Abstract

This study aims to describe the tourism village development in Community-Based Tourism in Café Sawah located in Pujon Kidul Village Malang. It uses qualitative descriptive method with the theoretical approach of CBT (Community-Based Tourism) from Suansri (2003) consisting of economic, social, cultural, environmental and political indicators. The output of this study reveals that the tourism village development at the CBT (Community-Based Tourism) from the economic point of view opens job opportunities for the jobless people. From the social point of view, it activates the community participation in a tourism aware group, whereas from cultural view point, the village communities have not yet been involved through the traditional dances in order to become the attraction in Café Sawah tourism object. From the environmental point of view, the people actively get involved in ‘gotong royong’ – working together hand-in-hand for a certain purpose. In term of political aspect, the people protect and embrace others for development of Café Sawah.

Abstract

Food and Agriculture Security Service in Surabaya City is developing Mangrove Ecotourism in Wonorejo Surabaya which aims to find out the ecotourism development conducted by Surabaya City Food and Agriculture Security Service based on nature reserves. This study uses qualitative method with a case study approach and applies the theory from Gamal Suwantoro Tourism Development (2004) with the five indicators, namely: tourist objects and attractions, tourist infrastructure, tourist facilities, management/infrastructure, community and environment. The data collection is obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques use data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusion. The results of this study indicates that the development of Mangrove Ecotourism in Wonorejo Surabaya has been applied well, but there are several inhibiting factors such as the lack of affordable public transportation, lack of coordination between agencies on tourist facilities on location signs, limited supply of souvenirs typical of mangroves, and the undeveloped environment.

Abstract

This research is a collaborative model in the implementation of the community development program of green village in Jagir Wonokromo. The purpose of this study is to describe the Collaborative Model in the implementation of PKBL CSR program between PT Pertamina (Persero) MOR V Surabaya and Jagir Wonokromo Green Village in Surabaya. It applies Agranoff and Mc Guire's theories which propose six collaboration models, namely a) Jurisdiction-Based Model b) Abstinence Model c) Top-Down Model d) Donor-Recipient Model e) Reactive Model f) Contented Model. The study uses descriptive qualitative method and the aim is to find out the collaboration model in the implementation of cooperation between PT Pertamina (Persero) and green village in Jagir Wonokromo for the distribution of environmental assistance. Data collection is obtained through observation, interview, and documentation. The results indicate that the collaboration model in the Green Village environmental assistance distribution is included in the Top-Down Model.

Abstract

This This study aims to analyze and describe community participation in Managing Waste Bank in Jambangan District in Surabaya. It also investigates the supporting and inhibiting factors in Managing Waste Bank. The study uses qualitative descriptive method. The results indicate that 1) participation in Decision Making is done through the decision and discussion between waste bank administrators, customers, and neighborhood association, and citizen association, 2) participation in Executing is done by non-governmental organization. The study has an agreement, such as 3) Participation in Taking Benefits that can be seen from quantity and quality aspects according to the number of customers targeted and the advantages, 4) There hasn’t been any evaluation for this program but few evaluations are made. The results show 3R Principles, namely 1) reducing principle has been done according to rules made by Minister of the Environment and Center of Waste Bank in Surabaya, 2) reusing principle has resulted in socializations, 3) recycling principle has resulted in specific parts and to recycle through environment ambassador. Supporting factor in the waste bank in Jambangan District has a grant from CSR (Coorporate Social Responsibility) of PT. PLN East Java. Whereas, the inhibiting factor is still found by residents who do not want to sort out garbage.

Abstract

The service innovation "Halo Pemustaka" is a free pick-up and borrowing service organized by the Pamekasan Regency Library and Archives Service. This study aims to find out how the service innovation "Halo Pemustaka" is implemented to the community. The indicators used are service innovations, namely, saving time, increasing productivity, increasing efficiency, creating convenience and reducing risk. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques using documentation, observation, and interviews. Analyzing the data is based on three steps, namely data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of this study are considered good based on the following indicator aspects: (a) Save time, users can borrow books from home, (b) Increase productivity, service innovation "Halo Pemustaka is declared productive as seen from the enthusiasm of users who increase every month, (c) Increase Efficiency, User saves more energy and transportation costs, (d) Improves convenience, access to service innovation applications "Halo Pemustaka is considered easy and fast, (e) Reduces risk, service innovation "Halo Pemustaka" provides solutions to reduce the risk of corona virus transmission. The "Halo Pemustaka" service innovation carried out by the government through the Pamekasan Regency Library and Archives Service during the Covid-19 pandemic was considered good enough for users but still needs to be improved from every existing service indicator to be even better in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran seberapa efektif pembelajaran daring dilakukan saat pandemi Covid-19 dan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa dan dosen. Diketahui bahwa pemerintah Indonesia yang telah mengambil kebijakan menerapkan pembelajaran secara daring, kebijakan pembelajaran daring ini tentu berdampak pada efektivitas pembelajaran apabila belum diikuti oleh kesiapan sekolah, pendidik, dan peserta didik untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran secara daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Responden dari penelitian ini berjumlah 54 mahasiswa kelas Administrasi Publik A dan B yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari pengumpulan data dapat dikatakan jika pembelajaran daring tersebut belum sangat efektif melihat dari hasil perolehan presentase yang menunjukkan sebagian besar mahasiswa/i milih ‘cukup’ dan sebagian lagi memilih ‘biasa saja’ dengan diadakannya pembelajaran dalam jaringan di masa pandemi, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran daring secara terus menerus selama masa pandemi ini sangat tidak efektif.

