Abstract

The problem of this research is how the feasibility of the contents of textbooks for class X students of economics with an independent curriculum published by CV Putra Nugraha whose book is Maryani at SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Utara. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the contents of an economics textbook for class X students on an independent curriculum published by Putra Nugraha cv Putra Nugraha whose book Maryani at SMA Negeri 1 North Kuta through a textbook assessment instrument. This research uses a descriptive method. The source of the data in this study was the handbook for class X economics students with an independent curriculum published by Putra Nugraha whose book Maryani at SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Utara, with data collection techniques in the form of documentation and interviews. based on the results of the book assessment instrument for (1) the feasibility of the content through this textbook assessment instrument, a score of 90% was obtained which was classified as very feasible, (2) the feasibility of the language component through this textbook. assessment instrument. a score of 98.21% was obtained and the feasibility level was very feasible, (3) the feasibility of the presentation component through this textbook assessment instrument obtained a score of 92.18% and it was very feasible. (4) the feasibility of the graphic component in this student's textbook scored 83.33% and was very feasible.

Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan yang diangkat pada penelitian ini mengenai kelayakan isi, kelayakan penyajian, kebahasaan dan kegrafikan pada buku teks ekonomi yang diterbitkan oleh Cempaka Putih ditulis oleh Anik Widiastuti, Kartika Sari, Hamida Gigih Aryanti & Inung Oni Setiadi SMA PGRI 4 Denpasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Mengetahui kelayakan isi buku ajar ekonomi di Kelas XI SMA PGRI 4 Denpasar, 2) Mengetahui kelayakan penyajian buku ajar ekonomi di Kelas XI SMA PGRI 4 Denpasar, 3) Mengetahui kelayakan kebahasaan buku teks pelajaran ekonomi Kelas XI SMA PGRI 4 Denpasar, 4) Mengetahui kelayakan kegrafikan buku teks pelajaran ekonomi di Kelas XI SMA PGRI 4 Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan wawancara. Data bersusmber dari buku teks pegangan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMA PGRI 4 Denpasar menggunakan satu buku teks ekonomi di Kelas XI, adalah buku teks ekonomi yang diterbitkan oleh Cempaka Putih ditulis oleh Anik Widiastuti, Kartika Sari, Hamida Gigih Aryanti & Inung Oni Setiadi dengan rata-rata persentase hasil penelitian: (1) kelayakan isi. tergolong dalam kategori layak, (2) kelayakan penyajian dengan tingkat kelayakan sangat layak, (3) kelayakan bahasa dengan kategori tingkat kelayakan layak, dan (4) kelayakan kegrafikaan dengan tingkat sangat layak dari kategori kelayakan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial practices and the use of social media on interest in entrepreneurship at SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar for the academic year 2022/2023. This study uses a quantitative approach ex post fact through the method of observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires in data collection. The number of respondents in this study were 219 students. The results of this study indicate that (1)There is a partial effect of Entrepreneurial Practices on Interest in Entrepreneurship as evidenced by the results of the ttest 16,626 > ttable 2,26 with a significan value of 0.000 < 0.05; (2)There is a partial effect of the use of social media on interest in entrepreneurship as evidenced by the results of the ttest 21,000 > ttable 2.26 with a significan value of 0.000 < 0.05; (3)There is a simultaneous influence on Entrepreneurial Practices and the Use of Social Media on Entrepreneurial Interests seen from the results of the Ftest > Ftable of 272.918 > 3.04 with a significan value of 0.000 < 0.05. The result of the coefficient of determination shows the magnitude of the value Adjusted R square is 0.714, which means 71.4% variations in Entrepreneurial Interest are influenced by Entrepreneurship Practices and Use of SocialMedia, while the remaining 28.6% influenced by other factors that are not included in the variables of this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the economic learning outcomes of class This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles, where each cycle consists of four meetings, each meeting for presentation of material and one meeting for evaluating student learning outcomes. The subjects of this research were Class XI AP 2 SMK Ratna Wartha for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 33 students. The results of the first cycle of research where the number of students who completed was 19 students (57.58%) and those who did not complete were 14 students (42.42%). Student learning activity in cycle I was 49.61% with an average value of student learning outcomes of 74.57, absorption capacity of 74.57% and classical completeness reaching 57.58%. In cycle II the number of students who completed was 29 students (87.88%) and those who did not complete were 4 students (12.12%), where students who did not complete were given additional assignments in the form of individual assignments to complete the grades of students who did not complete. . The average student learning activity in cycle II reached 79.53% with an average learning outcome value of 79.54, absorption capacity of 79.54% and classical completeness of 87.88%.

