Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan ekonomi syariah dan tantangan yang dihadapinya dalam membangun sistem keuangan yang berkelanjutan. Ekonomi syariah telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, dengan adanya inisiatif dari berbagai negara untuk mengembangkan sistem keuangan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan yang perlu diatasi agar sistem keuangan syariah dapat berkelanjutan dan memberikan manfaat yang maksimal. Tantangan tersebut meliputi kurangnya kesadaran dan pendidikan masyarakat, kekurangan infrastruktur yang memadai, kompleksitas produk dan layanan, serta harmonisasi hukum dan regulasi. Dalam penelitian ini, data akan dikumpulkan melalui tinjauan literatur dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang perkembangan dan tantangan ekonomi syariah dalam membangun sistem keuangan yang berkelanjutan. Abstract

Batik cloth is one of the textile products that plays an important role in Indonesian culture and has received international recognition as a unique and valuable traditional art. Ruslan Tailor is one of the business actors in the sale of batik cloth operating in Indonesia. Therefore, Ruslan Tailor needs to understand past sales trends and plan inventory more efficiently. forecasting has been proven effective in predicting product sales with trends and seasonal patterns. By applying the ARIMA method to batik cloth sales data, Ruslan Tailor can identify sales patterns, trends, and seasonal variability, which in turn will help in making better decisions related to inventory management, production planning, and marketing. The results of this study show that the level of accuracy of Ruslan Tailor's batik cloth forecasting is 96%. Thus, this study will not only help Ruslan Tailor in improving its operational efficiency, but can also provide valuable guidance for other batik cloth business actors. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pajak Daerah terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Provinsi Riau, Pengaruh Retribusi Daerah terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Provinsi Riau, Pengaruh Laba BUMD terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Provinsi Riau, dan variabel paling berpengaruh terhadap PAD di Provinsi Riau. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Data sekunder yang di gunakan adalah data time series periode 2005-2023. Variabel independen terdiri dari Pajak Daerah, Retribusi Daerah dan Laba BUMD. Kebijakan yang dapat di ambil berdasarkan penelitian tentang Pengaruh Pajak Daerah, Retribusi Daerah, dan Laba BUMD terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Provinsi Riau adalah dengan cara memungut pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, maupun hasil laba BUMD agar di gunakan sebaik mungkin untuk meningkatkan PAD. Pajak Daerah, Retribusi Daerah, dan Laba BUMD dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas penyelenggaraan pemerintah dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dengan begitu di harapkan pemerintah daerah berhak menggerakkan pungutan kepada masyarakat agar pendpatan asli daerah (PAD) di Provinsi Riau menjadi lebih baik. Abstract

The beauty industry in Indonesia is growing very rapidly. This has resulted in increasingly fierce competition in the cosmetics business, especially skincare cosmetics. One type of skincare product that is popular and much favored by women in Indonesia is serum. Somethinc is one of the many brands that produce serum type skincare products. This study aims to analyze the effect of Product Quality, Brand Image and Product Variety on Purchase Intention and Purchase Decision of Somethinc Skincare Brand in Pekanbaru City, both direct influence and indirect influence. The population in this study are consumers of skincare brand Somethinc serum type who have bought these products and have used Somethinc skincare products serum type in Pekanbaru city. The sampling technique used is the Non-Probability Sampling method with Purposive Sampling, obtained a sample size of 213 respondents, namely consumers of skincare brand Somethinc serum type who live in Pekanbaru City as respondents in this study. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis techniques using SmartPLS software assistance. With Descriptive Statistical Analysis of Measurement Model Evaluation (Outer Model) & (Inner Model) and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that Product Quality, Brand Image, Product Variety and Purchase Intention have a direct influence on Purchasing Decisions. The sobel test results show that there is an indirect effect on Product Quality, Brand Image and Product Variety on Purchasing Decisions through Purchase Intention.

Abstract

The research carried out aims to reveal how work discipline and motivation influence the performance of Hidayatul Ma'arifiyah Islamic Boarding School Teachers in Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan Regency. A quantitative approach was used in this research. The population of this study consisted of 50 teachers. Determination of sampling using non-probability sampling using total/census sampling. Total/census sampling is a sampling technique where the entire population is used as a sample. This research uses multiple regression analysis with the SPSS program. The research results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance; motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and the two variables work discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to see and determine the direct and indirect effects of store atmosphere on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction at the Pusat Grosir Sukaramai Trade Center Pekanbaru. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. In this study the population is consumptive customers or customers who buy for personal consumption at the Pusat Grosir Sukaramai Trade Center (STC). The sample used Hair et al, so the number of samples in this study is an indicator of the research variables as many as 16 pieces plus the number of hypotheses of 4, and then multiplied by 5 so that the sample obtained is 100 respondents. For the sampling technique that is using simple random sampling, where sampling is done randomly using SEM analysis. The results in this study are that store atmosphere has a significant effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction. atmosphere and customer satisfaction have a significant influence on repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of store atmosphere significantly on repurchase intention. Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Customer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of bank health at Bank Mega Syariah in 2018 - 2023. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The indicator used is the RGEC Composite Rating obtained by. The ratios used consist of the NPF, FDR, GCG-Self Assessment, ROA, ROE, BOPO and CAR ratios. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of taste and location on customer loyalty at Super Penyet 268 in Pekanbaru City. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 customers who had made at least three purchases. The analysis, conducted via multiple linear regression, revealed that both taste and location significantly and positively affect customer loyalty. This finding underscores the importance of delivering a consistent taste experience and maintaining a strategic, accessible location to encourage customer loyalty. Based on the study results, Super Penyet 268 is advised to enhance product variety, ensure hygienic food preparation, and improve aspects of the physical location, such as parking security and organization, to reinforce customer loyalty.

Abstract

Consumers seek quality in products, especially in food items with perceived health benefits. This research examines how product attributes influence consumer purchase decisions and purchase interest in palm sugar products in Rambah Tengah Barat Village. Using a sample of 35 respondents selected through purposive sampling, data were gathered via questionnaires and analyzed with Partial Least Squares (PLS) structural equation modeling. Results indicate that purchase interest mediates the relationship between product attributes and purchasing decisions, underscoring the importance of quality product attributes in driving consumer satisfaction and purchase decisions. Key attributes influencing consumer choices include health benefits, absence of preservatives, aroma, cleanliness, packaging, solubility, color, taste, and shape. Palm sugar producers should consider enhancing these attributes to meet consumer expectations and boost competitiveness.
