Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of service quality and price discounts on customer satisfaction at the Kip Store in Bengkulu City. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The population used in this research were consumers from the KIP Store in Bengkulu City. The number of respondents in this study was 110 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and uses analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and f test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the form of the regression equation Y= 3.055 + 0.366 X1 + 0.109 6.765 > 1.982) and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.005). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Price discounts have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, this is proven by the results of the t test showing the value of t-count > t-table (3.080 > 1.982) and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.005). This means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Service Quality (X1) and Price Discounts (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) at the KIP Store in Bengkulu City, this is proven by the F test showing the value of f-count > f-table, namely (25.172 > 3.08 ) and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.005). This means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.Keywords : Service Quality, Price Discounts, and On Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of word of mouth, perceived value and switching cost, on smartphone purchase decisions in students of the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu Management Study Program. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative approach with the sample of this research is 259 respondents from the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu management study program. The data collection techniques in this study are observations and questionnaires measured using the Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression, determination coefficient, and hypothesis test. The independent variable affects the dependent variable. Word of mouth, switching cost and perceived value together show the influence on smartphone purchase decisions on students of the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu management study program. Abstract

The title of this research is The Influence of Leadership Style and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Thamrin Brother Yamaha Lebong. A company engaged in buying and selling motorbikes and spare parts. This research was conducted in December 2023 with respondents from all employees of PT. Thamrin Brother Yamaha Lebong totaling 34 respondents. In collecting data using a questionnaire which was then processed using the SPSS application, this research used multiple linear analysis techniques with a quantitative descriptive research type. From the research results, it is known that the Leadership Style variable influences employee performance, this is proven by the results of data testing which shows the value of tcount > ttable (3,045>1,693) data obtained from the field. The motivation variable influences employee performance, this can be seen from the test results where tcount > ttable (2,326>1,693) data obtained from the field. Where the value of the f test results for the variables of leadership style and motivation together influence the performance of PT employees. Thamrin Brother Yamaha Lebong with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of punishment and reward on employee performance at PT. North Bengkulu Agricinal. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance (Y). while the independent variables are reward (X1) and punisment (X2). The population used in this study is employees of PT. Agricinal North Bengkulu with a total of 112 employees, while the purposive sampling technique and sample were obtained from 112 respondents. The research methods used are descriptive and qualitative methods. For the data analysis method, the multiple linear regression analysis method uses the help of the SPSS 21.0 program. The results of the study showed that rewards had a significant positive effect and punishment had a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. North Bengkulu Agricinal. The magnitude of the R Square value in the reward and punishment variables affecting performance was 92.9%Keywords: Reward, Punishment and Employee Performance

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of purchasing decisions for business companies. Several factors that influence purchasing decisions are country of origin, green marketing, brand image, and perceived quality. This study aims to determine the effect of country of origin, green marketing, brand image, and perceived quality on purchasing decisions for Honda brand motorbikes. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The research population is the people of Tanjung Kemuning sub-district, Kaur Regency, who use Honda brand motorbikes. The number of research respondents was 110 people, taken using accidental sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Partial test results show that country of origin has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, green marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Changes in the business landscape must be accompanied by changes in the behaviour of insurance brokers. For this reason, this research attempts to measure aspects that were not measured in the previous general context. Through a quantitative approach with an applied survey method, this research aims to uncover the phenomenon of brokers who work with high commitment and performance. Through a series of measurement tools, sixteen brokers have responded to a number of measurement tools. It was found that the mindset, desire/will and obsession of the brokers were not too high, so the monthly and annual targets set were also not too high. Abstract

This study examines the roles of labor unions and organizational culture in enhancing employee well-being at PT. Transportasi Jakarta. Employing a qualitative approach, this research analyzed in-depth interview data from labor union representatives, management, and employees. The findings reveal that labor unions play a significant role in advocating for employee welfare through collective bargaining and educational programs. An inclusive and collaborative organizational culture also contributes to increased job satisfaction and productivity. However, the study identifies several challenges, such as managerial resistance to change and tensions between traditional values and the demands of modernization. The interaction between labor unions and organizational culture creates a complex dynamic, where collaboration yields positive synergies, but conflicts can arise due to differing perspectives. Overall, this study concludes that employee well-being is shaped by the interplay of various factors, and collaborative efforts between labor unions and management are crucial for achieving sustainable well-being.Keywords: labor unions, organizational culture, employee well-being, advocacy, industrial relations, PT. Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of ability and welfare benefits on work performance of employees of the Tirta Hidayah Regional Public Company, Bengkulu City. The research was conducted at the Tirta Hidayah Regional Public Company, Bengkulu City. The research respondents were 33 permanent employees of the company, data collection was through questionnaires and observation, while data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Welfare benefits have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work ability and welfare benefits have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords : work ability, welfare allowances, work performance

Abstract

This research aims to find out which factors most dominantly influence purchasing decisions. The research was conducted from February to June 2024. The sample for this research is consumers who have previously purchased products and know the Hanie BC Bakery. This research used quantitative methods on 125 respondents. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative method with Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 27 for Windows. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation Y = 3.195 + 0.545 (X1), + 0.154 (X2) + 0.293 (X3) was obtained and the coefficient of determination R Square (R2) value was 0.610 or around (61.0%). The research results and hypotheses in this study show that product variation variables, taste variations have a partial or simultaneous positive effect on purchasing decisions at the Hanie BC Bakery.Keywords: Product Variations, Taste Variations, Hygiene and Purchasing Decisions.Pembelian.
