal business process perspective get a score of 1 which means good, measured using the operation process, the innovation process and after-sales service. The results of measuring the performance of growth and learning perspectives get a score of 0.5 which means enough, measured using employee retention, employee turnover, employee productivity and employee absenteeism.
