Abstract

This study aims to determine the validity, feasibility, and attractiveness of the development of domino card media based on QR codes for fractional material and to determine whether there is an increase in the numeracy skills of grade 3 students of UPT SDN Tumpang 02 Blitar Regency using the development of domino card media based on QR codes for fractional material. The method used in this study is the Research and Development (R&D) research method or research and development using the Borg and Gall research model consisting of 10 steps. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and tests. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the validity of the domino card media based on QR codes for fractional material obtained a total percentage of 94.84% and is included in the very valid category. The feasibility of the domino card media based on QR codes for fractional material obtained a final value of 84.375% and is included in the very feasible category with revisions. While the attractiveness of the domino card media based on QR codes for fractional material obtained a final value of 99.38% with a very interesting category. In addition, the results obtained from the n-gain value obtained a value of 0.87 with a high category, which means that there is a high influence in improving students' numeracy skills using the development of domino card media based on QR codes for fractional material.

Abstract

Numeracy skills must be owned by students to be able to face the challenges in the 21st century. Improving numeracy skills in students can be done in learning activities at school by using learning media that are in accordance with the development of the times, one of which is by using the Fraction Pop Up Book media based on Augmented Reality . This study was conducted with the aim of determining the level of validity, feasibility and attractiveness of the Augmented Reality-based Fraction Pop-Up Book media and also to determine the increase in students' numeracy skills after learning using the developed media. This study is included in research & development (R&D) research using the Borg and Gall development model using 7 stages. This study was conducted at SDN Tlogo 02 Blitar in class 3 with a total of 33 students. This study was developed using several instruments, namely: interviews, questionnaires, tests and documentation. The results of this study show that researchers get a score of 100% from material experts, 93.75% from media experts and 87.5% from language experts. This shows that the media developed by researchers is valid media and can be used without requiring revision. The media is also a very interesting media with a percentage score of 94.61%. Students' numeracy skills also increased in the moderate category.

Abstract

This study aims to intervene with teachers regarding E-book and Quizzizz-based learning media in class X economics subjects at MA Roudlotut Tholibin Geger. The development of learning materials this time uses the research model (ADDIE). Data collection techniques in this study were observation, test, questionnaire and interview. The research subjects were MA Roudlotut Tholibin class X students totaling 8 students. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the development of E-book and Quizizz-based learning media in the economics class X MA Roudlotut Tholibin can be said to be feasible to use in the learning process. The results of after the trial, the average score obtained by students who scored in the sufficient category (C) did not exist, students who scored in the good category (B) were 6 people, and students who scored in the excellent category (A) were 2 people. The average score obtained was 83.62 with a good category.

Abstract

Based on the results of a survey conducted by researchers, many students in the class still have difficulty in working on story problems in mathematics learning. This encourages researchers to help improve students' reading and arithmetic skills. This study aims to determine the level of validity, feasibility and attractiveness of learning media in the form of QR code-based pop-up books to improve reading and arithmetic skills in addition and subtraction story problems for grade 2 students at UPT SDN Tlogo 02, Blitar Regency. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The research stages include analysis of student needs and characteristics, design of pop-up book concepts and specifications, prototype development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study indicate that the QR code-based pop-up book developed is feasible and valid for use in terms of material, media, and language. This media is also an attractive media for students as seen from the results of the attractiveness questionnaire with a percentage of 90.94% and is included in the very attractive category. In addition, the media can help improve reading and arithmetic skills for grade 2 with an N-Gain calculation result of 0.5364. Based on these results, it can be seen that QR code-based pop-up book media is a feasible, valid and interesting media and can help improve students' reading and arithmetic skills.

Abstract

Learning entrepreneurship is very important for special students in vocational high schools (SMK). However, there are still many students getting entrepreneurial grades under the   standard   (KKM).   It   can   be   said   that   student achievement in entrepreneurship subjects is low, this is inseparable from the factors that influence learning achievement such as: family environment, education costs, and reading interest. The research objective is to look at the effect of family environment and educational costs on student achievement both simultaneously and partially and to see the influence of family environment, education costs, and reading interest on learning achievement both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study was the entire class XI Pharmacy Pharmacy Ikasari Pekanbaru with 249 students. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling with a sample size of 153 students. The data in this study were secondary data obtained  from school documents  in  the form of  student daily test scores and primary data obtained from questionnaires filled out by students. The results showed that family environment and education costs had a positive and significant effect on learning achievement both 43.4% simultaneously and partially with a large coefficient of peht 43.6% and 39.7% and family environment, education costs, and reading interest positive and significant effect both simultaneously at 56.3% and partial with a peht coefficient of 16.5%, 13.2%, and 57.3%.

Abstract

The world has entered the industrial revolution (RI) 4.0 which is supported by digital technology and automation in various fields. RI 4.0 resulted in changes in the social order, specifically the need for skills in this era. The top 3 skills needed in the 21st century are complex problem solving, critical thinking, and creativity. All of these skills can be classified into Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). HOTS is a thinking skill that depends on the ability to analyze, create, and evaluate all aspects and problems. This research aims to develop valid problems to measure HOTS for students on stoichiometry topic and evaluate students’ HOTS on stoichiometry topic. Research is a development research type formative research that consists of analyzing, designing, evaluating, and revising. All data are analyzed using a descriptive technique. A subject in this research is students of superior high school in Pekanbaru. The results of this research are: (1) three of valid HOTS problems on stoichiometry (2) value of students' HOTS on stoichiometry is 35.16 which put in a medium category.

Abstract

This research was inspirated by the lack of ICT-based learning media in linear program material. Linear program material has the potential to be developed visually using computer devices to facilitate students in understanding the linear programs. The aim of the study was to develop ICT- based mathematics learning media that met the validity, practicality and effectiveness. The instruments used in this research were material validation sheets, media validation sheets, response questionnaires and student motivation questionnaires. Questionnaire sheets were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the ICT- based media of mathematics learning is valid with an average value of 3.36 by the material validator and 3.42 by the media validator. This learning media also fulfills practical requirements with an average student response of3.45 in small group trials and 3.18 in large group trials. Learning media also influence students learning motivation.

Abstract

The quality of human resources is an important factor in the midst of intense business competition at the moment. One way to improve human resources is through education. Education is very important because the presence of education will change one's mindset for the better, as well as the importance of education for UMKM business owners. In sago-based UMKM, the level of education of business owners is still relatively low because most business owners only have graduated from elementary school, as well as business success, because 70% of business owners have low incomes and sales have not increased from year to year. Therefore, this research was carried out with the aim of: 1) analyzing the level of education of business owners; and 2) analyze the factors that influence business success. Sampling used propotional random sampling to obtain 80 business owners. The data analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative and multiple linear regression. The results of study found that that the education level of sago-based business owners was still low. The entrepreneurial characteristics, business characteristics, access to capital, marketing capabilities, and government support and business networks have a positive and significant effect on the success of UMKM.
