Adindamas: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, dengan nomor terdaftar ISSN 2798-4702 (cetak), ISSN 2798-2874 (online), adalah jurnal ilmiah multidisiplin terbitan LPPM Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Syariah (STIES) Indonesia Purwakarta. Adindamas : Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, berisi tentang penanganan dan pengelolaan berbagai potensi, kendala, tantangan, dan permasalahan yang ada di masyarakat. Abstract

The majority of the livelihoods of the people of Salamjaya Village are farmers, both rice, vegetable, fruit farmers, including catfish farmers. Catfish farmers in Salamjaya Village are still relatively rare, this is caused by several indicators such as expensive feed, not having land for maintenance, and even still confused about marketing catfish. Perhaps many people already know the conventional marketing system, but there is still little public knowledge about the Islamic Marketing system, including catfish farmers who are still taboo about Islamic Marketing. The lack of studies on muamalah fiqh in the regions makes people only understand the fiqh of prayer worship, muamalah fiqh is usually based on the understanding of ancestors that has been passed down from generation to generation, which still needs to be studied in terms of its sharia suitability. The purpose of this PKM is to socialize Islamic Marketing to catfish farmers in Salamjaya Pondoksalam Village, Purwakarta. The method used in this PKM is socialization and discussion. The results of this PKM on the Socialization of Islamic Marketing to Catfish Farmers in Salamjaya Pondoksalam Village, Purwakarta are going well and smoothly, it can be seen that catfish farmers feel very helped by this PKM program. Catfish farmers can know and understand the importance of Islamic Marketing, because it has an impact on a person's body and behavior, and Plotting business locations as a means of increasing the number of consumers, as well as increasing income. Apart from that, the supporting programs are no less interesting and are implemented smoothly and well, namely activities for making Business Identification Numbers (NIB), playing and Jarsik with KKN, and teaching in PAUD.

Abstract

Pondoksalam District, Purwakarta Regency as one of the areas with potential agricultural products. Several leading commodities such as petai, mangosteen, rice, cassava, bananas and vegetables are sourced from the sub-district. unfortunately the magnitude of the natural potential has not been utilized optimally. Several commodity spices such as chili, red cayenne, tomatoes, onions and vegetables are still obtained by buying. Under certain conditions, such as during the holidays, these prices may increase. Thus the burden of kitchen maintenance costs is quite a big risk to community household expenses. This Community Service Program was carried out in Bungurjaya Village, Pondoksalam District with the aim of being able to encourage community productivity to build village food self-sufficiency through the Assistance program for strengthening the economy. This assistance uses counseling methods, training and management practices. The results of this program encourage the community to maximize vacant land into plantation land by planting vegetables and kitchen spices, increasing maintenance through fertilizers and liquid organic waste from utilizing kitchen organic waste so as to reduce maintenance costs. The realization of the economic resilience of the village community through the yard which provides kitchen materials for free and can be traded to increase the value of heating the community's economy

Abstract

The lack of understanding and practice of digital marketing for some Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Situ Village, Pondoksalam District, Purwakarta Regency is an interesting phenomenon to study. It is important for MSME actors to be given an understanding of marketing by utilizing technology. This Digital Marketing Strategy Training Program is implemented so that people can market their MSME products effectively and efficiently, so as to achieve sales that meet the target. The purpose of this Community Service (PKM) is to provide training and assistance to the people of Situ Village, Pondoksalam Subdistrict, so that the community can explore their potential and actualize it by utilizing digital technology in terms of marketing MSME products. The method used in this PKM uses an education and training approach. The conclusion of this PKM MSME actors understand more about the importance of product marketing by utilizing digital technology, and how to use the marketplace in marketing the products produced by MSME actors. Then the PKM support program, the community feels helped by the existence of an accounting application socialization program that can make it easier for the people of Situ Pondoksalam village to manage finances. In addition, the socialization of halal certification for MSMEs was welcomed positively by the people of Situ Village, because products that have halal certification are able to convince buyers that their products have been properly verified. The benefits felt by the children were being able to get more insight into school lessons from the teaching that had been given by the PKM team.

