Abstract

PT Bukit Asam is one of the companies engaged in the coal mining sector which is located in Tanjung Enim, South Sematra. The mining system applied in exploiting coal is open pit mining which produces water called acid mine water (AAT), one of the components of the AAT problem. namely total suspended solid (TSS). At PT Bukit Asam, Bangko Barat, there are several KPLs that are still in use. KPLs that are continuously supplied with mining water certainly produce a negative impact, namely silting. The aim of this research is to analyze the cost of dewatering sedimentation in mud settling ponds. The method used in this research is to use field visits and direct observations. The shallowing itself is caused by rain factors and the long deposition time. To prevent silting, draining is carried out using an excavator and loading of the material using a dump truck. Draining activities in February amounted to IDR 185,634,400.00 handling the mud settling ponds also using chemicals or control methods which are useful for settling mud particles so that the draining process at the KPL runs quickly.

Abstract

The development of technology is increasingly rapid, so tourism business managers must keep up with existing technological developments. Social media, especially Instagram, is one of the most widely used platforms in the world, especially for Generation Z. However, some respondents use Instagram for information and entertainment and there is a problem that the information obtained is sometimes not in accordance with reality, especially tourist information. This shows that there is still a lack of credible influencer filtering used in disseminating information about a product or place. This study aims to examine the differences in the interests of Generation Z in assessing the credibility of influencers as a source of tourism information to Bali. In the study, the researcher used a quantitative approach with data analysis used, namely the Multivariate of Variance Test (MANOVA). The number of samples used was 110 respondents per type of tourist. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The results of the study revealed that both domestic and foreign tourist groups judged influencers by their attractiveness to create a feeling of trust in the content disseminated. Meanwhile, for the gender group, they have the same perspective in assessing the credibility of an influencer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of corn flour levels on organoleptic quality, fat oxidation and total bacteria in the processing of pork belly sui wu'u. This study used a Complete Random Design (RAL) consisting of three treatments and five replicates so that there were 15 experimental units. The pork used were: belly pork including fat and skin as much as 250 g from each test, and the use of cornmeal with different levels in each treatment, namely: 200% (P1), 400% (P2), and 600% (P3). The variables measured were fat oxidation, total bacteria and organoleptic tests including color, aroma, taste and texture. The results of statistical analysis showed that the administration of corn flour with different levels in sui wu'u of abdominal pork showed a real effect (P<0.05) on organoleptic quality and TBA value, but no real effect (P>0.05) on TPC. It was concluded that the higher the level of corn flour given, the higher the organoleptic quality and the decrease in Total Plate Count (TPC). The best level of cornstarch in pork sui wu'u is at the level of 600%. The best organoleptic quality is: color at P3 2.70±1.15% (pale red), the best value of TBA at P2 is 12.81±1.08 mg. Mal/g, and the best value of TPC in P2 is 3.37±3.38 (colony/gr).
