Abstract

This study analyzes the performance of a website for one of the companies, namely PARAMA Pelindo, using Pingdom Tools and PageSpeed Insights. This research aims to improve the performance of the PARAMA website in order to improve user experience. The results of the PARAMA website performance analysis show certain things that need to be improved in testing using pingdom tools and PageSpeed Insights. This research contributes to understanding the importance of analyzing the performance of a website and provides practical recommendations for web developers in improving website performance in general.

Abstract

Fuel subsidy program is one of the government programs aimed at helping people meet their daily transportation needs. However, there are still many obstacles faced by fuel subsidy users such as limited quota and lack of information about the program mechanism. Therefore, this study was conducted to predict the constraints faced by fuel subsidy users using Naïve Bayes algorithm. This study involved 100 respondents spread across Jabodetabek area and conducted an online survey as a data source. The result of data analysis showed that classification model using Naïve Bayes algorithm was quite good in predicting the constraints faced by fuel subsidy users with an average accuracy value of 0.82.Based on these results, it can be concluded that the fuel subsidy program still has several obstacles in its implementation so efforts need to be made to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the program for more benefits to all levels of society.

Abstract

Japanese language learning has been available at SMAN 2 Purwakarta since 2005. Students of SMAN 2 Purwakarta have difficulty learning Japanese due to the lack of variety in class. So researchers took the initiative to design a Japanese learning application. User Interface (UI) is a design before the creation of applications that focuses on visuals and product elements such as colors, layouts, buttons and typography. User Experience (UX) is the experience of a user when using an application. UI and UX have an important role in the problems that exist at SMAN 2 Purwakarta because they can add new innovations to Japanese language learning. Goal Directed Design is the method used in this study because it focuses on goals and user experience. The test method used is the System Usability Scale to find the average value of the final results for the application design made.

Abstract

The workforce is highly needed in the country's economic development, where qualified labor can drive more productive development. The Training Center Unit of Sambas District Work Training Center is a facility that accommodates training activities which function to provide, enhance, and develop skills, productivity, discipline, work attitude, and work ethic. To attract public attention to participate in the training, an introduction to each training available at the Sambas District Work Training Center through visual media is required, in the form of promotional videos. This promotional video creation utilizes the MDLC method, which is a combination of visual media, sound, video, animation, and others. The MDLC method consists of six stages: Concept, Design, Material Collection, Production, Testing, and Distribution. The result of this research is the completion of a 5-minute promotional video in H264 1080p format, namely Mp4."

Abstract

The Antar Ajong tradition is a Sambas community culture that is still preserved today. Antar Ajong is a series of traditional ceremonial rituals in the form of releasing a small lancang boat (Ajong) in the Coastal area in Paloh District and is carried out during the planting season, especially in planting rice. This research was conducted with the aim of introducing the Sambas culture of Antar Ajong tradition with 2-Dimensional Animation media. The survey results showed about 76.7% of Sambas local people and outsiders who did not know or did not know at all about the Antar Ajong tradition. This research uses the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cylce) Development method as a procedure or step in conducting research and stages of work consisting of 6 stages, concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The results of questionnaire testing to general public respondents received a score of 88.9%, which means that this animated film was successful in introducing and providing insight into the culture of the Antar Ajong Tradition through the media of 2-dimensional animated films to many people.

Abstract

Folklore is a story that develops in society and Delivered through generations which contains moral messages and values from every characters. Technology and information capabilities that are very rapid demand an increase in competence, one of which is an increase in literacy competence. Base on Indonesian literacy, an UNESCO study entitled The Most World's Literate Nations in 2017 released Indonesia's 60th ranking in reading interest. People prefer to watch videos rather than read writing, this happens because videos seem more interesting than stories that only contain text. The test was carried out with a questionnaire given to material experts, media experts, and 40 respondents to find out whether the "2 Dimensional Animation Video of the folklore of Batu Nek Jago" is appropriate for publication. The test results show that in the questionnaire media experts are 78%, material experts are 88%, and respondents are 65.5% or it can be concluded that "Animated Film 2 Dimensions of the folklore Batu Nek Jago" Sambas is worthy of publication.

Abstract

This research is focused on building and implementing a system for finding the best route in cargo expeditions for PT. Pelindo. PT. Pelindo faces a significant challenge in providing the best service to its customers to enhance their satisfaction. In response to this challenge, the developed system employs the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) approach, inspired by the foraging behavior of ants when searching for the shortest path from their nest to a food source. Through ACO, the system aims to provide optimal and efficient route solutions. The research results encompass the development and implementation of ACO calculations within a system capable of generating the best alternative routes. The routes generated involve eight main points, namely A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-A. It is expected that this system will be a highly valuable tool for users in finding the most efficient and cost-effective travel routes for cargo expeditions. Furthermore, the outcomes of this research are anticipated to contribute positively to improving the quality of service provided by PT. Pelindo to their customers, thus enhancing customer satisfaction and overall logistics operational efficiency.

Abstract

Technology is currently developing rapidly and covers almost all fields, one of which is business. XYZ Boutique is a women's clothing business that uses IS/IT in its business activities. However, using technology still has shortcomings and opportunities for business damage. Therefore, this research will analyze IS/IT risks at XYZ Boutique using the ISO 31000:2018 framework. In analyzing risk, data is needed that is collected through interviews and observations with related parties or places. Based on the interview results, 16 risks were obtained and based on the likelihood and impact tables, 5 high risks, 9 medium risks and 2 low risks were obtained. All these risks will be provided with solutions to handle them.

Abstract

Dalam masyarakat digital saat ini, kehidupan kita terkait erat dengan penerapan dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Di hampir setiap bidang dan jalur karier, teknologi memiliki dampak yang signifikan. Kemampuan komputer dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu komponen dari sebuah sistem informasi. Saat ini, di perusahaan Jasa Digital Printing, terdapat permasalahan dalam pengurusan gaji karyawan. Kesalahan dalam menghitung gaji sering terjadi, yang berujung pada keterlambatan proses pembayaran gaji. Situasi ini berpotensi menurunkan standar kinerja karyawan. Proses penggajian karyawan harus terkomputerisasi untuk standar perusahaan yang lebih baik. Sistem ini meningkatkan akurasi dalam penggajian, memungkinkan perusahaan untuk menghilangkan kesalahan dalam perhitungan gaji yang dilakukan secara manual, yang dapat merugikan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem penggajian dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) untuk mengatasi permasalahan utama yang ada dalam proses penggajian. Metode yang dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu perencanaan kebutuhan, proses perancangan sistem, dan implementasi. Dengan demikian, dalam merancang sistem informasi penggajian karyawan, metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) telah terbukti efektif seperti yang terlihat dalam berbagai studi kasus. RAD memungkinkan pengembangan sistem yang cepat dan berulang, dengan fokus pada prototyping dan umpan balik pengguna. Kata kunci: Jasa Digital Printing, Payroll, sistem informasi, Perkembangan Aplikasi yang Cepat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja website Telkom Access menggunakan Pingdom Tools. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengukur kecepatan akses, waktu respon server, dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Hasil analisis menyoroti pentingnya kecepatan akses halaman website dan waktu respon server dalam mempengaruhi pengalaman pengguna. Selain itu, diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja website, antara lain optimasi gambar, penggunaan caching, dan peningkatan infrastruktur server. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya pemantauan terus menerus untuk memastikan kinerja optimal website Telkom Access untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna secara efisien.