Abstract

The majority of rural communities at this time, according to the identity of the population data of Tanjungsari Village, are more dominated by Muslims, so all activities carried out on a daily basis should be in accordance with sharia. Seeing that there are still many community economic activities in Tanjungsari Village, Pondoksalam District, Purwakarta Regency which are not based on knowledge of sharia economics, in which some of them still carry out activities in ribawi, gharar and maisyir transactions and other transactions. So with this dedication it is considered important enough to socialize sharia economic literacy in the people of Tanjungsari Village, Pondoksalam District, Purwakarta Regency. This PKM program aims to provide an understanding of the Islamic economy for the community in Tanjungsari Village, Pondoksalam District, Purwakarta. This PKM method uses a lecture and discussion approach. PKM results on the socialization of "Sharia Economic Literacy" in Tanjungsari Village, Pondoksalam District, Purwakarta Regency "Alhamdulillah it went well, well and smoothly, it can be seen that the participants who took part were very focused on enjoying and listening to this socialization event carefully, besides that the community also felt helped by there are activities to socialize sharia economic literacy in solving problems in economic activity transaction contracts, which according to him so far these daily activities are not in accordance with sharia. The response from the people of Tanjungsari Village was very good, although some people felt they already understood, this outreach activity was far more relevant to the discussion of the problems of daily economic activities originating from the Koran, Hadith, Ijma and Qiyas and explained through examples. his life. Finally, there are people who want to deepen their understanding of Islamic economic literacy.

Abstract

There are several problems related to MSME with various chips, one of which is the limited technological knowledge of MSME actors in marketing various chips products, and they have not done marketing digitally (online) so they cannot compete with other MSME who have used digital marketing first. This PKM program aims to make MSME, especially MSME with various chips, have attractive product brands and product previews, as well as be a differentiator with products from other MSME. The community service program regarding the Development of MSME Production of Various Chips in Mekargalih Village, Jatiluhur District, Purwakarta Through Branding Training is felt by the community, especially MSME of various chips. raw material for the production of various other chips. Furthermore, this assistance gives a new color to the packaging of various chips for MSME. In addition to economic-based PKM, other supporting activities such as cement alms for ta'lim majlis and donations for orphans, are deeply felt by the community, especially the recipients of compensation from orphans. Hopefully, the sacrifice of the PKM team can be useful for the wider community, especially the community in the Mekargalih village, Jatiluhur sub-district, Purwakarta district, and can be a good charity savings in the hereafter.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the economic and industrial growth of a country. Especially with the current technological advances, it is easy for MSME players to introduce and sell their products widely. Digital marketing is one of the main keys to being able to carry out online transaction activities, both using social media and marketplaces. Due to the lack of knowledge about digital marketing and advertising, it is difficult for business actors to develop and compete. In community service activities carried out in Mekargalih Village, it aims to enable MSME players to expand product sales and encourage the economic growth rate of flower pot industry players so as not to lose market share. The community service activities that have been carried out can be concluded that the process of socializing advertising and digital marketing has a positive impact on the business development of flower pot craftsmen. Starting from increasing the knowledge of business actors about the use of internet technology as an online marketing medium, increasing the ability and skills of business actors in building and running online marketing and until flower pot craftsmen are able to expand the product sales network nationally and even internationally. The program to support community service activities also has a positive impact on the community, because the community feels helped and provides awareness of the importance of maintaining cleanliness, especially maintaining the cleanliness of places of worship such as prayer rooms, jami'mosques and mejlis ta'lim. In addition, the community also feels helped by the Al-Quran waqf program, because the existence of a new and readable Al-Quran can increase interest in continuing to read the Al-Quran.