Abstract

One educational problem that can affect student learning achievement is the low interest and creativity of students to take part in the learning process caused by the use of learning models that are less varied and only teacher-centered. This study aims to determine the application of problem-based learning models to improve economic learning achievement IPS XI grade students at SMA PGRI Blahbatuh. This type of research is collaborative classroom action research. The results of this study indicate that the application of problem-based learning models can improve learning creativity and economic learning outcomes of XI IPS students at SMA PGRI Blahbatuh Academic Year 2022/2023. The initial reflection showed that the average economic learning outcomes only reached 70, 70% absorbed data, and classical completeness was 32.25%. In the first cycle the average economic learning outcomes experienced an increase reaching 73.77, absorption of 73.77%, and classical completeness was 67.74%, but some students still got scores below the KKM, so researchers held the second cycle and on average Student learning outcomes in the second cycle increased to 78.48, with absorption of 78.48% and classical completeness reaching 87.09%. For the average score of learning creativity of students in the first cycle reached 30.32% with the category quite active, and experienced an increase in the second cycle to 93.54% with the active category.

Abstract

Learning is a learning process built by teachers to develop abilities and make students more active. Good learning practices are organized Using the STAR Method (Situation,Challenge, Reflection,Action and impact), in learning practice using in the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model can make students active and develop students thinking abilities. This practice is important to share because the PBL learning method is closely related to the real world so it is easier to understand. The parties inloved idn learnign practices using the PBL method are teachers, class VII student and colleagues. In this learning practice using learning media in the from of power points and LKPD. The results of learning practice show that the PBL method is very effective in increasing students learning motivation and understanding in social studies learning

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of appropriate learning models in improving learning competence and raising student motivation in Economics Subjects at Anda Luri Catholic High School, Waingapu when carrying out Field Experience Practices (PPL) in fulfilling a series of Teacher Professional Development Programs (PPG) through the System. in the Network (Online). This research is included in qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. The research subjects were 32 students in class IX of Anda Luri Catholic High School who experienced problems in learning based on the teacher center method. This data collection was carried out in a combined manner, qualitative data analysis, drawing conclusions and verification. Based on the research results, it was found that the lack of student motivation to learn was caused by students being bored following the learning that teachers often do using the lecture method. Apart from lectures, the method that teachers always use is assignments. Some students admit that they are bored with assignments that are only theoretical. Just copy from the textbook

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of member participation and employee performance on the success of the Sahabat Kita Jaya cooperative Abiansemal Badung 2017-2019. The study uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 45. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and determination test. The results of this study indicate that, (1) there is an effect of the variable participation of members on the success of the cooperative, this is based on the results of the t-test of 4.211 greater than the t-table value of 1.681 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) there is the effect of employee performance variables on the success of cooperatives, this is based on the results of the t-test of 2.053, greater than the t-table value of 1.681 with a sig value of 0.046 <0.05. (3) there is the influence of member participation and employee performance variables on the success of the cooperative, this is based on the F-test results of 19.570, greater than the F-table value of 4.07 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. (4) The results of the coefficient of determination using the R Square method worth 0.482, states that there is an effect of member participation and employee performance on the success of the cooperative with a value of 48.2% while the remaining 51.8% is influenced by other factors not contained in in this research. Based on the test results above it was concluded that there was an influence between member participation and employee performance on the success of the cooperative

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the application of a scientific approach can improve the learning outcomes of Economics Tutors for students in class Xl Economics C2 SMAN 1 Mengwi for the 2023/2024 school year. This type of research is a collaborative classroom action research (PTK) designed in two cycles, each cycle consists of three meetings. The subject of this study is students of class Xl C2 SMAN 1 Mengwi for the 2023/2024 Academic Year, which consists of 37 students, consisting of 17 males and 20 females. In this study, the object of research is the application of a scientific approach and learning outcomes of students in class Xl Economics C2 in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 school year, SMAN 1 Mengwi. The achievement of the Minimum Completeness Criterion (KKM) of students in class Xl Economics C2 SMAN 1 Mengwi Experienced an increase in initial observation that only 15 students were able to achieve (KKM), in cycle I In Meeting 1 was categorized. Less (K) In Meeting 2 it is categorized as Sufficient (C) and in cycle II in Meeting 1 it is said to be Enough (C) Meeting 2 is said to be Good (B). Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and promotions on purchasing decisions at the TikTok shop on the TikTok shop application within the PGRI Mahadewa University, Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach through a questionnaire method that took 93 respondents. The results of this research show that (1) There is a partially significant influence between product quality variables on purchasing decisions as seen from the t-test of 14.955 > ttable 1.98 with a significance value of (0.000 < 0.05); (2) There is a partial significant influence between promotional variables on purchasing decisions as seen from the t-test results of 12.254 > ttable 1.98 with a significance value of (0.000 < 0.05); (3) There is a significant simultaneous influence between product quality and promotion variables on purchasing decisions as seen from the Fcount test results of 127.915 < Ftable 3.10 with a significance value of (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the coefficient of determination show that the R Square is 0.740, which means that 74.0% of purchasing decision variables are influenced by product quality and promotion while the remaining 26.0% are influenced by various factors outside the research model.
