Abstract

Autoclave is heating tool and is used to sterilize things by using high pressure and high temperature steam 121C for about 15 minutes. The purpose of this tool is to kill endospores, resistant cell produced by bacteria. This cell is resistant against heat, dehydration and antibiotic. Research has been done for the design of time controlling and monitoring system at Autoclave based on microcontroller ATMega 8535. The purpose of this research is to produce Autoclave equipped with temperature controller and time monitoring which is beneficial to save energy and time using Autoclave. This tool is also equipped with circuit to detect problem. In this research, the tool’s operational system has been programmed with Thormocouple sensory system, Water Level, so the user can decide the temperature and time to be processed next by microcontroller. The initial Autoclave has been equipped with buzzer used as an alarm when the tool is not closed well and when the tool has finished operating

Abstract

Phototherapy is a therapy using blue light (bluelight) to provide therapy to babies affected by jaundice, besides as a therapeutic tool the design of this tool incorporates an infant warmer system that functions to warm newborns in low temperature conditions, then designed an Infant Warmer device equipped Phototherapy The tool is also equipped with temperature monitoring which serves to monitor the baby's body temperature when doing phototherapy. The design of this tool uses an ATMega16 microcontroller and is equipped with a temperature sensor. The working principle of this tool when the phototherapy system switch is activated it will display the time setting and temperature monitoring display.Based on the temperature data retrieval with the settings 34C, 35C and 37C, the results do not reach the set temperature. Bluelight therapy can work properly, but the results of the therapeutic rays do not reach the standard on the actual tool

Abstract

The exiting infrared therapy equipment is still operated manually and there is no long data and distance to use infrared lights(the Philips brand infrared manual type R925 UNP 20002). This raises the risk of negligence in monitoring the length of the therapy and recording the usee of lights which in turn can endanger patients and effect of therapy received . To overcome this problem, an infrared light therapy device based on Arduino Mega microcontroller is desaiengd which is equipped with setting the irradiation time and the illumination distance to be able to help physiotherapy operators, especially patiens who need infrared devices without the fear of side effects due neglect of the physiotherapy operator. The effect of the proximity sensor on the patient is that the farther the object or patient is from the patient, the temperature will decrase and vice versa, the closer the distance to the object, the hotter the temperature.

Abstract

Of the advances that have had a positive impact on the development of health equipment, one of which is an infrared therapy device. Infrared therapy is one of the tools in the field of physiotherapy that is used to improve blood circulation, helping to reduce muscle aches, muscle aches, shoulder or joint stiffness, etc. This tool is used to determine the safe distance of infrared radiation exposure and Up-down movement for a more even therapeutic process. Infrared therapy uses the HC-SR04 Ultrasonic sensor to determine the distance and drive of a DC motor. Users can simply adjust the sitting position with a distance of 45 cm to 60 cm, the lights will turn on with the specified time. This tool will work if the distance of the patient includes a distance of 45 cm to 60 cm, if the distance is below 45 cm and above 60 cm the infrared light will not turn on and the motor will turn off because the safe distance of exposure is 45 cm - 60 cm. -down according to the list of programs created. The distance display can be seen on the LCD display. The advantage of this tool is that it can determine the safe distance of infrared therapy light and up and down movements.

Abstract

Infant warmer is an electromedic device which is used to provide comfort and warmth in a newborn, where the baby needs a temperature that is in accordance with the temperature in the mother’s womb,which is between 34 C - 37 C. Infant warmer calibration activities refer to the ECRI method 415-20010301. As the treshold value or the value of passing the test is +- 2 C for temperature. The results obtained from calibration are 31,89+- 0,51 C for temperature. From these results it was stated that the GIGANTE infant warmer was declared to be suitable for use.

