Abstract

The implementation of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) held by Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta is carried out online. This is due to a pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV2 virus, where everyone is asked to carry out their activities from home because the SARS-CoV2 virus will spread more quickly when in a crowd. The purpose of this KKN activity is to develop the social spirit and dedication of students and students to the community. Students and college students are expected to be able to increase empathy and concern. In addition, KKN is a form of university involvement in the development of an area from various sectors, especially in Kanoman Village, Panjatan, Kulon Progo Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data was collected using literature study techniques which will be analyzed further. Group 95 has a work program in the form of E-books and Videos regarding the development of the potential of Kanoman village, namely coconut into Virgin Cocount Oil, with the hope that Kanoman village can become a developed, prosperous and prosperous village.

Abstract

In KKN 80 UAJY, Group 94’s designated KKN location is located in Gotakan Village. Gotakan is one of the villages located in Panjatan District, Kulon Progo Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The group programs that must be carried out are; to seek the Potential of the Village (Potensi Desa) and to make Pocket Books (Buku Saku) out of the village’s potential. In working on the two group programs, Group 94 collected data through the website. From the data collected, Group 94 saw the phenomena or problems faced by Gotakan Village. For the village's potential, there are two potentials, which are potentials in the arts and agriculture. The potentials in the arts sector are in the form of kenthongan, jathilan, and macapat; as well as the potentials for agriculture are shallots and coconuts. Looking at the potential of the village, problems were found, these problems are the lack of art preservation and product development of the village’s agricultural products. Therefore, Group 94 suggested the people of Gotakan to be able to better preserve their arts and develop their agricultural products. Regarding the development of agricultural products, Group 94 has made a pocket book containing coconut processing into coconut jam and gandos cake.

Abstract

Depok village is one of the villages that is located in Panjatan subdistrict, Kulon Progo district, this village has abundance of potency from water hyacinth handicraft. However, the farmers are still selling handcrafted bag from water hyacinth traditionally. This paper aims to educate and train the farmers of Depok Village on how to promote their water hyacinth handicraft products. This paper proposes to encourage every students to implement the knowledge obtained throughout their education for the purpose of granting knowledge and education to the people of Depok Village. With these KKN activities, the community becomes educated and could improve their economic level by utilizing the potential that exists in the village to be used as the source of income for the community in Depok Village. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this community service was conducted online, by collecting literature, collecting data online, developing discussions, and deciding on the results.

Abstract

Cows are one of the livestock that we often encounter. Meat and milk that produced by cows are used by humans as food. Garongan village, also utilizes cattle as one of the village's potential which is also a livelihood for the villagers. The large number of cattle in Garongan village also produces a lot of waste. However, there are still many of us who do not know that the waste from cows can be used as biogas energy which can be useful for daily life and of course reduce the existing waste. Besides the cattle, the villagers also use the sandy soil for farming. However, not all plants can grow well in sandy soil. Therefore, villagers only plant one type of plant on sandy soil, which is chili plants that are used for agriculture. However, besides chili, there are many alternative crops that can grow well on sandy soil and can be used as agriculture.

Abstract

Sebuah organisasi penting untuk memahami komunikasi organisasi. Dengan pemahaman yang baik dari para aktor pengelola organisasi, maka akan tercapai praktek komunikasi organisasi yang berkualitas. Salah satu praktek komunikasi organisasi adalah penggunaan media komunikasi organisasi. Yayasan Sayap Ibu DIY (YSI) dan Kopilimo Café & Homestay belum memiliki panduan penggunaan media komunikasi organisasi. Permasalahannya adalah tidak terdistribusikannya informasi yang penting dan bermanfaat, lemahnya pemahaman akan konsep komunikasi organisasi, dan lemahnya fungsi koordinasi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan bagi YSI dan Kopilimo Café & Homestay dalam menyusun panduan penggunaan media komunikasi organisasi.Landasan teoritik yang digunakan dalam penyusunan panduan adalah komunikasi organisasi, mencakup konsep komunikasi organisasi dan media komunikasi organisasi, serta pemanfataannya. Metode pelaksanaan pendampingan berupa ceramah, diskusi, dan workshop.Target pendampingan sebanyak tujuh kali pertemuan dengan luaran pengabdian berupa panduan penggunaan media komunikasi organisasi. Panduan memuat jenis media, konsep, dan tata cara penggunaan, serta petunjuk teknis dalam menggunakan setiap jenis media. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah bahwa efektifitas komunikasi organisasi harus ditunjang oleh tersedianya panduan penggunaan media komunikasi organisasi yang terrencana. Untuk itu diperlukan pendampingan dari tim pengabdi yang memiliki kompetensi di bidang komunikasi organisasi.