Abstract

Posyandu Elderly is a service for the elderly that focuses on promotive and preventive services without neglecting curative and rehabilitative efforts. The activities at the 1998 Elderly Posyandu are a forum for services to the elderly in the community which focuses on health, psychological, and spiritual services, fulfilling nutrition so that the elderly can meet their needs and adequate social welfare. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the "Healthy Cheerful" Elderly Posyandu Program, Medokan Semampir Village, Sukolilo District, Surabaya City. The data collection of this research used a qualitative method to determine the effectiveness of the "Healthy Cheerful" Elderly Posyandu Program, Medokan Semampir Village, Sukolilo District, Surabaya City. The implementation of this program is carried out with promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative programs. This study uses Budiani's theory of effectiveness which consists of variables of program accuracy, program socialization, program objectives and program monitoring. Various policies and programs implemented by the government, among others, are contained in Government Regulation Number 43 of 2004 concerning the Implementation of Efforts to Improve the Welfare of the Elderly. The elderly posyandu program is preventive as a preventive effort, curative as an effort to treat the elderly, rehabilitative as an effort to recover and promote as a form of introduction to the program for the elderly. Indicators of program socialization and program monitoring have been running well and effectively. The results of the research obtained are the Mayor of Surabaya Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2014 concerning the implementation of efforts to improve the welfare of the elderly has been effective, while the less effective variables are the accuracy of the program and program objectives.

Abstract

Kampung Tangguh Semeru is a program initiated by East Java Regional Police (POLDA) which is adapted in each area to reduce the spread of covid-19 pandemic in East Java. The program is known as Wani Jogo Suroboyo and written in the Mayor of Surabaya Regulation No. 67 Year 2020. The community has an active role in forming Kampung Wani in Rukun Warga and Rukun Tetangga areas. The study uses qualitative research method by applying case study approach in order to describe the implementation of Kampung Tangguh Semeru policy-Wani Jogo Suroboyo in East Surabaya. Furthermore, the purpose of the study identifies the inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of this policy that has four tasks, namely Wani Sehat, Wani Ngandani, Wani Jogo, and Wani Sejahtera. The result indicates the implementation of Kampung Tangguh Semeru-Wani Jogo Suroboyo is in accordance with the Regulation of the Mayor of Surabaya No. 67 Year 2020. It also points out the reduction on the number of covid-19 spread in Surabaya, especially in east districts. However, the funding sources are not implemented properly, which can be seen from the lack of financial assistance from the Surabaya government. In addition, the access of Lawan covid is closed for head of the task force in Rukun Warga area.

Abstract

Every company wants its business to continue to growth, develop and improve, along with changing times and technological developments. To be able to continue to growth and develop in the midst of increasingly rapid changes in the external. Environment, a company must focus on changing its internal factors, namely finding, attracting and retaining the best people in the company. Only the best people, in sufficient numbers, in the right position and with optimal utilization, can encourage the company to continue to growth. To get the best people, a company uses a talent management system that functions to find out the performance of the best people. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of talent management on the performance of employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Margomulyo Unit. This research is a quantitative research using the positivism paradigm based on the existing theory, namely the theory regarding the influence of talent management on employee performance. The results of this study are that there is an influence between talent management and the performance of employees of PT. Japfa Comfees Indonesia Tbk. The Margomulyo unit of t-count value of 6.052 is greater than t-table of 1.982, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Era Globalisasi turut serta mendukung perkembangan ekonomi yang memicu semua aktor dan aspek perekonomian, salah satunya pelaku ekonomu yang dituntut untuk semakin kreatif, up to date dan mampu bersaing dengan berbagai perusahaan dalam taraf lokal ataupun internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh country of origin, dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembeli Nature Republic pada remaja di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda, Analisi data menggunakan alat bantu dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS. Hasil pengujian menunjukan Kuisoner valid dan reliabel. Persamaan Regresi layak. Variabel country of origin berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembeli yang diindikasikan dengan peroleh thitung sebesar 2,250 > ttabel sebesar 1,993 pada tingkat signifikansi 0,034 < 0,05. Sedangkan variabel brand image memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian yang diindikasikan dengan perolehan thitung sebesar -5,759 < ttabel sebesar -1,993 pada tingkat memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.