Abstract

Operating lamp is a surgical instrument used for lighting during surgery in the operating room. The main function is to illuminate objects during surgery which are placed in the operating room and delivery room. This study aims to design an operating lamp control with an IR remote and a mention director to make it easier for users not to adjust the installation of operating lamps. all these systems are controlled by ATMega 328p. In this day and age more and more medical devices are very sophisticated so that it is easy and efficient in the use of and efficient in the use of electric current so that with the tone of this era the authors make a design and design simulation of operating lamp control with IR remote and mantion detector to save usage electric current and makes it easier for users to operate the operation lights by detecting motion sensors and remote IR so that the operating lights will only turn on when there are people on the operating table, so that the electric current used is far more efficient by using the Arduino Unu microcontroller, PIR sensor motion detector and IR Remote as the Remote controller Operating lights

Abstract

The analysis of the mA factor has been carried out on the X-Ray General aircraft brand Allengers type 325 which was carried out in the radiology laboratory of the Sari Mutiara Indonesia University. The problem is finding the mA accuracy by making a factor of 50 mA, 100 mA, 150 mA, 200 mA. The aim is to determine and analyze the level of accuracy of x-ray accuracy and film density.The research method used is quantitative research methods through measurement and data collection directly on the X-Ray General Allenger brand type 325, the results of the data obtained were analyzed descriptively using tables and graphs.Current accuracy (mA) measurements were carried out four times using variations of ma, including 50 mA, 100 mA, 150 mA, 200 mA, and using a voltage of 50 kV and a time of 0.25 S, and using FFD with a height of 100 cm. Good measurement results are using a capacity of 50 kV, 100 mA, 0.25 S on the X-Ray General aircraft brand Allengers type 325 which is in the radiology laboratory of Sari Mutiara Indonesia University. Abstract

Infant warmer is a device used to help maintain the warmth of a baby so that the newborn feels the temperature like in the mother's womb. In this infant warmer there are procedures and the main feature is temperature with the main aim to maintain the temperature for the baby to avoid hypothermia. The design of this tool aims to obtain the design of infant warmers using the DHT11 sensor as a temperature indicator displayed on the LCDThis research starts from the stages of gathering various sources, formulating potential problems, gathering information, designing tools, designing and conducting functional tests. This design uses a DHT11 sensor, LCD, heater and driver. Abstract

Design and construction of an Android-based automatic height measurement tool has been carried out. This research was made due to the demand for sophisticated medical support equipment with all the capabilities it has that continues to develop so that effective and efficient medical support equipment can be produced. This tool is designed with the aim of providing information about the measurement data of height and weight to users. Measurement results data will be sent to Android in the form of messages to be stored using the android database system storage.This research method uses qualitative methods, namely: study literature and literature and conduct experiments on the circuit design made, then test the function of the tool with a meter to determine the accuracy of the work of this tool. This tool is made by utilizing the sharp ir sensor as conversion then will sent via GSM SIM 800L, and the data is displayed via the application and SMS on the patient's AndroidThe test results show that the distance obtained is the conversion result taken from the travel time of infrared rays when they emit light and receive reflected objects. seen the percentage error value for each measurement, which allows the sensor to read errors and possible interference from the compiler program. As long as the% error does not exceed 3%, the module design for automatic height measuring instruments can be used properly

Abstract

The current Infrared therapy device is still operated manually and there is no data on the length of the system's irradiation time. Lack of manufacturer's Infrared devices when used by physiotherapists do not know the exact time produced by Infrared light. This can pose a risk of neglect in monitoring the length of time the patient is exposed to the radiation. To overcome these problems, an infrared therapy device is designed which is equipped with a timer / timer system based on the ATMega8535 microcontroller. With this timing / timer system, we can find out the age of the infrared lamp (life time) according to the amount of usage needed so that the lamp replacement can be estimated according to the total usage of the IR lamp. With this system, on the other hand it is very useful for physiotherapy operators where physiotherapy operators can find out the time of use / irradiation of Infrared therapy devices to patients. So it can help patients who need infrared therapy without fear of side effects due to time that is not in accordance with the required therapy process.
