Abstract

Based on the flow of direct procurement of goods including the direct procurement process, submission of bid documents and negotiations, the system currently used by Koperasi Asrama Yonif Para Raider 330 Nagreg is a manual system using records in paper or ledgers. From the current system, there are still weaknesses, namelydifficulties in processing, storing and searching data,delays in presenting information, inefficient time, and data inaccuracies,which can cause data loss and workload for employees. based procurement system client server which later could be implemented in the Yonif Para Raider 330 Nagreg Dormitory cooperative. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method and the system development method uses the waterfall. The results of the research obtained were being able to find out the inventory procedures, being able to design information systems, being able to implement the existing information systems in the Nagreg Infantry Battalion 330 Raiders Dormitory.

Abstract

SMK Bakti Ilham Rancaekek is located on Jln. Peundeuy. No. 32, Bojongsalam, Kec. Rancaekek, Kab. Bandung 40394. Currently, the teacher performance assessment process is still relatively long due to the absence of a decision support system and the assessment process is still subjective because it does not refer to things that have nothing to do with teacher performance assessment in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to develop a system that can assist the school in the process of assessing the performance of teachers and students, peers and principals also participate in providing an assessment for teachers. The system was developed using the prototype method and system modeling designed using UML which includes use cases, activity diagrams and relationship tables. At the programming stage using the programming language PHP, CSS, HTML and MySQL as database management. The result of this thesis is a website-based teacher performance appraisal decision support system that can help schools to be faster and more efficient and objective.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of bargaining power and customer business activities on determining the ratio of mudharabah financing profit sharing at Bank BSI KC Suniaraja Bandung both individually and simultaneously. The object of research used is mudharabah financing at Bank BSI KC Suniaraja Bandung. The type of research is associative quantitative with primary data types, while data collection techniques are in the form of observations, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The population is 113 mudharabah financing customers. The results showed that there was a significant influence of bargaining power on determining the profit sharing ratio of mudharabah mudharabah financing at Bank BSI KC Suniaraja Bandung where the results of the thitung test were > ttabel (8,330> 2,012), there was a significant influence of customer business activities on determining the ratio of sharing the mudharabah mudharabah financing at Bank BSI KC Suniaraja Bandung where the results of the thitung test were > ttabel (5,351>2,012), and simultaneously there is a significant influence between bargaining power and customer business activities on determining the profit sharing ratio of mudharabah financing at Bank BSI KC Suniaraja Bandung where the calculation result is > ftabel (10,873>3.18).

Abstract

This study aims to find out the health level of PT Panin Dubai Syariah Bank for the period 2017-2021 using the RGEC method. The valuation factors used are Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning and Capital factors. The object of this research is the financial statements of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The results showed that the health level of PT Panin Dubai Syariah Bank based on Risk Profile factors gets a healthy predicate, Good Corporate Governance gets a healthy predicate, Earning gets a unhealthy predicate and Capital gets a very healthy predicate.

Abstract

The study aims to find out the effect of education, experience of work and environment of work on employee performance at BPRS Amanah Rabbaniah Banjaran either partially or simultaneously. The object of this study is the performance of employees at BPRS Amanah Rabbaniah Banjaran. As for the type of study that is quantitative associative. The type of data in this study is primary data, and the data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. Population of 62 people. While the sample used was purposive sampling with the determination of the sample using the slovin formula as many as 54 people. The result of this study indicate that education has a significant effect on employee performance where the value of tcount > ttable (5,696 > 2,008), experience of work does not significantly affect employee performance where the value of tcount < ttable (0,996 < 2,008), environment of work has a significant effect on employee performance where the value of tcount > ttable (5,381 > 2,008), simultaneously education, experience of work and environment of work significantly effect on employee performance where Fcount > Ftable (15,256 > 2,79).

