Abstract

Based on preliminary study, it was found the problem that teachers often had difficulty to give real picture related to materials which are beyond the observation of students. The limitations of media and learning resources forced teachers to deliver the material with the lecture method. Limited learning sources and use of learning methods that were less appropriate to the characteristics of the students which had an impact on students' lack of interest in material and activities and student learning outcomes became less maximal. The research objective was to produce multimedia teaching materials were valid, practical, attractive, and effective to be used in science learning of elementary school, and test the feasibility of teaching materials products which included validity, practicality, the attractiveness and effectiveness of the product. This study used a model of the development of a modified Borg & Gall. The steps of this research are (1) Preliminary Study, (2) planning, (3) Product Design, (4) Product Validation, (5) Testing Products, and (6) End Products. The level of validity data products were obtained from the result of expert validation which had criteria valid enough. The results of questionnaire practicality material showed that teaching materials had very practical criteria; the results of attractiveness questionnaire indicate the criteria of teaching materials are very attractive, the result of effectiveness questionnaire showed that criteria of materials are effective.

Abstract

Research and development objectives are to: (1) Produce a map ditigal computer-aided development for students in courses Learning Materials Social Sciences (IPS) on student PGSD particularly mineral and mining of natural resources in the DIY (2). Determine the feasibility of products developed from the aspect of materials and media, as well as aspects of the student. This research is the subject of research and development consists of one expert material, one media expert, the trial is limited to half of the students PGSD UAD 3. Data collection instrument in the form of sheet material validation to experts and media experts, questionnaire for students. The acquired data is processed and analyzed using descriptive statistics as the material for the revision of the product to be eligible to use for testing in the field so that later can be used as a viable media used for students who follow courses Learning Materials IPS particularly mineral and mining of natural resources in DIY.Hasil of This is a research and development; computer-aided digital map media considered feasible to use as a tool in the learning process based on the assessment of expert judgment matter experts, media experts, and limited testing at PGSD students FKIP UAD. Based on the assessment criteria of material experts are included in the category of "very good" with a final value of 81, the assessment criteria of media experts are included in the category of "good" with a final value of 80, while the criteria for assessment of students in a limited trial obtained the amount of the final value in terms of aspects Preliminary 81, aspects of learning 76, the quality aspects of redaction 76, aspects of the illustrations 79, aspect of packaging 79, the graphic aspect 79, the aspect of voice, video, navigation 75, aspects of the efficiency of program 79, all the "good" category, and the last aspect of expediency media for 88 student category of "very good". Overall indicates that the digital map computer aided for students UAD in the course of learning materials IPS fit for use as a medium that is appropriate for students to explain the material, especially natural resources and mineral mines in the province so that prospective primary school teachers will have enough stock to hang to learners in school.

Abstract

Curriculum 2013 is currently using the scientific approach which curriculum accentuate dimensional observation, reasoning, discovery, validation, and an explanation of the truth. To accommodate this, the developed mathematical learning tools with the scientific approach. This study aims to describe the development process and produce good math learning tools to math instruction material properties of flat wake up with a scientific approach to the fifth grade of elementary school students that includes lesson plans, worksheets, and THB because these three components is the most important component in the learning which must be designed by the teacher as a guide in achieving the desired learning objectives. Software development model used in the study is a general education development model of Plomp (1997) which consists of several phases, namely: (1) the initial investigation phase, (2) the design phase, (3) the realization phase, and (4) the test phase, evaluation, and revision. Tests conducted research at Citrus Elementary School fifth grade students 2 Lakarsantri Surabaya as many as 12 students. Research instruments used include the validation sheets, observation sheets, and student questionnaire responses to mathematics learning material properties build flat wake up with a scientific approach. Data on the validity of the device obtained from validation sheet. The results obtained from the third validator, a learning device be valid and quite valid, and can be used with little revision. Data about the practicality of the device is obtained from the feasibility RPP sheet. The results of feasibility analysis RPP during two meetings in learning to be in either category. Obtained data on the effectiveness of student activities, student responses, and THB. Every aspect of the learning activities of students in achieving the criteria limits the effectiveness, including the responses of students in learning in a positive category with a percentage of 70%, and THB declared effective because 80% of students scored a minimum standard so that THB can completeness be used to measure student mastery of the material.

