Abstract

Based on observations made at Warung Cantik in Cemagi Village, Badung. The lowest number of consumers occurred in 2020 was 12,515, while the highest number of consumers in 2021 was 14,954. This study aims to determine the influence of promotion and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Warung Cantik in Cemagi Village, Badung. This study uses a causal associative quantitative approach through observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation methods that take 100 consumer respondents. The results of this study show that (1) There is a partially significant influence between promotion variables on consumer satisfaction as evidenced by the results of the tally test 8.165> ttable 1.98 with a significant value (0.000 < 0.05); (2) There is a partially significant influence between the variables of service quality on consumer satisfaction as evidenced by the results of the tcount test of 10.864 > ttable 1.98 with significant values (0.00 < 0.05); (3) There is a simultaneous significant influence between promotion variables and service quality on consumer satisfaction as seen from the results of the Fcal test of 96.223 > Ftable 3.09 with a significant value (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the determination coefficient show that the size of the Adjusted R Square is 0.665, which means that 66.5% of the variation in consumer satisfaction is influenced by promotion and service quality, while the remaining 33.5% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

Based on observations made at PT. Suzuki Finance Indonesia Kesiman Denpasar, it can be seen the number of consumers who buy car products at PT. Suzuki Finance Indonesia Kesiman Denpasar from 2021 - 2023. The lowest number of consumers in 2021 was 1,273, while the highest number of consumers iin 2022 was 1,411, resulting in a decrease in the number of consumers in i2023 to 1,345. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and ibrand image on consumer satisfaction at PT. Suzuki Finance Indonesia Kesiman Denpasar. This research uses a causal associative quantitative approach through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires in data collection. The number of respondents in this research was 93 consumers.The results of this study show that (1) There is a partial influence of Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction as evidenced by the results of the tcount test of 6,599 > ttable 1,986 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05; (2) There is a partial influence of Brand Image on Consumer Satisfaction as evidenced by the results of the tcount test of 11,476 > ttable 1,986 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05; (3) There is a simultaneous influence on Service Quality and Brand Image towards Consumer Satisfaction as seen from the results of the Fcal > Ftabel test of 78.987 > 3.10 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the determination coefficient test showedthat the magnitude of the Adjusted R square value was 0.617 which means that 63.7% of the variation in Consumer Satisfaction was influenced by Service Quality and Brand Image, while the remaining 36.3% was influenced by other factors that were not included in this study variable.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the learning motivation of students in class X AP 1 SMK Negeri 3 Sukawati through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model to resource scarcity materials. In this context, low student learning motivation is identified as a major challenge, which is influenced by social environmental factors and less innovative teaching methods. The implementation of PBL is carried out by preparing learning tools that include teaching modules, learning media, and assessment instruments. The results of the study showed that the application of the PBL model succeeded in improving student activities and learning outcomes, with an average cognitive score of 86.52. There were 21 out of 23 students who achieved learning completion. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the PBL model is effective in improving student motivation and learning outcomes, with recommendations to continue to develop learning plans that are in accordance with the characteristics of students and materials.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji Banten Pejati sebagai wujud kearifan lokal masyarakat Bali melalui pendekatan etnopedagogi dalam pembelajaran ekonomi. Banten Pejati tidak hanya memiliki nilai religius, tetapi juga mencerminkan konsep-konsep ekonomi seperti produksi, distribusi, dan konsumsi yang berakar pada budaya lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya dalam proses pembelajaran ekonomi sehingga memberikan pemahaman kontekstual kepada siswa tentang teori ekonomi dalam kehidupan nyata. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi makna simbolik dan nilai edukatif yang terkandung dalam Banten Pejati. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh adat, guru, dan siswa, serta observasi langsung pada praktik budaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Banten Pejati dalam pembelajaran ekonomi mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap prinsip-prinsip ekonomi secara holistik, memperkuat identitas budaya, serta membentuk sikap kritis dan bijak dalam pengelolaan sumber daya. Studi ini merekomendasikan penerapan pendekatan etnopedagogi untuk mendukung kurikulum berbasis budaya lokal guna menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna dan relevan dengan konteks sosial-budaya siswa.

