Abstract

Ibru Village has significant potential in tourism and creative economy but lacks optimal utilization of information technology for promotion and dissemination of its potential. Most promotional efforts still rely on traditional methods with limited reach. This study aims to design a virtual tour system, Virtual Tour IBRU-Q, to serve as an interactive and modern promotional medium for Desa Ibru's agrotourism. Using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, the research focuses on the concept and design phases. The concept phase involves creating a research plan to address the issues and goals, while the design phase includes structuring the program architecture, user interface, and system flow using a procedural design approach. The resulting system integrates 360° virtual reality visuals, enabling users to explore Desa Ibru’s agrotourism virtually.

Abstract

A 13-year-old male presented with abdominal pain, fever, and vomiting two weeks after open appendectomy for neglected appendicitis. Examination revealed peritonitis signs, including diffuse tenderness. Laboratory findings showed leukocytosis and elevated C-reactive protein (CRP), indicating inflammation. Abdominal X-rays suggested dynamic ileus, while contrast-enhanced CT revealed pelvic fluid collections, gas-forming abscesses, partial ileus, and pneumoperitoneum, consistent with peritonitis complications. Complications such as adhesive small bowel obstruction (SBO), abscess formation, and peritonitis can arise after appendectomy. Adhesions from surgery may cause partial ileus, obstructing bowel motility, while infection can lead to abscesses. Imaging, particularly contrast-enhanced CT, is vital for accurate diagnosis and intervention. Treatment involves surgical drainage of abscesses, adhesiolysis, and broad-spectrum antibiotics to control infection. In this case, timely surgical and medical management resulted in a successful outcome. Peritonitis following appendectomy for neglected appendicitis can result in partial obstructive ileus and abscess formation, underscoring the need for vigilance during postoperative follow-up. Early imaging and intervention are critical to prevent severe outcomes. Prompt surgical and medical treatment enables full recovery, emphasizing the importance of recognizing post-appendectomy complications.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of the financial performance of PT Mayora Indah Tbk in 2018-2023, and whether financial performance has decreased or increased financial performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data collection methods used in the study were documentation and observation. The data analysis method describes descriptive quantitative with the formula for finding the level of profitability, liquidity, and solvency ratios. The results of the study in 2018-2020 financial performance increased, while after the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020-2021, financial performance experienced a very drastic decline, most likely this happened due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The influence of government policies such as the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) implemented during the pandemic has a direct impact on companies which greatly limits economic activities, such as distribution and sales. Meanwhile, financial performance began to adjust after the 2021-2023 Covid-19 pandemic. While seen from the measurement of the solvency ratio there is no change at all, from 2018-2023 the financial ratio continues to decline. We recommend that PT Mayora Indah Tbk always improve financial resilience by building reserves to face unexpected challenges in the future.

Abstract

The issue of the Constitutional Court's authority in assessing a decision related to open legal policy has become a very interesting discussion and has received a lot of attention from the public. As explained above, when rejecting a case, the Constitutional Court always argues that the case is an open legal policy, which is the authority of the DPR as the legislator. In several recent decisions, the Constitutional Court has been inconsistent in viewing and adjudicating cases that have an open legal policy nuance. One example of the court being inconsistent in the decisions it makes is regarding the election law regarding age limits, which has recently become a legal debate. The Constitutional Court as the guardian and interpreter of the constitution or “the guardian and the sole and the highest interpreter of the constitution” in several of its decisions regarding age in elections, it provides its interpretation contained in various decisions related to open legal policies made by legislators. Therefore, the formulation of the problem contained in this research is how to regulate the authority of the Constitutional Court in reviewing laws related to open legal policy and what are the legal implications of the authority of the Constitutional Court in deciding cases related to open legal policy. The research used in this writing uses normative legal research. This research uses a statutory approach, a conceptual approach. The research results show that the authority of the constitutional court in deciding open legal policy cases is contrary to the authority possessed by the constitutional court and has implications for the concept of the division of power. The Constitutional Court must have a clear legal basis in looking at cases related to open legal policy so that in the future the constitutional court will have a clear perspective. the same so that there are no more inconsistencies in the Constitutional Court's decisions regarding cases that have an open legal policy nuance. Regulations regarding open legal policy must be regulated in detail so that the norm testing process carried out has clear standards and mechanisms so as to provide legal certainty for the community

Abstract

The lack of clarity regarding the determination of an autonomous region to become a special region and a special region even though the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia has been regulated in Article 18. But regarding how the mechanism and conditions that can be met by a region to be a special region and a special region do not have definite rules. This research is a normative legal research with statutory, conceptual, historical and comparative approaches that apply to determine the overall legal regulations. The results show that the regulation of the status of regions (symmetrical decentralization), special regions and special regions in Indonesia is regulated in Article 18 of the 1945 Constitution; The Local Government Act is a derivative arrangement of Article 18 although it regulates thoroughly about how the requirements for the formation of regions (symmetrical decentralization) but does not regulate the requirements for the formation of special regions and special regions in the Act such as regions (symmetrical decentralization), there is only recognition of special regions and special regions; So it is necessary for future laws to accommodate this.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of cognitive styles and learning interest on students' understanding of physics concepts. Using a survey method with a sample of 88 first-year students from four programs at a Health Polytechnic in South Jakarta, data were collected through questionnaires on cognitive style perception, learning interest, and a physics concept understanding test. Findings from multiple regression analysis reveal: (1) Cognitive styles and learning interest collectively have a significant influence on physics concept understanding (p = 0.000, F = 26.084); (2) Cognitive style perception independently affects concept understanding (p = 0.047, t = 2.013); and (3) Learning interest significantly impacts concept understanding (p = 0.001, t = 3.426). The study highlights the interplay between cognitive preferences and motivation in achieving mastery of physics concepts.

Abstract

This research is based on the anxiety of students of the Islamic education guidance and counseling study program at Pelita Bangsa University regarding lectures conducted online and also anxiety about lectures conducted offline. From these two problems, it was found that students who undergo online lectures are anxious because of boring, sleepy, unfocused learning because of distraction from others and wasteful internet packages and network constraints. This makes learning in online lectures less effective. But on the other hand, lectures that are carried out offline are still felt to be lacking because students who experience long distances have difficulty coming to campus, are used to being online so they are lazy to go to campus, and take up time because of a lot of work at home. The author took steps to solve the problem by going through the middle path (At-Tawasuth), which is not leaning to the right and not leaning to the left, so steps were taken to increase learning motivation in offline and online lectures. The efforts made by Universitas Pelita Bangsa in taking the middle way are a combination of online and offline lectures with the method of one week offline and one week online. This is to provide justice for students who want online lectures, as well as for students who want offline lectures.
