Abstract

This research aims to improve sustainable business performance through Balanced Scorecard (BSC) with a systematic literature review method from 2018 to 2022, using Watase Uake, which resulted in 28 selected articles. BSC has proven to be strategic in improving the holistic performance of companies, covering 4 main perspectives: financial, customer, development and growth, and internal process. The internal process perspective was more influential in strategizing to measure company performance, followed by the training and development perspective, and then the customer and financial perspectives. The four perspectives of performance measurement using the balanced scorecard are interrelated so that the internal process makes improvements in the learning and development perspective, which in turn leads to finance by bringing benefits to customer satisfaction.

There are many facts and data that state how big the influence of the culinary business in Indonesia is. It's not just a business related to basic human needs, more than that culinary business is entrepreneurial from an economic perspective. The purpose of this research is to study how product quality, service quality, and word of mouth influence consumers' decisions to buy goods. The research subjects were all restaurant consumers with a purposive sampling size of 100 respondents who ordered chicken noodles and ate on the spot. This research was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this research state that the choice of product purchase is not influenced by its quality. On the other hand, service quality and word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Additionally, product quality, service and consumer reputation influence buyers' decisions.

Abstract

Previous literature reviews have explored the relationship of Work Engagement with Employee Performance. The purpose of this scoping review is to map the existing studies that assess the influence of Work Engagement on Employee Performance. The main stages of the scoping review are: (1) identifying research questions; (2) identifying relevant studies; (3) study selection; (4) data charting, and (5) compiling, summarizing, and reporting results. Spanning 10 years (2013-2023), the scoping review results show that most studies recognize that work engagement affects employee performance. However, as claimed by Rahmadalena & Asmanita (2020) that employee engagement has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of mobile banking transactions, technology, and information investment on non performing loan and fee-based income. This study was conducted on commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018-2022. The purposive sampling method was used to select the sample, and the data came from the bank's annual report. Multiple regression analysis is used to analyze the relationship between variables. Partial test results show that mobile banking transactions have a significant adverse effect on the NPL ratio and a significant positive effect on fee-based income. Meanwhile, technology and information investment does not affect the NPL ratio but significantly positively affects fee-based income. These results show that increasing mobile banking transactions can support non performing loan and fee-based income.
