Abstract

Desa Banyuroto merupakan sebuah Desa yang terletak di Kapanewon Nanggulan, Kabupaten Kulon Progo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Desa Banyuroto ini memiliki cukup banyak potensi di bidang sumber daya alam dan objek wisata nya. Tetapi, karena keterbatasan akses untuk informasi, komunikasi, teknologi serta dana potensi dari desa Banyuroto ini tidak termanfaatkan secara maksimal. Oleh karena itu, perlunya pemberdayaan melalui aktivitas edukasi tentang perencanaan dan pengelolaan potensi  dari desa Banyuroto ini. Dari hasil pengumpulan data penulis memilih potensi wisata dari objek wisata Batu Lempeng dan hasil pertanian jagung yang dibuat dan dibahas dalam E-book potensi Desa, E-book buku ajar, Video potensi desa, dan video buku ajar. Hasil olahan jagung yang dibuat adalah Mie Jagung. Dari hasil video dan E-book diharapkan berguna dan upaya desa untuk memaksimalkan potensi desa.

Abstract

Community Service Program is an action taken by students to go directly to the community in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The activities carried out are in the form of community service and counseling involving students, lecturers, and the community. This Community Service Program has the aim of increasing knowledge, feeling, and social awareness by providing advice and services at the location of the KKN implementation. With the Real Work Lecture, it is hoped that every student will implement the knowledge they have learned during their studies at the university. The purpose of writing this journal is to explain the village's potential program, namely in developing processed peanut products. This product is later expected to increase income for Cerme Village residents, provide education about the benefits of peanuts, provide additional knowledge about profits, profits, and gross profit in managing product sales. The COVID-19 pandemic is also not an obstacle because digital marketing can work and actually increases the marketing reach for these products.

Abstract

The potential of a village is natural and human resource that exists and is stored in a village. Ringinharjo village has a wide range of potential both developed and invented, one of which is the cassava chips (emping singkong) prepared by such villages as Sawahan and Bantul Karang hemlet that must surely be found in Ringinharjo village. Cassava chips are processed foods made from cassava. Methodically in the study used literature study methods related to the processing of cassava products. Based on various data and information related to cassava, processed cassava products and cassava processing techniques in Ringinharjo village will be obtained through literature study. Based on the results of these research, it shows that a village has many potential for affecting local communities in its economic, social, and cultural environment. With the development of the village's potential, it provides knowledge to the people of Ringinharjo village regarding processing techniques for cassava chips, business strategies and product innovations for cassava chips such as cassava chips with various flavor variants with coloring using natural ingredients and the packaging form of cassava chips is made to be more attractive so that it can attract the interest of a wider community.   Abstrak— Potensi desa adalah sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia yang terdapat dan tersimpan pada suatu desa. Desa Ringinharjo memiliki berbagai macam potensi yang dapat dikembangkan maupun diciptakan salah satunya adalah emping singkong yang diolah oleh beberapa dusun seperti dusun Sawahan dan dusun Bantul Karang yang tentunya terdapat di desa Ringinharjo. Emping singkong merupakan olahan makanan berbahan dasar singkong. Secara metodelogi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur yang berhubungan dengan pengolahan produk singkong. Berdasarkan berbagai data dan informasi yang berkaitan dengan singkong, produk hasil olahan singkong dan teknik pengolahan singkong di desa Ringinharjo akan diperoleh melalui studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan ini menunjukkan bahwa sebuah desa memiliki berbagai potensi yang berdampak pada ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya terhadap masyarakat setempat. Dengan adanya program pengembangan terhadap potensi desa ini memberikan pengetahuan masyarakat desa Ringinharjo terkait teknik pengolahan produk emping singkong, strategi bisnis memasarkan produk emping singkong untuk dipasarkan secara online dan inovasi produk emping singkong seperti emping singkong dengan varian rasa yang beraneka ragam dengan pewarnaan menggunakan bahan alami serta bentuk kemasan dari emping dibuat supaya lebih menarik sehingga dapat menarik minat masyarakat yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Desa Trirenggo merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kapanewon Bantul, Kabupaten Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Kelompok 50 periode 80 tahun 2021 merancang sebuah program agrowisata dengan memberdayakan masyarakat sekitar dan juga mengembangkan inovasi mi ayam dengan ekstrak bahan alami. Dengan menerapkan model KKN SOCIETY 5.0, maka rencana kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kelompok 50 dilakukan dengan metode daring (online) dimana penelitian terkait potensi desa ditelurusi dari internet. Upaya yang kelompok 50 lakukan sebagai hasil dari penelitian dan observasi adalah dengan membuat buku saku rancangan agrowisata yang disajikan dalam bentuk e-book atau buku elektronik beserta video penjelasan, dan juga membuat buku saku yang berjudul “Pembuatan Mi Ayam Dengan Ekstrak Pewarna Alami” beserta video mengenai proses pembuatan mi. Kedua pembahasan yang diteliti oleh kelompok bertujuan untuk menjadikan desa Trirenggo sebagai desa wisata, dengan menggunakan potensi dari desa yang tersedia. Kemudian memberikan gambaran terhadap solusi dari potensi yang telah diambil. Harapan dari program ini adalah dengan gambaran dan ilmu yang telah diberikan dapat menjadi inovasi kepada masyarakat desa Trirenggo untuk perkembangan potensi desa, selain itu juga dapat meningkatkan kepedulian dengan memberikan ilmu kepada masyarakat desa Trirenggo dan menambah wawasan bagi peserta KKN periode 80 Unit J Kelompok 50 dalam memperlajari potensi desa yang tersedia serta menengemukakan solusi sebagai respon dari potensi tersebut.

