Abstract

Customer loyalty plays a crucial role in a company's success by fostering repeat purchases and brand advocacy. This study examines the influence of customer trust and experience on customer loyalty, focusing on Garuda Indonesia customers in Selatpanjang City. Data collection was conducted using a Likert scale questionnaire, and analysis employed multiple linear regression to evaluate the effects of trust and experience on loyalty. The findings indicate that customer trust and experience have a significant simultaneous effect on loyalty, with trust emerging as the more dominant factor. However, customer experience does not independently influence loyalty. To strengthen loyalty, Garuda Indonesia should continue enhancing service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and cultivate positive perceptions of its brand. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh impulse buying terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Penelitian ini berguna untuk mengetahui tingkat peningkatan penjualan dengan memperhatikan indikator-indikator impulse buying. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji regresi antara dua variabel. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 300 penonton Tiktok dan pengguna Tokopedia. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibantu dengan media Google Form dengan instrumen pengaruh impulse buying dan peningkatan penjualan yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi berganda, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 1,503, menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari impulse buying terhadap peningkatan penjualan. "Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh impulse buying pada Tiktok Livestreaming tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan di Tokopedia".

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge and ease of use on the purchasing decision using online payment systems in Pekanbaru. The development of digital technology has transformed the way consumers transact, with online payment systems becoming the primary choice for purchasing products or services. Consumer knowledge about online payment systems and the ease of use of these systems can influence their decision to adopt the system. This research employs a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to respondents who actively use online payment systems in Pekanbaru. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the influence of knowledge, ease of use, and purchasing decisions. The results indicate that consumer knowledge of online payment systems does not have a significant impact on purchasing decisions. In contrast, ease of use has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. This suggests that while consumers may have knowledge about online payment systems, the ease of use factor plays a more dominant role in influencing their decision to make a purchase. This study provides implications for online payment system developers to focus on simplifying the interface and improving user experience to enhance purchasing decisions. Abstract

Pengaruh Perputaran Modal Kerja dan Perputaran Piutang Terhadap Profitabilitas Pada PT. Bintang Mitra Semesta Raya, Tbk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perputaran Modal Kerja dan Perputaran Piutang Terhadap Profitabilitas pada PT. Bintang Mitra Semesta Raya, Tbk. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi ()=0,84, koefisien korelasi (r)=0,91, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan persamaan regresi Y = 49,66 + + . . Secara simultan Perputaran Modal Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas, secara parsial Perputaran Piutang berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas, dan secara simultan Perputaran Modal Kerja dan Perputaran Piutang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas pada PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of job satisfaction, work discipline, and work motivation on employee loyalty at PT. Baraka Sarana Tama. The research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and verificative methods, and data collection techniques are conducted cross-sectionally. Data analysis is performed using Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The sample consists of 90 employees selected through Simple Random Sampling. The results show that job satisfaction, work discipline, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Work discipline and work motivation are found to have a more significant impact on loyalty, with high discipline and strong motivation playing an essential role in increasing employees' commitment to the company. These findings emphasize that companies focusing on improving job satisfaction, recognizing achievements, and providing career development opportunities are more successful in building a loyal and dedicated team. This study also suggests that companies should ensure fair and consistent application of work discipline to support employee loyalty. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the health level of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia from 2020-2023 with the RGEC (Risk profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital) approach. The analysis method used in this research is to use qualitative descriptive analysis, which is a method that aims to describe the state of the company based on the reality that actually occurs in a company. The results of the research Risk Level (Risk Profile): Islamic commercial banks have a low level of risk, with an average risk score of 75.75. This reflects the bank's ability to manage credit, market, operational, and liquidity risks well, maintaining operational stability and sustainability. Good Corporate Governance (GCG): Corporate governance is rated good, with an average score of 1.82. This indicates the application of the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness that support investor and customer confidence. Quality of Earnings: The bank's profitability is at a very adequate level, with an average earning score of 1.68. The bank is able to optimize revenues and manage costs efficiently to achieve stable profits. Capital: Capital levels are highly adequate, with an average capital score of 24.74. This indicates the bank's financial strength to support growth and bear potential risks. Abstract

. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the marketing mix, service quality, electronic word of mouth (EWOM) affect students' interest in choosing a vocational high school. To find out and analyze the marketing mix, service quality and electronic word of mouth (EWOM) affect students' decisions in choosing vocational high schools. To find out and analyze interest affects students' decisions in choosing vocational high schools. all vocational high school (SMK) students in Riau Province as many as 104,035 students from 13 districts/cities. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the service quality research, electronic word of mouth (EWOM) have an effect on student interest. The mix of marketing, service quality and electronic word of mouth (EWOM) affects students' decisions. Interest affects student decisions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Culture on Productivity with Work Motivation as a mediating variable at PT. Akur Pratama, Yogya Riau Junction Bandung branch. The research employs a quantitative approach based on positivism, with all 95 employees serving as the research sample through a census technique. Data collection was carried out using research instruments, and the data were analyzed statistically to test the formulated hypotheses. The results indicate that Work Culture has a significant positive effect on Work Motivation, highlighting the role of organizational cultural elements, such as values and work norms, in fostering employee motivation. Additionally, Work Culture also positively influences Productivity, although its impact is not as strong as on Work Motivation. Work Motivation was found to have a substantial and significant impact on Productivity, both directly and as a mediating factor. The indirect relationship between Work Culture and Productivity through Work Motivation suggests that employee motivation plays a critical role in enhancing the influence of work culture on productivity. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetemsi knowledge, Skill dan Ability sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja usaha mikro kecil menengah di Kabupaten Kampar. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melakukan survei pada 100 pengelola usaha mikro kecil menengah di Kabupaten Kampar, dengan metode sampling purposive. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan path analysis dengan PLS SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, a) p value knowledge terhadap kinerja UMKM yaitu 0,000 < α = 0,05; b) p value Skill terhadap kinerja UMKM yaitu 0,035 < α = 0,05; c) p value Ability terhadap kinerja UMKM yaitu 0,014 < α = 0,05. Simpulan, kompetensi knowledge, Skill dan Ability sumber daya manusia dapat secara signifikan mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah di Kabupaten Kampar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Shopee Express in Bandung Regency. Using a quantitative method grounded in positivist philosophy, data were collected from the entire population of operational staff and daily-wage earners, totaling 35 individuals, through a census approach. The analysis revealed that job satisfaction has the most significant and positive impact on performance, indicating that increased job satisfaction directly enhances employee performance. Additionally, motivation also significantly contributes to improving employee performance. In contrast, compensation was found to have no significant effect on performance, as evidenced by a statistically insignificant negative coefficient. These findings highlight the crucial role of job satisfaction and motivation as primary factors in enhancing performance while emphasizing the need for further evaluation of compensation strategies. This study provides strategic insights for Shopee Express management to prioritize improving job satisfaction and motivation to support sustainable productivity.
