Abstract

In research conducted in the process of managing school finances at SMK Plus Bani Muchtar Rancaekek it still runs manually so that there are still many errors in the transaction process and in making reports. The purpose of writing this final project is to change the financial management information system at SMK Bani Muchtar Rancaekek from a manual system to a computerized system using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0. This final project was made based on a descriptive method approach in collecting information data needed to make a picture of a situation, event, or trend that is developing. As for the system design using SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with the waterfall model. Using design toos in the form of DFD, Structurt Chart, Flowmap and ER Diagrams.The system was created using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 and Foxpro database. With the design of the system made, it is expected to make it easier for employees in the Administration section and minimize errors that often occur in school payment transactions and also errors that occur in making financial management reports at schools.

Abstract

The background of this research is the company's image, advertising and service quality to the development of the number of iB amanah savings customers at BPRS Al Salaam Amal Salman Cabanng Bandung. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of company image, advertising and service quality on customer decisions on choosing iB Amanah savings products at BPRS Al Salaam Amal Salman Bandung Branch both partially and simultaneously. The object studied in this study is iB Amanah savings customers related to the company's image, advertising, service quality, and customer decision to choose iB Amanah savings products at BPRS Al Salaam Amal Salman Bandung Branch. The method used is the associative quantitative method, with primary data through questionnaires and other supporting through library studies, observations and interviews. Data processing uses statistics with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistic 23 application. The results show that partially the corporate image variable (XI) has a significant effect on customer decisions (Y) by 49.1% or tcount > ttable (6,283 > 2,022), advertising variable (X2) has a significant effect on customer decisions (Y) by 56 ,3% or tcount < ttable (7,271 < 2,022), service quality variable (X3) has a significant effect on customer decisions (Y) by 82,9% or tcount > ttable (14,078 > 2,022). Simultaneously the variables of corporate image (X1), advertising (X2) and service quality (X3) affect the customer decision variable (Y) which is 84.6% or Fcount > Ftable (71.302>2.84).

Abstract

Based on the results of observations that underlie this research is the fluctuating number of employees at Bank BJB KC Majalaya. This encourages knowing the factors of the work environment and communication related to employee job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and communication on employee job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously at Bank BJB KC Majalaya. The object of research is the employees of Bank BJB KC Majalaya with a focus on aspects of the work environment, communication, and employee job satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative associative, the type of data is primary data and uses data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The population is 60 with the determination of the sample using the Slovin formula as many as 38 people. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has no effect on employee job satisfaction of 5.4% or tcount < ttable (1,439 < 1,689), communication has an effect on employee job satisfaction of 11,9 % or tcount > ttable (2,207 > 1,689) and simultaneously the work environment and communication have an effect on employee job satisfaction at Bank BJB KC Majalaya, which is 14.5% with F test results where count > Ftable (2,963 > 2.46).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of premiums, underwriting results, and RBC (Risk Based Capital) on ROA (Return on Assets) in Sharia General Insurance Registered at OJK (Financial Services Authority) either partially or simultaneously. This research method is associative quantitative with secondary data type in the form of sharia general insurance financial reports published by OJK from 2016 to 2020. The data collection techniques include documentation and literature study. While the data analysis used is multiple correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test design, and F test design. The results show that there is no influence between premiums on ROA in sharia general insurance registered with the OJK, there is a positive and negative effect. There is a significant relationship between underwriting results on ROA on sharia general insurance registered with the OJK, and there is no effect between RBC on ROA on sharia general insurance registered with the OJK.

Abstract

Based on the results of preliminary research, that the background of this research is the fluctuation of Ijarah and Istishna financing income which causes the fluctuation of Net Profit income in BJB Syariah Bank. This study aims to determine how the influence of Ijarah financing income on Net Profit at Bank BJB Syariah, knowing how the influence of Istishna financing income on Net Profit at Bank BJB Syariah, and knowing how the influence of Ijarah and Istishna financing income on Net Profit at Bank BJB Syariah. The object of research in this report is to measure the Net Profit at Bank BJB Syariah. The type of research is associative quantitative, secondary data type and by using data collection techniques in the form of documentation and literature study. As for the sampling technique is non-probabilty sampling, with a population of all financial reports of Bank BJB Syariah with a sample of quarterly financial reports of Bank BJB Syariah for the period 2016-2020. The results of the study show that partially Ijarah financing income has no significant effect on net income at BJB Syariah Bank, with the results of the t test where the value of t count < t table (-1,105 < 1,734), Istishna financing income partially has no significant effect on net income at Bank BJB Syariah with the results of t test where the value of t count < t table (0,458 < 1,734), Ijarah and Istishna financing income simultaneously has no significant effect on net income at Bank BJB Syariah with F test results where the calculated F value < F table (2,894 < 3,59).