Abstract

Tujuan yang hendak dicapai melalui program penyetaraan adalah meningkatkan kualifikasi dan kemampuan professional guru Sekolah Dasar (SD) agar dapat melaksanakan tugas sesuai dengan pola hidup dan pola piker manusia yang selaras dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Untuk mencapai tujuan atau derajat keberhasilan mahasiswa dalam satudinya yang lazim disebut prestasi belajar.banyak sebab dan alas an yang membuat mahasiswa berhasil atau tidak berhasil dalam studinya. Salah satu diantaranya adalah kebiasaan belajar dan lingkungan belajar. Bertolak dari landasan inilah penelitian ini dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang kebiasaan belajar dan lingkungan belajar mahasisa program S1 PGSD guru SD kelompok belajar di kecamatan Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta meningkat jumlah populasi tidak terlalu besar yaitu sebanyak 30 maka penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara kebiasaan belajar dengan prestasi belajar dan tidak ada hubungan antara lingkungan belajar dengan prestasi belajar mahasisa. Oleh karena itu disarankan perlu diadakan penelitian ulang, dengan instrument yang lebih detail dengan memperhatikan kelemahan-kelemahan yang ada agar bisa menghasilkan suatu generalisasi yang tepat.

Abstract

Teaching social studies in elementary school should produce students have a sense of empathy with the surrounding environment. But the teacher difficulties with the issue implies a concrete example. One of the reasons for lack of teachers have insight into the business world because of the limitations of the design of the corresponding IPS IPS degan learning objectives. If the teaching of social studies in elementary school using the theme of entrepreneurship will produce a way of teaching that is quite interesting, creative, and realistic. The purpose of the development model of learning social studies course on IPS 2 of this order PGSD students in carrying out the teaching of social studies in elementary school, among others: 1) understand the material IPS 2-minded entrepreneurship, 2) produce teaching materials IPS 2-minded entrepreneurship, and 3) introducing early life entrepreneurship in elementary students, and 4) to teach social studies in elementary students in accordance with the mindset of elementary school children with material that can inspire students to be able to creativity, and independent. Preparation of a draft study on the entrepreneurial-minded IIPS 2 course is tailored to the needs of elementary students with attention: inputs, processes, outputs, and outcomes. Input activity includes determination of material IPS with the theme of entrepreneurship, the process includes the manufacturing scenario in elementary social studies lesson on the theme of entrepreneurship, the output will produce teaching materials IPS, and outcome in elementary students to think critically and have the independence.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student achievement by using model Course Review Horay the third grade students of SD Negeri 4 Ngraho in the academic year 2015/2016. This type of research is a classroom action research (PTK) is done through planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects were students of class III Elementary School 4 Ngraho in the academic year 2015/2016 which amounted to 17 students consisting of 9 students male and 8 female students. Class Action Research was conducted in two cycles. The data was obtained darihasil observation activities of teachers and students as well as the test results of the evaluation of student learning. Data were analyzed descriptively by using the average and the percentage of completeness students. Results of Class Action Research on learning using learning model Horay Course Review, showed that the average value of the results of the evaluation of student learning increased from 66.86 in pre-cycle into 78.43 in the first cycle and 85.86 in the second cycle. The percentage of completeness of evaluation of student learning outcomes increased from 40% in pre-cycle to 60% in the first cycle and 90% in the second cycle. In addition to the results of the evaluation study, student activities also increased from 49.70% in the first cycle to 74.69% in the second cycle. It is proved that the learning model Horay Course Review can improve learning achievement in third grade primary school students 4 Ngraho in the academic year 2015/2016.

