This can be seen from the principled engagement component that starts from what drives collaboration, namely the results of routine patrols and community complaints that enter Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Surakarta City. Followed by a coordination meeting by several stakeholders to reach an agreement, but did not involve street vendors and the community. The component of shared motivation begins with mutual trust through the duties, functions and authorities of several stakeholders which are then manifested into a letter of assignment accompanied by their respective commitments. Ending with the component of capacity for joint actions through regulation based on established commitments.

This study focuses on comparisons and classifications in the use of the CNN VGG16 and AlexNet architectures for classifying arum manis mango images. In this research, 4 images of Arum Manis mangoes will be used with a dataset of 400. With the results of the classification carried out with the two architectural models, CNN VGG16 provides a high accuracy of 92.50% with the use of epoch 50 while the use of AlexNet gets an accuracy of 79.64%. This research was conducted to provide a solution to overcome the quality of mangoes that are not in accordance with the production standards of mangoes to be exported.

Abstract

For effective communication, speaking abilities must be developed and improved. One of the most complicated aspects of learning a new language is gaining speaking proficiency, which is commonly considered difficult. Many people learning a language encounter difficulties expressing their ideas and thoughts verbally. Individuals frequently need help with expressing themselves clearly in a foreign language. Individuals cease verbal communication when they encounter psychological obstacles or exhaust their repertoire of suitable linguistic formulations. Proficiency in spoken English is a vital requirement in today's modern communication and media landscape. This study aims to illustrate the significance of focusing on the factors that impact the speaking proficiency of those learning English as a second language. This review paper provides an overview of the existing body of research on speaking, its significance, the features of speaking performance, difficulties related to speaking, and factors that can influence speaking performance. The literature review indicated that learners prioritize and require increased attention to effective instruction in speaking skills. The findings of this study have the potential to inform educators and researchers about the speaking demands that English language learners face within the domain of English language instruction and acquisition.

Abstract

The study of anti-corruption literature may not be new, however, most anti-corruption literature studies in Indonesia focus on anti-corruption education. Meanwhile, when discussing anti-corruption villages, religion is often used as a method of anti-corruption hand-cutting. Unlike these studies, this study will focus on finding models of community participation and the role of local wisdom with Max Weber's social action theory and Mayer N. Zald-John D. Mc Carthy's resource mobilization theory as its analysis knife. Using qualitative research methods and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach this study, finally found that "Taqdim political-economic empowerment based on traditional ethics and religion" is a model of community participation that includes the local wisdom of Sentang village. This model then also carried out five resource mobilizations to achieve corruption prevention of village funds. The realization of this model can then be grouped into types of social action consisting of actions based on goals, values, affections, and traditions. Based on the conclusion of the thesis, this study has succeeded in finding a model of community participation and the role of local wisdom in preventing corruption of village funds. Thus, this study has provided new insights into preventing corruption of village funds through the integration of participation models and the role of local wisdom. In practical terms, this insight can automatically be used as a consideration for policymakers in determining the prevention of corruption in village funds.

Abstract

Studies on Legal Entity State Universities (PTN-BH) in this decade are more related to the study of money management and student rejection. Trying to complement the study, this study tries to see the holistic management of PTN-BH through a change management approach and resistance of PTN-BH employees internally. Using a mix-method to obtain in-depth and massive data, finally this study found that emphasizing transition management in the work system, as well as the use of UNNES Rector's power as an agent of change is a good way to reduce resistance and increase support for the juridical implications of UNNES PTN-BH. In more detail, optimization of 86.17% of juridical support and reduction of resistance, amounting to 15,054% of UNNES PTN-BH status, can be bridged through integrative and inclusive management governance and good communication between structures and implementers. Based on these findings, this paper has provided a sensitive frame of mind and complemented previous studies on the change in the status of PTN-BLU (State University-Umunm Service Agency) to PTN-BH. In practical terms, this study has also become a strategic study for UNNES in determining the attitudes and steps needed.

Abstract

PT Manunggal Jaya Makmur is one of the companies engaged in the transportation and contracting-based sector that provides integrated services from the start point to the end. In addition, it is also engaged in the repair of heavy equipment such as mixer trucks, dump trucks, colt diesel, and repair of other heavy equipment. In supporting the company's activities, PT. Manunggal Jaya Makmur implements a strategy for supplying raw materials and spare parts. In its operational activities, PT. Manunggal Jaya Makmur is still constrained by the overstock problem which ultimately causes a buildup of goods. In this study, material classification was carried out using ABC Theory analysis. Then the methods used in planning and controlling inventory management are the POQ and EOQ methods. After getting the results, the methods used during the research will be compared with the methods that have been applied so far in the company to find out the most effective methods to be applied in cost efficiency and work productivity and can maximize the profits received by the company. Based on the analysis carried out, the cost of calculating the total inventory of spare parts using the EOQ method was Rp. 205,513,000, the LFL method was Rp. 274,141,349 and the POQ method was Rp. 273,502,120. So, from these data, it can be concluded that the most optimal total cost of inventory is the EOQ method to produce greater profits and minimize overstock.