Abstract

Dalam rangka mewujudkan kesejahteraan bagi seluruh masyarakat desa, pemberdayaan potensi desa merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi kesejahteraan seluruh masyarakat desa. Arikel ini memiliki tujuan membantu masyarakat Desa Ngentakrejo dalam menganalisa, meningkatkan kualitas produk, serta pemasaran produk jamur krispi sebagai salah satu potensi di Desa Ngentakrejo. Kegiatan pengabdian di Desa Ngentakrejo dilakukan secara online karena adanya pandemic Covid-19. Maka, sumber data yang digunakan dari penelitian ini didapatkan secara online dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Artikel ini secara khusus memiliki tujuan untuk memberdayakan dan mengembangkan potensi desa Ngentakrejo yakni jamur dengan menciptakan inovasi dan ide baru melalui cara bagaimana meningkatkan kualitas produk dan bagaimana cara pemasaran produk agar dapat diterima dan dipasarkan kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata or known as KKN is an activity aimed at providing students with experience in the fields of science, art, and technology which also become a mandatory program for Atma Jaya Yogyakarta students. The implementation of KKN 80 was carried out from October to November 2021 using the KKN Society 5.0 model where the execution was conducted online considering the Covid-19 pandemic conditions. The KKN 80 Unit R group 87 located in Sidorejo village, Lendah District, Kulon Progo. Generally, the village has two main economic potentials in the form of agriculture and culture. Based on the result of observations, Sidorejo Village has the uniqueness of batik in the form of a figure eight which resembles the typical food of Geblek Renteng where this craft has the potential to be developed. However, the data shows that there are still a lot of people who do not have jobs. Therefore, the purpose of implementing KKN by group 87 is to provide job opportunities as well as assist in the development of batik types in Sidorejo Village. The preparation of the KKN report was done by collecting secondary data by searching for literature that was in accordance with the project as a reference for working on the report. The resulting output is a mapping of potential of the village, which is then made to be e-books, pocket books, and videos. Those output will explain related to village and its potential as well as the implementation of the development of batik in Sidorejo Village.

Abstract

KKN is an activity carried out by students as a form of service to certain village communities with their respective problems. The type of KKN program that is carried out is KKN Society or KKN which is carried out online. The location of the KKN was carried out in Wahyuharjo Village, Kapanewon Lendah, Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region.. Kapanewon Lendah is one of the Kapanewon in the Special Region of Yogyakarta which has an astronomical location at 7° 93'22” south latitude and between 110° 23'08” East Longitude. Wahyuharjo is one of the villages in Kapanewon Lendah, Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region which is located between Bumirejo and Tirtorahayu villages which has a residential area of 26.46 ha and an area of 101.84 ha of agricultural land. Wahyuharjo Village has various village potentials, especially in the field of natural wealth which if developed and utilized optimally will provide more benefits and benefits for the community. Based on the data we got during the KKN program, we also found that the people of Wahyuharjo Village also have handicrafts in the form of woven banana stems. So it can be concluded that the people of Wahyuharjo Village already have knowledge in terms of utilizing natural resources, so we want to provide wider knowledge and insight which aims to make the community more optimal in utilizing and developing the potential of natural resources owned by Wahyuharjo Village.

