Abstract

Disaster management is an early awareness to reduce the risk of potential disasters, especially floods in the community. This study aims to analyze implementing policies in Tanjungpinang Flood Disaster Risk Reduction. The research object was chosen because Tanjungpinang, on a land geographical location, is smaller than the sea area and can potentially be a disaster threat in an archipelagic area. Analysis of Policy implementation using Edward III Model. The research method is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach—the data obtained using secondary data with analysis of relevant training techniques. The study results indicate that four factors in the Edward III model have several weaknesses in the Tanjungpinang Flood Disaster Risk Reduction findings. The factors in question are the lack of cooperation in the bureaucratic structure on a large scale. The resources used have not met the standardization with the minimal involvement of resources in improving the quality of both technical and non-technical. Communication still has a good intensity between the stakeholders involved, so the participating actors are still running fast following the flood disaster management program in Tanjungpinang City. Furthermore, lastly, the attitude of the implementer or disposition has their respective ego-sectoral so that the participation between stakeholders in its implementation is less effective. Researchers provide additional recommendations or alternatives that need to strengthen policy implementation with a community empowerment approach so that people gain insight into disaster awareness involved in disaster management programs, primarily floods in Tanjungpinang City, for the future on a sustainable basis.

Abstract

Each country carries out defense cooperation with different levels of commitment. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence KPIT in increasing the readiness of the Indonesian military. As a follow-up, the Indonesian government, in this case the Ministry of Defense, has implemented regulatory and allocative actions. Several rules have been published, socialized, controlled and supervised. The appointment of officials has been carried out and supported by existing resources, so that all activities according to the agreement of the two countries have been carried out. Defense cooperation is hypothesized to be useful and has implications for military preparedness even though it is influenced by the strategic environment. Primary data was collected through a survey of 95 people who had participated in KPIT activities, interviews and focus group discussions with competent parties. Secondary data obtained from various documents. The collected data were analyzed using a qualitative approach supported by quantitative data. The results of the analysis show that KPIT activities have very little impact on military preparedness in Indonesia. However, these activities are very beneficial for the actors and have huge implications for individual alertness. This study also found that KPIT activities contributed to increasing Indonesia's national strength through military preparedness. Exchange of information and the defense industry can improve the quality of organization, doctrine, policies, military education curricula, transfer of defense equipment technology, including the possibility of joint production. Joint military exercises can improve anti-terror capabilities, military self-defence, hostage release, and others.

Abstract

Property rights are material rights that are absolute. Based on Article 570 of the Criminal Code, property rights are rights that are fully and freely used, however, the freedom to use property rights is not unlimited, but there are limitations. The problem in this research is: How is the application of the provisions on the limitation on the use of property rights in social life in Bantul Regency, DIY? The results showed that the application of restrictions on the use of property rights in people's lives in Bantul Regency can be seen in the Yogyakarta State Administrative Court Decision Number 04/G/2013/PTUN.YK which was corroborated by the Surabaya State Administrative High Court Decision Number: 149/B/ 2013/PT. TUN. SBY. The decision was declared null and void and revoked the Decree of the Head of the Bantul Regency Licensing Service Number: 3497/DP/001/XI/2012 concerning Disturbance Permits for "HIKMAH" Chicken Livestock Business at the location of Dusun Mangir Lor RT.03, Sendangsari Village, Pajangan District, District Bantul, because it contradicts Article 5 paragraph (4) of Bantul Regency Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2011 concerning Nuisance Permits, and the Decree of the Governor of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Number 176 of 2003 concerning Standard Levels of Vibration, Noise and Odor in the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta and the Principles General Good governance especially the principle of accuracy. Abstract

Parkinson's disease is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system, which occurs in 1% of the population over 60 years of age. This disease is caused by the loss of dopaminergic nerve fibers in the basal ganglia of the brain due to an immune response. Parkinsonism is the name given to a clinical syndrome consisting of disorders of voluntary movement (hypokinesia), stiffness, and tremors. The typical pathological picture is the destruction of nerve cells containing dopamine in the substantia nigra of the basal ganglia. The selection of anesthetic techniques in patients with Parkinson's disease plays an important role in minimizing complications and patient morbidity and mortality. Anesthetic concerns in patients with Parkinson's disease are the presence or absence of interactions with anti-Parkinson's drugs that the patient is taking, decreased organ function due to old age, such as decreased cardiovascular, respiratory, and autonomic nerve function. In this case, the patient with Parkinson's disease will undergo repositioning of the left femoral head due to the dislocation. We chose regional anesthesia because it has several advantages over general anesthesia. The results during and after surgery were good, there were no complications and the patient returned to the room.
