Abstract

This research aims to determine theeffect of work motivation and job training simultaneously or partially on employee perfomance at PT. Astra Internasional Tbk Panorama Bengkulu City. This studi used quantitative method and hypothesis testingwith data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires with a likert scale. The determination technique used a total sampling with 40 respondents. Data analysis technique used descriptive analisys and inferen tial statiscal analysisnamely : validity test and reality test, multipe regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), hypotesis test with ttest (partially) and Ftest (simultaneously). The results of test and analysis was as follows: 1) the effect of work motivation on employee perfomace, there was a partial significant effect between the variables of work motivation on employee performance. 2) there was a partial significant effect between the variables of work training on e,ployee performace. 3) The work motivation and job training have a simultaneous effect on employee performace.Keywords : Motivation, Training, Employee Performac

Abstract

Kantor KPPBC bengkulu is a company that pays great attention to its human resources, but the improvement of human resources in improving employee performance is still not optimal so a strategy is needed to overcome these problems. This study aims to identify internal and external factors regarding improving human resources in improving employee performance and formulating strategies for improving human resources in improving employee performance. The research method used is SWOT analysis.The results of this study can be concluded that the results of the IFAS matrix calculation, namely the weighted score for strength factors, amounted to 2.21 overall IFAS with an average score of 4.17, indicating that strength factors are stronger than weakness factors. The results of the EFAS matrix calculation, namely the weighted score for the opportunity factor, amounted to 1.96. and the overall result of EFAS with an average score of 0.92 shows that the opportunity factor is stronger than the threat factor.The results of the SWOT analysis of human resource development strategies to increase employee productivity carried out are strength-opportunity strategies because they have a combined SWOT strategy value (4.17) higher than the weakness- Opportunity strategy (2.8), strength-threat strategy (3.13) maupurn weakness-threat strategy (1.76).Human resource development strategies to improve work culture, job training, leadership training, communication and career paths for employees are carried out, namely providing training or internships, increasing salaries and decent awards for productive employees. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Compensation, Leadership, and Work-Life Balance on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Agri Andalas, Seluma Regency. The respondents of this study were 100 permanent employees working at PT. Agri Andalas, Seluma Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Furthermore, compensation, leadership, and work-life balance simultaneously or together significantly influence job satisfaction at PT. Agri Andalas, Seluma Regency. Compensation, leadership, and work-life balance individually or separately influence job satisfaction. Leadership significantly influences job satisfaction. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Person Organization Fit (X1), and Quality of Work Life (X2), on employee satisfaction (Y) at PT. Agri Andalas Seluma, either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this research, Person Organization Fit (X1), and Quality of Work Life (X2). The objects in this research are employees of PT. Agri Andalas Seluma, numbering 250 people. In this research the author used data collection methods by means of observation, interviews, distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used in this research use instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondent responses, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and also hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it is found that Person Organization Fit has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT. Agri Andalas Seluma Regency, Quality of Work Life has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT. Agri Andalas Seluma Regency, Person Organization Fit (X_1) and Quality of Work Life (X_2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y) at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of knowledge, skills, and motivation on employee performance in the Regional Assets Department (BMD) of Bengkulu Province, as well as to identify which factor has the most dominant influence on employee performance. This Study uses a quantitative method with 50 respondents. The population in this study consists of employees in the Regional Assets Department (BMD) of Bengkulu Province and the sampling technique used is probability sampling. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation Y = 67.298 + 0.547 (X_1) + 0.828 (X2) + 0.850 (X3). The results of the concluded that Knowledge, Skills and Motivation have a positive and significant influence, both partially or simultaneously on Employee Performance in the Regional Assets Department (BMD) of Bengkulu Province.Keywords: Knowledge, Skills, Motivation, Performance.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of promotion, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Vivo brand Smartphone products (Case study of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu) and to find out which factors most dominantly influence purchasing decisions. This research used quantitative methods on 105 respondents. The population used in this research were consumers of Vivo brand Smartphone products among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu and sampling in this research was a non-probability sampling technique. The results of the research concluded that Promotion, Product Quality and Price had a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on Purchase Decisions for Vivo brand Smartphone products among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu.Keywords: Promotion, Product Quality, Price, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, competence, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance of PT Mutiara Sawit Seluma. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were all employees of PT Mutiara Sawit Seluma. The number of research samples was 63 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis show that partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance. It is recommended to the management of PT. Mutiara Sawit Seluma to be able to improve employee performance by creating a positive work environment, increasing employee competence, increasing employee job satisfaction, and increasing employee organizational commitment.Keywords: Performance, work environment, competence, job satisfaction, organizational commitment

Abstract

This study aims to Brand Ambassador and Tagline Free Shipping Shopee on Purchasing Decisions (Case Study of Shopee Consumers in University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu). This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study was the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, with the sampling method using the Purposive Sampling method. In the implementation of the research, 1,400 respondents were obtained randomly. In this study using data collection methods by way of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ability and work discipline on the performance of Santika Hotel Employees Bengkulu City. Respondents of this study were employees of Santika Hotel Bengkulu City totaling 70 employees. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that employee performance is influenced by work ability and work discipline. Furthermore, work ability and work discipline simultaneously or together have a significant effect on the performance of employees of Hotel santika Bengkulu City with a probability value (sig) of 0.000 <0.05. As well as work ability and work discipline partially or individually affect the performance of Santika Hotel employees in Bengkulu City with a probability value (sig) of each work ability variable with a probability value (sig) of 0.000 <0.050 has a significant effect on employee performance. And work discipline with a probability value (sig) of 0.000 <0.05 has a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Work Ability, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of product quality, innovation and creativity on consumer repurchase interest in Pempek Owen, Bengkulu City. Quantitative descriptive research method. In collecting data, researchers used observation methods, interview methods, documentation and questionnaires for Pempek Owen customers in Bengkulu City. The data analysis methods used were multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that: (1) Product quality has a significant effect on consumer repurchase interest with a tsig value of 0.011 with a beta coefficient value. The tsig value = 0.011 < 0.050 which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. (2) Innovation has a significant effect on consumer repurchase interest with a tsig value of 0.001, tsig value = 0.001 < 0.050, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. (3) Creativity has a significant effect on consumer repurchase interest with a tsig value of 0.000. tsig value = 0.000 < 0.050 which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted (4) The variables Product Quality (X¬1), Innovation (X2) and Creativity (X3) have a significant effect on consumer repurchase interest (Y) with a valuetsig 0.000<0.05Keywords: Product Quality, Innovation, Creativity, Repurchase Intention