Abstract

Community Service Program is a compulsory program from Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University which is carried out as a form of dedication by students to the community. Wijimulyo village located in Nanggulan District, Kulon Progo Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta is an area that will be developed by the 120 group. Wijimulyo village has variety potency, start from the tourism until the agriculture and the 120 group wants to develop the agriculture potency which is about the menor rice. Menor rice is an under-development rice in the Kulon Progo Regency. The drawback of this rice is that it has just been registered to the Ministry of Agriculture, so it still not well known by the public of Wijimulyo village. Because of that drawback, the 120 group of Community Service Program wants to develop that potency by doing a marketing about menor rice’s product so that menor rice can be more known by the public of Nanggulan District and known nationally as well.

Abstract

The Student Study Service (KKN) or KKN 80 is carried out from October to November 2021 by the society 5.0 method or without field diving. Development of KKN launch 80 kto l and kulon progo districts, yogyakarta province. The 116 Unit x group is in Kembang Village, Nanggulan district, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. The purpose of KKN activity is to be a forum for students to work, provide an explanation of the village’s potential, then provide knowledge about what are the benefits of bicycle tourism for the surrounding community, increase empathy and concern for the surroundings, realizing a sense of responsibility and solidarity, and foster a disciplined attitude in working together. The program run by the 116 group is known as village power and pocketbook. Among the emissions to be produced are (1) ebook and videos development of potential village blossoms for cycling; (2) ebook and the friendly development videos for those with disabilities. Each group member also works on an individual program entitled tourism, science, and entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Donomulyo Village, which is located in Kulon Progo Regency, has the potential to be managed as a tourist village because the village still preserves several cultures and arts. The manifestation of this preservation is that there are still various art associations formed by the local community. The arts associations in Donomulyo Village include dance arts associations, theater arts associations, and music arts associations. In addition to culture and art, Donomulyo Village also produces various kinds of traditional handicrafts and culinary products. This is evidenced by the existence of a traditional craft and culinary production site in Donomulyo Village. The potentials of Donomulyo Village need to be developed in order to attract tourists. The author offers the "Donomulyo Village Tour Package Catalog" program as an effort to develop the potential of Donomulyo Village. The existence of this program is expected to help provide an overview to the villagers about compiling various village potentials into a tour package. In addition, the program can be a means to preserve and introduce culture and arts, crafts, and traditional culinary delights in Donomulyo Village. In the end, the goal of tourism development is that the people in Donomulyo Village can receive economic and welfare benefits.

Abstract

Jatisarono Village is a village in Kulon Progo Regency that has potential in terms of agriculture. However, the potential of agriculture is still not widely developed by the community around Jatisarono Village in more depth. The potential of agriculture can be marketed by spreading it through existing tourism places and also by developing the land around the farm by doing mina padi and explaining how to use mina padi into a good tourist area through good marketing as well. The purpose of KKN activity is to be a forum for students to work, provide an explanation of the village’s potential, then provide knowledge about what are the benefits of mina padi for the surrounding community, increase empathy and concern for the surroundings, realizing a sense of responsibility and solidarity,  and foster a disciplined attitude in working together. This KKN consists of several externals or outputs, including village potential e-books and videos, mina padi's ebooks and pocketbook videos and KKN reports. KKN 80 is organized through KKN groups consisting of 10 people and individual KKN. as well as the location of our KKN located in Jatisarono Village, Kapanewon Nanggulan, Kulon Progo Regency, DIY.

Abstract

Purwoharjo merupakan suatu kawasan desa yang terletak di daerah Pegunungan Menoreh, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. Situasi pandemic COVID-19 membawa dampak bagi keberlanjutan pariwisata di kawasan Desa Purwoharjo. Penurunan jumlah pengunjung dalam dua tahun masa pandemic akibat dari kebijakan PKKM dan PSBB mendorong Wisata Desa Purwoharjo untuk beradaptasi. Pandemi merupakan suatu permasalahan fenomena alam yang perlu dihadapi dengan pendekatan yang adaptif antara manusia dan alam. Melalui empat komponen dalam pendekatan human and ecological well-being, digitalisasi dipilih sebagai langkah alternatif inovasi dari permaslaahan yang ada. Yang mana digitalisasi ini dapat bermanfaat bagi upaya peningkatan nilai produk wisata Desa Purwoharjo dan mempertahankan pariwisata setempat sebagai ecosystem service. Pada proses ini berupaya menggabungkan ide dan pemikiran dari masyarakat pengelola wisata dan kelompok diluar pengelola untuk menciptakan inovasi serta meningkatkan nilai produk wisata setempat. Dengan metode Community-based Tourism (CBT) yang diguakan melibatkan kelompok pengelola desa wisata secara aktif dan juga kelompok lain sebagai fasilitator diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan berinovasi bersama untuk pengembangan desa wisata Purwoharjo. Dengan proses fasilitator pelatihan digitalisasi dengan kelompok- kelompok di luar pengelola wisata.