Abstract

The research was the qualitative descriptive research. The purpose of this research was to described the implementation results of the Paradigm of Reflective Pedagogy (PPR) in learning of Matematika 2 on competence, conscience, and compassion aspects. The subject of the research were 46 student participants of Matematika 2 courses of Primary School Teacher Education of Sanata Dharma University (USD). The data were collected through 1) test to measure the competence aspect and 2) questionary to measure the conscience and compassion aspects. The result showed that there was increase competence aspect, that is from 80,43% to 97,83%. There was increase in average scores on attitudes: tough, persevering, courageous, responsible, honest, independent, disciplined, open, and the value of life, that is from 3,77 (scale 1-5) to 4,07. There was increase in average scores on attitudes: cooperation, engaging, sharing, and caring, that is from 3,98 to 4,09. Implication from the result was implementation of PPR can develop students holistically, both from the aspect of competence, conscience, and compassion.

Abstract

AbstractWriting upright letters is one form of writing skills with regard to rules and aesthetic values that combine letters that are connected with each other in a rounded shape. The skill of writing upright letters on class II A students at SDN Kebonsawahan 02 Juwana is quite good, but most students write with no regard for accuracy. There are still students who experience confusion when writing upright letters, the use of soft writing aids is used by students to make writing letters and writing easier. This study aims to describe writing letters upright through the use of fine line books in class IIA SDN Kebonsawahan 02. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. Data collection in this study was conducted by methods (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) questionnaires. The results of the study showed that all students of class IIA SDN Kebonsawahan 02 Juwana were able to write upright letters. The use of fine line books is very useful to facilitate and facilitate students when writing upright letters so that the writing looks neat and beautiful. The number of correct procedure formulations when writing connecting letters in fine notebooks, resulting in not all students knowing thoroughly about these procedures. This creates confusion when writing for some students so that many errors arise in writing connect letters in fine line books. Of the 21 students of class IIA SDN Kebonsawahan 02 Juwana, only one student was found whose results did not experience any errors at all. All other students can only write upright letters in a fine line book without including the correct steps in writing.Keyword: Writting skills, upright letters,fine line books

Abstract

Abstract            This research was motivated by the low results and learning motivation of the fourth grade students of SD Negeri Gedanganak 02 Ungaran in Natural Sciences (IPA). Lack of varied learning methods in teaching and learning activities in the classroom. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the effectiveness of the Outdoor Study method on the results and motivation to learn in the fourth grade of the Gedanganak State Elementary School 02 Ungaran 2018/2019 academic year. This study aims to find out and analyze the effectiveness of outdoor learning methods on the results and learning motivation of fourth grade students of SD Negeri Gedanganak 02 Ungaran.This type of research is quantitative in the form of Pre Experimental Design in the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The study population was fourth grade students of SD Negeri Gedanganak 02 Ungaran 2018/2019 school year with a total of 25 students. The population in this study were all fourth grade students of SD Negeri Gedanganak 02 Ungaran which numbered 25 students using saturated sample techniques. The documentation in this study were obtained through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the outdoor study method proved effective against the results ability and learning motivation of fourth grade students of SD Negeri Gedanganak 02 Ungaran with the average scores of pretest 60.2 and the posttest obtaining an average value of 75.6. The t test obtained by tcount> t table is 10.282> 2.064 then Ha is accepted. So that it can be concluded the outdoor study method on the results and learning motivation of fourth grade students of SD Negeri Gedanganak 02 Ungaran.Keywords: outdoor study method, learning motivation, learning outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of snake-media media-assisted NHT (Number Head Together) model on the learning outcomes of Grade IV students in theme 6 sub-theme 1 in SD Negeri 02 Ujung Pandan Jepara Year 2018/2019. This type of research is quantitative research in the form of a Pre-Experiment Design with the design of the Pretest-Posttest One Group. The population in this study were all fourth grade students of SD Negeri 02 Ujung Pandan Jepara. The sample taken was 22 fourth grade students with Probability Sampling technique in the form of saturated sampling. The data in this study were obtained through tests, documentation, and questionnaires. The results showed that the percentage of posttest classical learning completeness (91%) was more than the percentage of classical learning completeness pretest (32%) and based on the results of one-party t test it was known that tcount was more than t table (9.413> 1.721). From these results it can be concluded that H0 is rejected. In other words there is a positive influence on snake-media media-assisted NHT (Number Head Together) learning model on the learning outcomes of class IV theme 6 sub-theme 1 in SD Negeri 02 Ujung PandanKeyword: NHT Model, Snake Media Ladder, Learning Outcomes.
