Abstract

Excessive land conversion causes negative impacts such as floods, landslides, climate change, and other disasters. This happened in Bojong Kondang, where the slopes of the mountains were used as residential buildings. The purpose of this paper is to describe the main research topics: 1) Community understanding of land conversion in Bojong Kondang; 2) Ecotheological analysis in the perspective of Seyyed Hossein Nasr on land conversion in Bojong Kondang. This research is a field research, with descriptive qualitative method, and the ecotheological theory of Seyyed Hosein Nasr as an analytical tool. The findings in this study are first, there are pros and cons between the community and the government on the housing development. Second, the perpetrators of the housing construction were not native Bojong Kondang residents, but migrants. Third, the indigenous people of Bojong Kondang are very concerned about the environment and uphold ecotheological values based on the principles of Islamic teachings. Fourth, the elders in Bojong Kondang still adhere to mythology.

Abstract

Traditional ceremonies and traditions that contain values and norms in society, are a form of culture. In the Cikalama community, there is a Ngabungbang tradition. The purpose of this paper is to answer the problems that are the subject of the research: 1) the Ngabungbang Tradition at Pondok Pesantren Cikalama; 2) The procession of the implementation of the Ngabungbang tradition at the Pondok Pesantren Cikalama; and 3) Sutan Takdir Alisjhabana's cultural philosophy analysis of the Ngabungbang tradition at the Pondok Pesantren Cikalama. This research is a field research, with this research is a qualitative descriptive method, and the theory of cultural philosophy of Sutan Takdir Alisjahbana as a knife of analysis. The findings in this research are firstly, Ngabungbang is a tradition to have a good relationship with God, the Prophet, ancestors, as well as with the supernatural powers that he believes in, and is defined as a pilgrimage to the graves of ancestors who contributed to the spread of Islam. Second, the procession of implementing the Ngabungbang tradition is carried out in several stages, namely, reading sholawat and dhikr, listening to advice from the organizers and finally waiting for the prayer to be awarded. Third, the analysis of the dominant values of STA shows that the style/character/character of the culture in the Ngabungbang tradition is an expressive culture.

Abstract

Several themed hadith were found to determine the milk content that caused mahram. With such gifts, some scholars also disagree with their arguments. Hence, researchers were intrigued by the study of hadis-hadith on radha 'ah, a specialty in determining milk content. The study aimed at learning about the hadith content of milk content that caused you to drop down in the study of ma 'anil hadis. The study includes a qualitative kind by applying library or library search by invoked the methods of rij hadis and ma 'anil hadis by applying the al-jam 'u. As for the end result of this study, six hadith found among them the history of the milk of mahram, ath-tirmidzi, and ahmad, which of the hadith divided into four themes of one or two uptake does not make mahram, five breaths can make mahram, childhood reduction, and hunger reduction. The quality of the hadith is shahih, both from sanad and. Scholars also vary in determining the level of compilation that made mahram, this is based on the hadis-hadith of the prophet Saw. As for the ultimate hadith, it is to be a mahram with five breaths, both in terms of both sanad and matan.

Abstract

The purpose of this. study was to analyze iconoclasm in A.D. Pirous's calligraphy using Nurcholish Madjid's iconoclasm theory. The method used in this research is a literature review. The results and discussion of this research include the biography of A.D. Pirous, the theory of iconoclasm of Nurcholish Madjid, and the analysis of iconoclasm in A.D. Pirous's calligraphy paintings. This study concludes that A.D. Pirous is an Acehnese Muslim artist who developed calligraphy in Indonesia. By establishing his school, Pirous calligraphy created a new style in Islamic art in Indonesia. According to Nurcholish Madjid, Islam is a religion that still applies the concept of iconoclasm in its teachings, including those related to works of art such as calligraphy. The analysis of Nurcholish Madjid's iconoclasm on A.D. Pirous's calligraphy can be seen from two aspects: the release of Pirous in following the rules of calligraphy and the elimination of the sacredness his calligraphy. This research is recommended for further and in-depth research on calligraphy painting or other works of art and the use of iconoclasm theory as an analytical tool, especially Nurcholish Madjid's iconoclasm and other theological studies.

Abstract

The main advice of Islam is for sinners to repent immediately because religious arguments explain that repentance is a door of convenience, as well as acting as a procession for eliminating sins. Meanwhile, the problems faced by humans today are increasingly diverse and increasing. This study aimed to discuss repentance as a basis for problem solving. The method used in this study is a qualitative method based on the literature review with the content analysis. Then to explain the verse in this study, it was carried out using the thematic interpretation method (maudhu’i). The result of this study as a discussion that includes the meaning of repentance and the problem solving, verses about repentance related to the problem solving, and the analysis of repentance as a basis for the problem solving. This study concludes that based on the analysis carried out with thematic interpretation steps, it is known that denial and sin cause calamities and problems both on a small and large-scale. Then repentance exists as a purification step for the soul that is offered to eliminate drop calamities and problems and replace them with luck.