Abstract

The application of ethnopedagogy in Ubud can help integrate Balinese cultural values ​​into the education system, so that students not only gain academic knowledge, but also a deep understanding of the values ​​and traditions that shape their identity. Considering that Indonesia is a pluralistic country with various ethnic groups and ethnicities, which of course have different cultures, ethnopedagogical-oriented learning is very important to implement. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The results of this research are that ethnopedagogy as an educational approach based on local wisdom has a strategic role in preserving culture amidst the challenges of globalization. By integrating local values, traditions and wisdom into learning, this approach not only increases academic understanding but also strengthens students' cultural identity. In Ubud, the application of ethnopedagogy based on the Tri Hita Karana philosophy and local artistic and cultural heritage has proven effective in instilling the values ​​of mutual cooperation, solidarity and social responsibility. The implementation of ethnopedagogy faces significant challenges, such as foreign cultural influences, cultural commercialization, lack of formal documentation, and limited integration into formal curricula. To overcome these obstacles, close collaboration is needed between educational institutions, government and local communities. Support through policies, cultural documentation, and curriculum adjustments are important steps to ensure that cultural values ​​can continue to be passed on.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam strategi pengembangan karakter generasi muda di Kota Denpasar. Dalam konteks modernisasi, nilai-nilai budaya seperti Tri Hita Karana, gotong royong (ngayah), tata krama, dan adat istiadat Bali semakin relevan sebagai upaya pembentukan individu yang bermoral dan beridentitas budaya. Melalui hasil pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dengan kajian kepustakaan (Library Research). Nilai-nilai kebudayaan yang dianut oleh masyarakat diidentifikasi sebagai landasan utama pengembangan karakter. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi berbagai strategi integrasi, termasuk inklusi dalam kurikulum, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, kemitraan dengan tokoh adat, serta proyek lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan berbasis kearifan lokal mampu memperkuat karakter siswa sekaligus menjaga kelestarian budaya lokal. Dengan kolaborasi yang efektif antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat, generasi muda Denpasar dapat tumbuh menjadi individu yang berintegritas tanpa kehilangan akar budaya mereka. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu mencakup peningkatan kolaborasi dengan berbagai elemen sosial dalam pengembangan pendidikan karakter berlandaskan kearifan lokal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tradisi Fakosi di Nias dari perspektif nilai filosofis dan sosio-kultural serta potensinya sebagai pendekatan etnopedagogi dalam pembelajaran ekonomi. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan studi kasus, penelitian ini menggali nilai-nilai inti dalam tradisi Fakosi, seperti gotong royong, tanggung jawab kolektif, dan solidaritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai tersebut relevan untuk diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran ekonomi, khususnya dalam menjelaskan konsep kerja sama, pengelolaan sumber daya bersama, dan distribusi yang adil. Tradisi Fakosi juga memberikan inspirasi untuk menciptakan pendekatan pembelajaran ekonomi yang lebih kontekstual dan berbasis budaya lokal. Dengan demikian, integrasi tradisi Fakosi dalam pendidikan ekonomi tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep ekonomi, tetapi juga memperkuat karakter dan kesadaran budaya mereka. Penelitian ini menyarankan pengembangan model pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal untuk melestarikan budaya sekaligus mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan ekonomi global.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh variabel eksogen dan endogen dalam perilaku konsumtif siswa. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Populasi penelitian mencakup 256 siswa kelas XI SMA di Kota Gianyar. Dari jumlah tersebut, 104 siswa dipilih sebagai sampel yang tersebar di tiga sekolah SMA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan ekonomi keluarga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif siswa. Artinya, siswa yang mendapat pendidikan ekonomi dalam keluarga memiliki pola konsumsi yang berbeda. Sebaliknya, gaya hidup dan modernitas individu berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Selain itu, pendidikan ekonomi keluarga dan gaya hidup tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap literasi ekonomi siswa, sementara modernitas individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap literasi ekonomi. Lebih lanjut, pendidikan ekonomi keluarga, gaya hidup, dan modernitas individu tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif melalui literasi ekonomi.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the vocational characteristics of the digital poster themed Barong Dance in developing specific skills and expertise. This research is beneficial as a promotional medium to enhance the appeal of Balinese cultural tourism and serves as a reference for other researchers. The digital poster as a promotional tool is designed using graphic design programs such as Canva, CorelDraw, Photoshop, or Illustrator. In Bali, the Barong Dance is an important sacred symbol that portrays the struggle between good and evil, and this dance is not only a part of religious rituals but is also drawn for entertainment in the tourism industry. The focus of this research on the Barong Dance poster is presented in the image of the digital poster as a vocational characteristic. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of this research are in the form of: digital posters with the theme of barong dance can increase tourist attraction while promoting Balinese culture globally. In addition, it can also contribute to the improvement of Bali's creative economy and sustainable tourism.

Abstract

Seni ukir batu padas di Desa Silakarang, Gianyar, Bali, merupakan warisan budaya yang menghadapi tantangan serius akibat pergeseran minat generasi muda ke sektor pariwisata dan kurangnya regenerasi perajin. Fenomena ini mengancam keberlanjutan seni ukir sebagai identitas budaya lokal. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pelestarian seni ukir Silakarang melalui integrasi etnopedagogi dalam pendidikan dan penguatan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan etnografis dan teori kewirausahaan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan serta peluang dalam pelestarian seni ukir. Fokus utama penelitian adalah pengenalan seni ukir sebagai muatan lokal di sekolah dasar melalui pendekatan etnopedagogi dan pengembangan inovasi produk berbasis kewirausahaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan etnopedagogi dapat mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya seni ukir ke dalam pendidikan sehingga generasi muda memiliki keterampilan praktis sekaligus kebanggaan terhadap warisan budaya mereka. Sementara itu, penguatan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan melalui diversifikasi produk, pemasaran digital, dan pemanfaatan bahan ramah lingkungan dapat meningkatkan daya saing seni ukir di pasar global. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kombinasi antara pendidikan berbasis budaya dan inovasi kewirausahaan merupakan solusi efektif untuk menjaga keberlanjutan seni ukir Silakarang sekaligus meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat.
