Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Financial Distress on Tax Aggressiveness during the 2018 – 2022 period, which obtained 30 data in this study. The type of data used is secondary data, in the form of the company's annual report. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing uses the SPSS program to perform multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that the results of the study show that the data meet the classical assumptions such as normal distribution data, no multicollinearity, no heteroscedasticity and no autocorrelation. From the results of the partial hypothesis, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a significant positive effect on Tax Aggressiveness and Financial Distress does not have a significant negative effect on Tax Aggressiveness.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to determine the entrepreneurial desire of students on the influence of entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial creativity on students at the University of West Jakarta. The research design uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data in the study were obtained from 175 respondents who are university students in West Jakarta using a questionnaire as a data collection tool with the survey method. Data analysis in this study using the SEM PLS test tool was carried out testing discriminat validity, convergent validity, composite reliability, outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing. The first stage in this study is to test the validity of the questions of each variable along with their reliability. The second stage tests the influence of each variable. The results showed that there is an influence of entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial creativity on student entrepreneurial desire.

Abstract

The development of Indonesian music every year shows considerable growth. Indonesian music has become a host for music listeners in the country. One of the reasons for this development is that technology is developing rapidly and helping musicians produce and disseminate their work. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Word of Mouth, Digital Marketing, Brand Awareness on Customer Loyalty for new artists, Seven Music Indonesia. Respondents in this study were listeners to Swaragama Jogjakarta radio who listened to the Zona Persada program every Monday - Friday at 19.00 - 21.00 in October - November 2020 who conducted interactive (request) songs. The number of respondents in this study was set at 186 respondents. This research gives the results: 1) Word of Mouth has a significant direct effect on Customer Loyalty, 2) Digital Marketing has a positive influence on Customer Loyalty, 3) Brand Awareness has a positive influence on Customer Loyalty, 4) Word of Mouth, Digital Marketing, Brand Awarness has a significant influence on Customer Loyalty for Seven Music Indonesia's New Artists.

Abstract

Penelitian sebelumnya atau penelitian terkait sangat penting dalam sebuah penelitian atau karya ilmiah. Penelitian sebelumnya atau penelitian terkait memperkuat teori dan fenomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variabel. Artikel ini mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja Bagian Khusus Densus 88 yaitu Kebijakan Pemerintah, rekrutmen dan pelatihan, penelitian disertasi dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk membuat hipotesis tentang pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan dalam penelitian selanjutnya. Hasil dari variabel ini adalah : 1) Kebijakan Pemerintah berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Densus 88 2) Rekrutment berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Densus 88; dan 3) Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Densus 88.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of investment decisions measured by Price Earning Ratio (PER) and dividend policy measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on company value measured by Price Book Value (PBV). The sample of this study consisted of 11 companies included in the LQ-45 group listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses classical assumption tests (nomality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test) and hypothesis with multiple linear regression test which shows that all variables used have been free of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and all these variables are normally distributed. In addition, this study used SPSS version 21.00. The results of this study show that partially investment decisions have a significant effect on company value and dividend policy does not have a significant effect on company value. However, simultaneously all independent variables in this study have a significant effect on the value of the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of population growth, Employment opportunities, and investment on the unemployment rate in Pekanbaru City. The data used is time series data for the period 2006-2021. The research uses multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS version 25 statistical program. The results showed that partially population growth had a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate, employment opportunities had a negative and  significant effect on the unemployment rate, and invesmant had a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate in Pekanbaru City. Simultaneously population growth, employment opportunities and investment have a significant effect on the unemployment in Pekanbaru City. The value of Adjusted R-Squared in this study is 0,909, which means that 90,9% of the labor absorption variable can be explained by the independent variables in this study, the remaining 9,1% is explained by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the effect of price, promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions at the Bogor Belibis Curly Noodle Culinary Business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions of Belibis Curly Noodles. The sampling technique used accidental sampling so that a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Methods of data collection using observation and questionnaires. The data that has been collected is then processed with data processing techniques used to test the validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques include t-test, coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression test and f-test. From the results of the research hypothesis test, it was found that H1, H2, H3, H4 and H5 were accepted or in other words the price, promotion, and product quality variables had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, the hypothesis test regarding moderation also shows that product quality strengthens the effect of price and promotion on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh PPN, PPnBM terhadap Daya Beli Kendaraan Bermotor Roda Empat (Mobil Pribadi) dengan PKB Tarif Progresif sebagai variabel pemoderasi di Jakarta. Dengan sampel sebanyak 126 responden. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif bersifat primer yang berasal dari kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PPN berpengaruh secara positif terhadap daya beli kendaraan, PPnBM tidak berpengaruh terhadap daya beli kendaraan, PKB Tarif Progresif memoderasi PPN tidak berepnagruh terhadap daya beli, PKB Tarif Progresif memoderasi PPnBM tidak berepnagruh terhadap daya beli, dan PKB Tarif Progresif berpengaruh secara positif terhadap daya beli.

Abstract

Penggelapan pajak ialah suatu usaha menghindari pajak dengan cara illegaI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh implementasi sistem perpajakan, pemeriksaan pajak dan keadilan pajak terhadap penggelapan pajak pada KPP dibawah Kanwil Jakarta Selatan II. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Objek yang digunakan adalah para Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang bekerja di KPP dibawah Kanwil Jakarta Selatan II. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel adalah metode simple random sampling dan mengambil 152 sampel dari minimal sampel data yang diperlukan 150 sampel. Penelitian ini diuji menggunakan sistem SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square dan data diuji menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tiap variabel implementasi sistem perpajakan, pemeriksaan pajak dan keadilan pajak berpengaruh pada penggelapan pajak di KPP dibawah Kanwil Jakarta Selatan II.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengamati  daya  tarik merek  Skechers,  salah  satu  merek produk  terkenal di Indonesia,  dari  konsumennya  di  Kota Bekasi.  Makalah  ini  bersifat  kuantitatif,  korelasional,  crosssectional,  dan  non-eksperimental;  sampel  probabilistik  diterapkan  pada  sejumlah konsumen  muda.  Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) secara parsial Satisfaction, WoM, Love dan komitmen tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap purchase intention. 2) Brand Love sebagai variabel moderasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. 3) variabel moderasi Brand Love tidak memiliki hubungan dengan satisfaction, WoM, Love dan Komitmen yang signifikan dalam mempengaruhi purchase intention, sehingga dapat disimpulkan brand love tidak bersifat memperkuat atau memperlemah (memoderasi) model minat beli produk skechers di Kota Bekasi.
