Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the strategy of tourism development in the Lubuk Langkap in order to increase freshwater tourism visits. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive in field research. The informants in the study are the Tourism Department of Bengkulu District South, the Village Government and Visitors. The findings of this study show that internal strengths and weaknesses have a total score of 3.33, approaching the point position (3.0-4.0) in field II, the green color identifies that has an internal factor that grows. In addition, external opportunities and threats have a overall score of 2.59 in field IV, the blue color identifies that external factors are growing. Recommendation to the Tourism Department of Bengkulu District South and the Village Government to make more efforts to develop the tourism area, manage and promote it so that it is better known to the widespread tourists or tourist visitors. Abstract

The quality of a food product is very important for every founder of a food selling company. Apart from that, to increase consumer satisfaction, a business must innovate. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of food quality and product innovation on customer satisfaction at Pentol Nona Bengkulu. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this research is all consumers at Pentol Nona Bengkulu within 1 month. Sampling in this study was determined using the unknown population formula so that the number of samples in this study was 96 respondents. The data collection techniques in this research are observation and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. It was found that food quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction of Pentol Nona Bengkulu City consumers, so the higher the food quality, the higher the customer satisfaction at Pentol Nona Bengkulu City. Product innovation has a positive effect on customer satisfaction of Pentol Nona Bengkulu City consumers, so the higher the product innovation, the higher the customer satisfaction at Pentol Nona Bengkulu City. Together, the food quality and product innovation variables influence the customer satisfaction variable at Pentol Nona, Bengkulu City. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Content Marketing and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions for Alexandre Chritie Brand Watches (case study at the Tickclock Store in Bengkulu City), both partially and simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this research, including Content Marketing and Product Quality. The object of this research is consumers at the Tickclock watch shop, precisely located on Jl. Putri Gading Cempaka No. 6, Bawah, Ratu Samban District, Bengkulu City. The sampling method uses a non- probability technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this research was 140 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of this research show that Content Marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, then Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. So, from the results of the research that has been carried out it can be concluded that Content Marketing and Product Quality have a partial and simultaneous influence on the decision to purchase Alexandre Chritie brand watches at the Tickclock Store in Bengkulu City Keywords: Content Marketing, Product Quality and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Batik Bogor Tradisiku is one of the batik pioneers in Bogor. This research aims to develop a superior competitive strategy and appropriate business policies for the Batik Bogor Tradisiku business through three stages of analysis methods. The first stage is the input stage, which includes the external factor evaluation matrix (EFE Matrix), competitive profile matrix (CPM), and internal factor evaluation matrix (IFE Matrix). The second stage is the matching stage, consisting of the SWOT and SPACE matrix. The third stage is the decision stage, using a quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM). A quadrant 1 position was found through the Input Stage, indicating an aggressive strategy. Furthermore, for the Matching Stage, it is proposed for the SO strategy, namely by developing batik motif designs following developing trends in society, using discount promotion strategies, increasing promotion and marketing through digital media and exhibitions at home and abroad, improving and maintaining the quality of batik products to compete with competitors and maintaining consumer loyalty. Then next, for the Decision Stage through QSPM, it was found that the score for 2 alternative strategies, namely penetrating the market with service development, was 6.60> 6.27, which shows that the right strategy for the Batik Bogor Tradisiku business is to penetrate the market to reach more customers.Keywords: Management Strategy, QSPM, IFAS-EFAS Matrix, SWOT,

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of perceived organizational support and employee engagement on employee performance at Damri Lampung Public Company, both partially and simultaneously. There are several independent variables (x) that will be discussed in this research, including Perceived Organizational Support and Employee Engagement of Damri Lampung Public Company Employees, which are the objects of the research, totaling 148 respondents. In this research, several data analysis techniques were used, including using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondent responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficients, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, the regression equation obtained is as follows: 1. The research results show that the Perceived Organizational Support variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance at Damri Lampung Public Company 2. The research results show that the Employee Engagement variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance at Damri Lampung Public Company, 3. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Lifestyle and Brand image on Trust to improve purchasing decisions. This study used quantitative methods. The population in this study is students of the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu Campus IV 160 respondents as samples, data collection was carried out using questionnaires. First Equation The results of this study show that: (1) There is a positive influence of lifestyle variables on trust. (2) There is a positive influence of the Brand image variable on trust. There is a positive influence of the Brand image variable on trust. There is a positive influence of lifestyle variables on purchasing decisions There is a positive influence of the Brand Image variable on purchasing decisions There is a positive influence of lifestyle variables on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Harum Bakery Curup Shop. The aim of this research was to find out whether Service Quality and Location influence Purchasing Decisions at Harum Bakery Curup. The sample in this study was 160 respondents, data analysis techniques used interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of research conducted on the influence of service quality and location on purchasing decisions at Harum Bakery Curup, it can be concluded as follows: Quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Harum Bakery Curup. Location has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Harum Bakery Curup. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation and career development on employee retention at PT. Congratulations Bengkulu Group. Several factors will be discussed in this study, including the effect of compensation and career development on employee retention. The objects in this study are employees of PT. Congratulations Bengkulu Group totaling 135 people. This research is a type of quantitative research. Data collection techniques are observation and questionnaires. Several data analysis techniques were used in this study, including data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research on the effect of compensation and career development on employee retention at PT. Selamat Bengkulu Group, the following conclusions can be drawn: there is a negative and significant effect of compensation (X1) on employee retention (Y) PT. Selamat Bengkulu Group means that the higher the compensation, the employee retention will also decrease. There is a negative effect of career development (X2) on employee retention (Y) PT. Selamat Bengkulu Group means that the higher the career development, the employee retention will also decrease. There is a negative effect of compensation and career development together affecting the retention of employees of PT. Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of perceived value and digital marketing on consumer satisfaction among Indosat card customers (case study on students at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. As well as to find out which factors most dominantly influence consumer satisfaction. This research used quantitative methods on 130 respondents. The population used in this research was Indosat card customers among Muhammadiyah Bengkulu University students and sampling in this research was a non-probability sampling technique. The research results concluded that perceived value and digital marketing had a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on consumer satisfaction among Indosat customers.Keywords: Perceived Value, Digital Marketing, Consumer Satisfacti

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, organizational support and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Asean Motor International (DFSK) Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive type of research, the object of this research is the employees of PT. Asean Motor International (DFSK) Bengkulu City. The sampling method uses a non-probability technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study was 40 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely the t test and f test. The results of this research can be concluded that the Motivation variable has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Support has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a positive effect on Employee Performance, and Motivation, Organizational Support and Work Discipline together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.Keywords: Motivation, Organizational Support, Work Discipline, Employee Performance.