Abstract

Bojong village has superior coconut varieties which are native to this village, namely Bojong Bulat coconut. The fact that Bojong village is located near the coast certainly affects the level of demand for young coconuts. The large number of coconut trees in this Bojong village makes it possible to make this village an agro-tourism village. Coconuts in Bojong Village can also be used as Peeled Coconut. This study aims to determine the potential of Bojong village, develop the agro-tourism potential of Bojong village, and develop peeled young coconuts to help make the village's agro-tourism potential a success. This is expected to be able to increase the existence of villages and coconuts typical of Bojong village, so that the people can live more prosperously.

Abstract

Bugel village, located at Kulon Progo district, at the most west part of Yogyakarta province. This particular village is filled with natural resources. From very fertile soil, beaches and ocean, and farm land. The agricultural and industrial sector within this village is very well developed. But, it's such a shame that their tourism sector and beach is left behind by a lot. For that reason, it is crucial that the villagers gets the push and education needed for them to start being initiative at how to improve these 2 sectors. All data used within the composing and activity of this program is obtained through secondary data. Based on the data, several education programs have been constructed as the “push” the villagers needed to initiate in improving their tourism sector which will most probably start at their charming beach, and some education for how to market their new ideas.

Abstract

Abstract— Through the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM), Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta carries out the Community Service 5.0 program which focuses on community service programs through courageous means without direct contact with local residents, with a bold overall mechanism process, starting from taking, program, to implementation of the work program. The KKN 49 group was located in Sabdodadi Village, Kapanewon Bantul, Bantul Regency, Sepecial Region of Yogyakarta. Sabdodadi village has several potentials, such as cultural potential, tourism potential, and natural resource potential (SDA). Based on the potential of existing natural resources, the KKN 49 group will make village potentials regarding "Processing the Production of Banana Fruits in Sabdodadi Village into Banana Nuggets". Utilization of this potential is expected to improve the village economy through the culinary industry. The group also found data where from 2019 to 2020 there was a decrease in the number of tourist attraction visitors so that their income also decreased. In addition, there was a decline in the production value of the clothing and leather industry. So to boost the economy of the clothing and leather industry, the KKN 49 group made a pocket book on "How to Marketing Leather Crafts Online with Instagram Business and Whatsapp Business". Abstrak— Melalui lembaga penelitian dan Pengabdian masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta mengusung program KKN Society 5.0 yang berfokus pada program pengabdian masyarakat melalui sarana daring tanpa adanya kontak seccara langsung dengan warga sekitar, dengan proses mekanisme keseluruhan secara daring, mulai dari pengambila, penentuan program, hingga pelaksanaan pembuatan program kerja. Kelompok KKN 49 mendapatkan lokasi di Desa Sabdodadi, Kapanewon Bantul, Kabupaten Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Desa Sabdodadi memiliki beberapa potensi, seperti potensi budaya, potensi wisata, dan potensi sumber daya alam (SDA). Berdasarkan potensi sumber daya alam yang ada, kelompok KKN 49 akan membuat potensi desa tentang “Pengolahan Hasil Produksi Buah Pisang Desa Sabdodadi menjadi Nugget Pisang”. Pemanfaatan potensi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian desa melalui industri kuliner. Kelompok juga menemukan data di mana pada tahun 2019 sampai tahun 2020 terjadi penurunan jumlah pengunjung objek wisata sehingga pendapatannya juga menurun. Selain itu, terjadi penurunan nilai produksi industri sandang dan kulit. Sehingga untuk mendongkrak ekonomi industri sandang dan kulit, kelompok KKN 49 membuat buku saku tentang “Cara Pemasaran Kerajinan Kulit Secara Online dengan Instagram Business dan Whatsapp Business”.
