Abstract

This study looks at how factors like convenience, utility, and sales promotion affect people's decisions to use multiple e-wallets at once. Because the respondents surveyed utilize e-wallets, and because it is impossible to anticipate how many users there will be over time, this study uses an infinite population. Purposive sampling was employed to choose the sample for this study. Thus, the researcher decided that 250 respondents who had used e-wallets would make up the sample. Researchers use questionnaires to gather data. The questionnaire was disseminated by the researchers via social media. Multiple linear regression analysis with the aid of SPSS software is the data analysis technique used in this study. T-statistics are applied to test this proposition. The choice to use an e-wallet is significantly influenced by sales promotions. Choosing to use an e-wallet is strongly influenced by convenience. The choice to use an e-wallet is significantly influenced by its usability. The decision to utilize an e-wallet is heavily influenced by convenience, usefulness, and sales promotion all at once.

Abstract

This study examines the possibility that brand mistrust mediates the indirect impact of unfavorable e-WOM on brand disloyalty among users of financial applications. Users of financial applications make up the research's sample population. With a total of 100 respondents, the researchers sampled using the non-probability sampling approach. Quantitative data is the type of information that researchers employ. In this study, questionnaires were used to gather data. Path analysis is the data analysis technique applied by the researchers in this study. According to research findings, bad E-WOM has an impact on consumers' mistrust of brands. Negative E-WOM has an impact on brand disloyalty. Brand disloyalty is not partially influenced by brand mistrust. Negative E-WOM and brand mistrust both have an impact on brand disloyalty simultaneously. Negative E-WOM does not have an indirect impact on brand disloyalty, which is mediated by brand distrust.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of a hedonic lifestyle on consumptive behavior in purchasing clothes via e-commerce among students. The author uses a quantitative research approach as a procedural step in this research. The author uses the Estok Navitte Cowan formula to determine the sample used. For the sampling process, the author used a non-probability sampling technique. The next technique used was quota sampling, with a total of 30 students. The author uses surveys as a way to collect data and chooses questionnaires as a tool to collect the necessary data from research subjects. The Likert scale was used in this research. Researchers use Google Forms as a tool for collecting data for research. The author uses the data analysis method of recall and data categorization. Based on the research results, it shows that the hedonic lifestyle adopted by respondents is partially in the high category. Both aspects of activities, interests, and opinions related to the research object can help construct a hedonistic lifestyle. In this research, aspects were found that could construct a dominant hedonic lifestyle, such as shopping, being interested in fashion, and thinking about products. Consumer behavior in purchasing clothes in e-commerce carried out by respondents is in the high category. The types of consumer behavior in the high category are impulsive purchases and irrational purchases. These two types of consumer behavior can occur because respondents look for symbols of satisfaction and pleasure attached to clothing in e-commerce. However, the level of waste in purchasing clothes through e-commerce is low.