Abstract

The book Syakshiyah al-Mar'ah al-Muslimah by Muhammad Ali al-Hasyimi discusses the ideal character of a Muslim woman. In this book, he includes verses of the Qur'an and traditions related to the character of Muslim women. This study aims to determine the quality of the hadiths regarding the characteristics of Muslim women listed in the book of Syakhshiyah al-Mar'ah al-Muslimah by Muhammad Ali Al-Hasyimi. This type of research is qualitative through literature study using the takhrij hadith method and descriptive analysis approach. The takhrij method used is the takhrij hadith bi al-lafdzi, which is a search using some words from the matan hadith. The results and discussion of this research include an overview of the characteristics of Muslim women, editorials on the characteristics of Muslim women and takhrij hadiths which discuss the authenticity status of hadiths. Based on their authenticity and validity, this study concludes that the quality of the traditions contained in the book Syakhshiyah al-Mar'ah al-Muslimah by Muhammad Ali al-Hasyimi, is proven to be valid because it can be ascertained that the narrators are tsiqah and the hadiths are authentic. Therefore, these traditions can be used as syara' arguments or evidence in Islamic law for every Muslim woman who always explores her character. According to al-Hasyimi, the characteristics that a Muslim woman must have include 1) maintaining her honor; 2) obedient to parents and husband; 3) establish a good relationship.

Abstract

Building an ideal marriage is an issue that often occurs in society. This study aims to discuss the ideal marriage in the film Twivortiare from a hadith perspective. This research is a qualitative type using successive thematic, takhrij and syarah approaches and the living sunnah method is used to find the ideal marriage values in the Twivortiare film. The results and discussion in this article show that in the Twivortiare film there are ideal marriage values from a hadith perspective such as treating spouses well as contained in Musnad Ahmad Number 7095, accepting and complementing each other as contained in Sahih Muslim Number 2672, and maintaining intimacy. with a partner as exemplified by Rasulullah in Sahih Bukhari Number 288. This study concludes that in the Twivortiare film there are ideal marriage values that can be a solution so that marriages avoid actions that lead to disharmony and divorce. This study recommends that every married couple can instill the value of an ideal marriage even though it is through the meaning of the film.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss contextualization of the understanding of Gratification in Hadith. This research applies a type of qualitative research conducted with library studies and uses tahlili methods and contextualization. The results and discussions of this study include an overview of corruption and gratification, actions that include gratification, punishment in the world and the afterlife of gratification actors contained in the Qur'an, Hadith, and applicable laws. This study concluded that the act of gratification has existed since the time of the Prophet, where there are many differences in terms of social conditions, culture, and a more modern era. Then there needs to be contextualization of hadith in the legal system and the definition of corruption. This study outlines how contextualizing the understanding and punishment of gratification in hadith as the times progress.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the role of qanaah attitude in dealing with household economic problems based on the perspective of the idrisiyyah order's prosperous family development institution. This research uses qualitative research methods where the resulting source comes from observations and interviews and literature related to research. The results of this study give the understanding that qanaah is a form of gratitude for the efforts that have been made to pick up sustenance. In addition, qanaah is also interpreted as an attitude of acceptance towards all destiny and decrees from Allah Swt., and still accompanied by still trying and trying to get what we need. The Prosperous Family Development Institute is a container in which there are coaching programs as a form of service to pilgrims who want or are married.  LPKS provides guidance on how to become a human being who has good morals and provides tips on how to be a good household. As for the conclusion that can be drawn, the role of qanaah in dealing with economic problems in the household is very important, because with qanaah humans will always feel enough with what they have received so that it will minimize conflicts that occur in the household due to the absence of demands from both sides. This research recommends the importance of understanding and applying qanaah attitudes in family life in order to create a harmonious family.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the criteria for the validity of hadith according to Nashiruddin Albani and Al-Ghumari and to find out the differences and similarities of the criteria for the validity of hadith according to Nashruddin Albani and Al-Ghumari. The research   method used is comparative study. The results of this study showed that technically, the two hadith scholars have their own characteristics in researching the validity of a hadith. The criteria of shahih hadith according to the two hadith scholars do have similarities and differences with some other hadith scholars so as to cause some controversy.
