Abstract

Desa Adat Intaran mengelola Pantai Mertasari yang merupakan Objek Wisata (DTW) pesisir sejak tahun 2014. Berada di Desa Sanur Kauh yang berada di Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan. Sebagai mitra, Pengelola Wisata Pantai Mertasari dapat memberikan saran atau masukan. tentang rancang bangun, pengembangan, dan kualitas sarana penunjang wisata pantai, yang harus disesuaikan dengan kemampuan pembiayaan pelaksanaan pembangunan yang akan mereka persiapkan nanti. Selain itu, diperlukan pula kontribusi kelompok masyarakat dalam mencari informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam menyusun, misalnya, informasi ukuran lokasi, titik batas kepemilikan lokasi, dan lain-lain. Masalah aksesibilitas dan parkir, perdagangan dan fasilitas perikanan, ruang terbuka publik, lapangan dan taman terbuka, dan fasilitas pendukung rekreasi adalah beberapa masalah yang dihadapi mitra di lapangan. Menata ulang jalur pejalan kaki pesisir dan pemasangan fasilitas untuk kegiatan bersepeda di jalan akan mengatasi masalah aksesibilitas dan parkir.Th Pembangunan bale kelompok nelayan merupakan solusi dari permasalahan fasilitas nelayan. Penataan ruang terbuka hijau publik dengan fasilitas rekreasi lansia dan landmark kawasan merupakan solusi dari permasalahan ruang terbuka publik, lapangan terbuka, dan taman. Pembangunan bale kelompok nelayan tempat rekreasi outbond dan rekreasi anak, serta fasilitas kegiatan pantai yang aman dan dermaga wisata merupakan solusi dari permasalahan fasilitas penunjang rekreasi.

Abstract

MSME economic problems can be overcome by carrying out various MSME-based entrepreneurial activities. Report on the Development of Marketing Planning in Building Beginner Entrepreneurship Based on the Management of Meruya Utara Subdistrict, Kembangan, West Jakarta. This community service aims to assist Marketing Planning in Building Management-Based Entrepreneurship Beginners and benefit from their presence in the online environment. The context of this service involves all functionaries of Meruya Utara Subdistrict, Kembangan, West Jakarta. We will analyze the situation of SMEs, identify opportunities and challenges in marketing culinary products, and develop digital marketing strategies that suit the characteristics of SME products. MSME-based entrepreneurship can be developed to reduce dependence on jobs from companies both government and private. Therefore, even though MSMEs are simpler than general companies, determining a company that will be run by MSMEs must still be done through a clear and concrete process, namely by carrying out a Business Planning process. It is hoped that this community service can provide an understanding of MSME entrepreneurship, so that local people can immediately carry out experiments before trying to determine a business they want to develop in the future. By having an understanding of Business Planning in developing MSME entrepreneurship, it can prevent disagreements and conflicts in the company, so that in the end it can reduce poverty levels and improve community welfare.

Abstract

Landslide events are natural phenomena where material on a slope adjusts to a new stability state. This process occurs when the load on the slope increases or its inclination becomes steeper, causing the material to slip along a critical failure plane. Such movements involve downward displacement of materials, which may include soil, rock, or artificial fill. Landslide disasters can be triggered by earthquakes or intense rainfall. On October 18, 2021, a magnitude 4.8 earthquake struck near Karangasem, Bali, at a depth of 10 km, leading to landslides that resulted in 2 fatalities and damage to 171 buildings in Bangli Regency. Areas at risk of landslides, such as Dusun Dukuh, require a disaster mitigation scheme to minimize losses in life and property. Currently, the disaster response team in Dusun Dukuh is underactive in public awareness and lacks understanding of maintaining the donated early warning system. The proposed solution involves strengthening the disaster response team through mapping debris flow-prone areas and improving evacuation methods and hazard recognition. The methodology includes two primary activities: identifying and mapping vulnerable settlements and conducting outreach and training on landslide signs and evacuation procedures. The findings highlight the need for comprehensive risk mapping and the development of a robust local volunteer network. Enhancing the disaster response team's capacity through modern technology and improved infrastructure has proven effective in increasing preparedness for debris flow events. With appropriate implementation strategies, risk mitigation in Dusun Dukuh can be more effective and responsive to future disaster threats