Abstract

Based on the observation, that the background in this research is the economic condition and the money supply in Indonesia as seen from the last five years, then what policies have been issued by Bank Indonesia.This study aims to determine the mechanism and role of Bank Indonesia in maintaining economic stability and the money supply through Monetary Policy.The object of research in this is located at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia, West Java Province. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative with a qualitative approach. The source of the data obtained in the form of primary data with field observations and interviews, namely by direct observation in the field and a question and answer process with resource persons to exchange information and ideas in obtaining information and using secondary data by obtaining information through the official website of Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency. The results of this study indicate that the mechanisms and roles performed by Bank Indonesia in maintaining economic stability and the Money Supply through Monetary Policy are first, through the BI 7DRR (Bank Indonesia 7 Day Repo Rate) interest rate and Open Market Operations, Second, by using policy instruments. Macroprudential and Discount Policy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the role of risk management and internal control in improving employee performance at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Majalaya. The object of research in this report is to describe the level of performance of employees at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Majalaya. The type of research is descriptive qualitative with primary data types and uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation, literature study. The population is all 12 employees at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Majalaya.The results showed that Bank BJB Syariah KCP Majalaya has implemented the principles of risk management, namely: Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Professional, Fairness so that it can boost employee performance levels. The existence of the Sharia Supervisory Board also encourages a level of discipline in fulfilling sharia principles in raising funds, channeling funds, and providing services. Forming a Risk Management Committee (KMR), a Risk Management Work Unit (SKMR) that is independent of the Operational Work Unit both structurally and operationally as a means to support the smooth implementation of Risk Management at the Bank. Implementation of compliance, Internal Audit and Internal Audit functions to ensure the Bank's compliance with applicable regulations that can boost employee performance levels to comply with / implement commitments made by the bank to the Financial Services Authority.

Abstract

Based on the results of interviews with the Admin Head and Sales Coordinator, the lack of compensation and internal control is the cause of fraud, this is evidenced by data for the last 5 years the number of customers and the number of employees at PT Mega Finance Tanjungsari which has fluctuated. This study was conducted to determine how the influence of internal control on fraud, the influence, the effect of compensation on fraud and the influence of internal control and compensation simultaneously on fraud. The object of research that is the target of research is employees at PT Mega Finance Tanjungsari with associative quantitative research, while the data needed is data taken directly to the field or called primary data. In the sampling, 21 employees at PT Mega Finance Tanjungsari were taken in 2020. The results showed that there was an influence between internal control on fraud with the results of the t test 2.620 < t table 2.093. And there is a significant effect between compensation for fraud with the results of the t-test tcount 4,942 > ttable 2,093. Meanwhile, simultaneously there is a significant influence between internal control and compensation for fraud with the results of the F test where the value of Fcount is 14.7 > Ftable 3.52.

Abstract

Based on the results of the study, the background of this research is the gap between theory and practice between NOM and KAP on ROA at Bank BJB Syariah for the period 2017-2021. This study aims to determine how the influence of NOM and KAP on ROA at Bank BJB Syariah either partially or simultaneously. The object of research in this thesis is the financial statements of Bank BJB Syariah in 2017-2021. The type of research is quantitative associative, with secondary data types and uses data collection techniques in the form of documentation and literature study. While the population in this study are all financial statements of Bank BJB Syariah for the period 2017-2021. The sample in this study is the financial ratio report of Bank BJB Syariah totaling 5 financial statements. The results showed that there was a significant effect between NOM on ROA at BJB Syariah Bank with the results of the t test where the value of tcount > ttable (19.382 > 2.35)., there was no significant effect between KAP on ROA at BJB Syariah Bank with the test results t where tcount < ttable (0.480 < 2.35), and simultaneously there is no significant effect between NOM and KAP on ROA at BJB Syariah Bank with F test results where Fcount < Ftable (-1.719 < 19.16).

Abstract

The background of this research is that it is suspected that the customer's lack of understanding of the specified margin gives rise to the customer's perception that the margin applied to Islamic banks is the same as the interest applied to conventional banks. In addition, the level of margin that is considered high and not in accordance with the ability of the customer is also suspected of influencing the decisions of murabahah financing customers partial and simultaneous. The object of research in this report is the customer at Bank BSI KCP Bandung Geger Kalong. The method used is quantitative associative. The type of data used is primary data which is processed using statistical applications, and uses data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The population in this study is murabahah financing customers in 2021 with a sample of 93 people. The results showed that there was a significant influence between customer perceptions of customer decisions on murabahah financing at BSI KCP Bandung Geger Kalong by 33.3% with t test results where the value of t count > t table (6,747>1,986), there was a significant influence between the level of margin on customer decisions on murabahah financing at BSI KCP Bandung Geger Kalong by 46.1% with the results of the t test where the value of tcount > ttable (8,819>1,986), and simultaneously there is a significant influence between customer perceptions and the level of margin on customer decisions on murabahah financing at BSI KCP Bandung Geger Kalong is 53.2% with F test results where F count > F table (51.154 > 3.10)