Abstract

PKM activities training in making nuggets with the addition of vegetables in Bunder Village as a means of providing information on how to make vegetable nuggets which can be used as a business field for housewives. This activity aims to provide education on how to make vegetable nuggets to increase the income of housewives in Bunder Village. This community service activity uses socialization, training and direct assistance methods. The results of this PKM can be concluded that the community service activities that have been carried out well and smoothly, the vegetable nugget making program provides a very useful understanding for the people of Bunder Village, because it can be made as a home business for housewives that is easy to practice. In addition, the village will provide business capital for mothers who want to do business but have limited business capital.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat berwirausaha masyarakat desa Jatiluhur agar lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam mengembangkan usahanya juga menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri dan berpikir positif dalam membangun usahanya. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara garis besar yaitu dengan menggunakan sosialisasi tentang kewirausahaan dengan menggunakan Teknik presentasi dan tanya jawab atau diskusi. Tahap pertama yaitu melakukan persiapan dengan cara survey kondisi masyarakat di desa jatiluhur, menentukan lokasi kegiatan dan sasaran penyusunan materi yang akan disampaikan. Abstract

MSME actors in Jatiluhur Village are currently marketing and promoting their business products still using conventional methods, namely by leaving their products in stalls, word of mouth information in this conventional way is considered not to provide satisfactory results. Changes in behavior from conventional to digital marketing have not been maximally matched by the existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, even though Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises can be trusted as one of the sectors that can encourage economic growth. The application of internet-based marketing or digital technology is one of the very positive hopes for every Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises actor so that they can compete and develop and become the center of economic power for both families, communities and countries. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises can apply digital marketing, namely social media as a means of communicating and transacting. It is indeed very difficult at first for those who are new to the digital world, but if you are used to it, it is not too difficult, and it is also cheap and also does not need to have special skills, social media is currently considered capable of directly attracting consumer attention. The purpose of this PKM is to socialize digital marketing to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Jatiluhur Purwakarta Village environment. This PKM method uses observation and socialization methods. The results of this PKM went well, this PKM program helped change marketing behavior that was still using conventional methods to change towards digitalization. This marketing digitalization socialization utilizes social media platforms that are easy to access and use so that it can increase the confidence of MSME players in promoting or marketing their selling products.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi, tim PKM menemukan pengrajin dodol yang dulunya sebagai pegawai di pengrajin dodol sebelumnya. Karena pengrajin dodol ini merintis usahanya dari awal lagi, maka produk UMKM Dodol masih mempunyai tampilan yang sangat sederhana seperti belum punya label, NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha), dan tidak ada tanda bahwa di lokasi tersebut memproduksi dodol ciri khas Salamjaya. Selain itu, lokasi UMKM Dodol belum terdapat di Google Maps, sehingga bagi konsumen generasi milenial dan Z akan sedikit kesulitan, karena generasi ini lebih mudah meminta petunjuk kepada google salah satunya Google Maps. Selai itu juga, pemasaran UMKM dodol ini masih sangat sederhana, yakni hanya menjual kepada tetangga yang kenal-kenal saja. Apalagi dihadapkan dengan pemasaran sistem islami yang makin tambah kebingungan, karena kajian tentang fiqih muamalah masih sangat jarang ditemukan. Tujuan PKM ini untuk melakukan pendampingan branding dan pemasaran islami UMKM Dodol Di Desa Salamjaya Pondoksalam Purwakarta. Metode PKM ini menggunakan sosialisasi dan pendampingan. Hasil PKM ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa UMKM Dodol Di Desa Salamjaya Pondoksalam Purwakarta sudah mengetahui pentingnya citra merek dan pemasaran digital berbasis syariah. Selain itu, plang nama yang tim PKM berikan terlihat memberikan dampak yang positif ditandai dengan masyarakat mulai banyak mengenal adanya produksi atau pembuatan Dodol di Desa Salamjaya. Penambahan lokasi di Google Maps pun tidak kalah memberikan dampak positif berupa mempermudah pelanggan baru berkunjung ke lokasi UMKM Dodol Di Desa Salamjaya Purwakarta. Kemudian NIB yang sudah dimiliki menjadi bukti bahwa UMKM Dodol Di Desa Salamjaya bukan usaha yang abal-abal dan bukan usaha yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Harapannya semoga konsumen UMKM Dodol Di Desa Salamjaya semakin meningkat, dan keuntungan pun ikut meningkat, sehingga UMKM Dodol Di Desa Salamjaya bisa membantu masyarakat Desa Salamjaya lebih banyak lagi melalui terciptanya lapangan pekerjaan