Abstract

The background of this research is the cash flow at BPJS Kesehatan has decreased every year due to the company’s expenses exceeding the income earned. This study aims to determine the financial performance of BPJS Kesehatan for the 2017-2021 period by using cash flow liquidity and cash flow flexibility ratios. The object of this research is the BPJS Kesehatan financial report for the 2017-2021 period which includes balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement. The type of this research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The type of data is secondary data. The results of this study are the cash flow liquidity ratio based on the operating cash flow ratio and the capital expenditure ratio in 2017 is good because it is above standard 1, but in 2018-2021 it shows a poor ratio because it is below standard 1, then the total debt ratio from 2017-2021 shows a poor ratio because it is still below standard 1. Based on the cash flow flexibility ratio, namely the cash flow adequacy ratio and the net free cash flow ratio of 2017-2021 shows a ratio below standard 1 which means BPJS Kesehatan financial performance is not good.

Abstract

The background of this research is the fluctuation in the number of employees and the number of auditors that affect the number of audit case findings at Bank BJB Majalaya Branch Office. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of accountability and independence both partially and simultaneously on audit quality at Bank BJB Majalaya Branch Office. This research is quantitative research with associative approach. The data used is primary data. By taking samples using the Slovin formula as many as 73 people from a large population of 88 people. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, literature study and questionnaires. The data processing analysis method in this study uses the application of Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 25 .The results showed that accountability affects the quality of audits at Bank BJB Majalaya Branch Office with the results of the t test where the t_hitung value is 2,862 > a t_tabel value of 1,993, there is an influence of indepedence on audit quality at Bank BJB Majalaya Branch Office, and simultaneously there is a simultaneous influence of accountability and indepedence on the quality of audits at Bank BJB Majalaya Branch Office where the results of the F test show that F_(calculate)> F_tabel or 179.984% > 3.13%.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the agricultural sector in the food crop sub-sector, such as decreased food productivity, decreased distribution of production factors and food commodity yields, and increased prices for food products. This also affects the level of farmers' welfare, especially the food security and insecurity of farmers' households. This study aims to determine the resilience and food insecurity of farmer households during the Covid-19 pandemic, a case study in Cimanganten Village, Tarogong Kaler District, Garut Regency. The type of research used is a case study method, the determination of respondents is determined by purposive sampling, namely as many as 12 respondents who come from farmer households who own cereals, legumes and tubers farming in Cimanganten Village. Data analysis was carried out by determining the level of food security seen from the share of food expenditure and food insecurity using the jonsson and tolee method, food security and food insecurity index indicators. The results showed that food security of farm households during the covid-19 pandemic in Cimanganten Village is classified as food security, and food insecurity of farm households during the covid-19 pandemic in Cimanganten Village did not experience food insecurity.

Abstract

The design and manufacture of an Information System for the Purchase and Sale of Motorcycle Parts is a system created to overcome the problems that occur, including minimizing the loss or damage of transaction evidence and making it easier to make transaction reports. The research method used is the SLDC (System Development Life Cycle) system and the waterfall model. System analysis and design tools used in this final project are Flowmap, DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), Structure Chart, and Database Relationship Schema. The results achieved by making this information system are minimizing loss or damage to evidence of transactions, simplifying the process of controlling and searching for stock items and making it easier to make purchase and sale transaction reports.

Abstract

Inventory is a very important source of information in the company where inventory is a means of supporting buying and selling for Tb. Gilang Putra. Data processed by TB. Gilang Putra's stock of goods consists of several types of building materials. Meanwhile, data processing activities are in the form of procurement of goods, recording transactions, making reports. The purpose of the study is to build a website-based building material inventory information system on Tb. Gilang Putra, which is expected to produce a more effective building material inventory system. The methods in data collection used are observation, interviews, literature studies and document studies. Using the RUP and OOAD methods where the developer tool is UML. The result of this design is in the form of a website-based building material inventory information system that can manage sales and purchases at Tb. Gilang Putra digitally. It can be concluded that this information system can be useful and is expected to run well to help the performance of employees at Tb. Gilang Putra.
