Abstract

The entry of digitalization into the business world (e-commerce) in the past decade has become a serious challenge for retail store owners (offline stores) in Indonesia. Because, e-commerce provides efficient time and convenience in choosing the goods needed, which in turn makes people start leaving retail stores in fulfilling their life needs. However, not a few consumers are dissatisfied with e-commerce services between the expected products and those received. This study aims to determine the effect of visual merchandising and store layout on the performance of Matahari Department Store. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with the t test. The results showed that store layout had a significant positive effect on company performance and visual merchandising had a significant positive effect on company performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and evaluate the financial condition of PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk. From a financial perspective, what are the conditions for the period 2017 to 2021. The descriptive method with a comparative approach is used in this research to obtain and obtain answers to the problems currently being researched by describing the company's financial performance. in the 2017 – 2021 reporting year using the Common Size technique. The results of the research show that financial performance according to the common size is quite good because the average composition of the amount of debt is a smaller percentage compared to capital in the company's operational fund allocation and in terms of PT's profit and loss. Telkom Indonesia Tbk. from 2017 to 2021 it continued to generate profits every year, the decline in 2018 was due to an increase in expenses.

Abstract

Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, the conclusions in this research are as follows: (1) E-Recovery Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Tokopedia Marketplace; (2) E-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Tokopedia Marketplace (3) E-Recovery Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at the Tokopedia Marketplace; (4) E-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty to the Tokopedia Marketplace: (5) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty to the Tokopedia Marketplace.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of e trust and e recovery on loyalty through consumer satisfaction of shopee users in Pati Regency. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The results of the research conclude that (1) E trust has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction of Shopee users in Pati Regency (2) E recovery has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction of Shopee users in Pati Regency (3) E trust has a positive and significant effect on loyalty in Shopee users in Pati Regency (4) e recovery has a positive and significant effect on loyalty of Shopee users in Pati Regency (5) Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty of Shopee users in Pati Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze employee performance problems at the Pati District Health Service; analyze the causes that arise and the consequences in each perspective, namely the competency perspective, non-physical work environment, job satisfaction, and employee work motivation; analyzing supporting factors and inhibiting factors for improving employee performance; develop strategies to improve employee performance. This type of research is a descriptive approach, collecting in-depth interviews with 15 informants. Analysis method using the Fishbone approach. The results of the research concluded that performance problems were job placements that did not match their competencies. The Competency Perspective is due to lack of training, limited access to knowledge and developments in the health sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the empowerment of human resources in terms of the perspective of education, experience, skills, safety for grocery traders in Pati Regency. This type of research is qualitative by using fishbone analysis. The research sample was 5 informants (informants) who were selected based on holding positions for more than 2 years, having sufficient time to be interviewed and willing to become informants. Data were collected by interviews and analyzed qualitatively using the fishbone method (cause and effect). The results obtained from the Empowerment of Human Resources from an educational perspective include education levels, knowledge of information technology, written communication, and knowledge of human resource development.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, service quality, company image on customer satisfaction and to analyze the influence of product quality, service quality, company image on customer loyalty. customer loyalty of PT BPR BKK Lasem (Perseroda. The population of this research is 57,196 customers, consisting of 54,468 savings customers and 2,728 deposit customers. And the technique used is purposive sampling with a sampling number of 155 respondents. The data analysis method in this research can shows a model that explains the simultaneous relationship between variables. Data analysis in research uses the Strutural Equation Modeling (SEM) program. Conclusions from research on product quality, service quality, company image have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT BPR BKK Lasem (Perseroda) .

Abstract

This research examines the effect of debt to equity ratio, company size and current ratio on profit growth with return on assets as an intervening variable in property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The research sample was 25 companies. The data type is quantitative data. This data source uses secondary data. Data collection uses documentation techniques. The data analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the debt to equity ratio has a negative and significant effect on return on assets, company size has no effect on return on assets, the current ratio has no effect on return on assets, the debt to equity ratio has no effect on profit growth, company size has no effect. on profit growth, the current ratio has a negative and significant effect on profit growth, return on assets has a positive and significant effect on profit growth

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of product reviews and content creators on purchasing interest through affiliate marketing of Shopee e-commerce users in Kudus Regency. This type of quantitative research, with a sample size of 156 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, data analysis using SEM AMOS version 23. The results of the research directly product reviews have a significant positive effect on affiliate marketing. Content Creator has a significant positive effect on Affiliate Marketing. Product reviews have an insignificant positive effect on purchasing interest. Content Creator has an insignificant positive effect on purchasing interest. Affiliate marketing has a significant positive effect on Purchase Interest. The results of the intervening test show that the affiliate marketing variable is able to act as an intervening variable between product reviews and content creators on the buying interest of Shopee e-commerce users in Kudus Regency

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of job satisfaction and leadership style on work performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. This research data uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The sampling method used purposive sampling and a sample of 120 respondents was obtained. The data analysis used in this research is a structural equation model. The results of this study state that job satisfaction and leadership style have a positive effect on work motivation. The results of this research also state that satisfaction and leadership style do not have a positive effect on work performance. Apart from that, work motivation influences work performance. The results of the mediation test state that work motivation has a greater contribution in mediating the influence of job satisfaction on work performance and work motivation has a greater contribution in mediating the influence of leadership style on work performance.
