Purpose: This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of technopreneurial learning for students technopreneurship intention. Methodology: The research method is used in an explanatory survey with hypothesis testing with data collection technique employed through questionnaires. The study population chosen were 344 students and the sample based on the formula Riduwan and Kuncoro was obtained as many as 185 students. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple regression techniques. Results: The results showed that the overall technopreneurial learning of students were categorized as effective and technopreneurship intention of students were categorized as high. It is known that technopreneurial learning variable have influence on the students technopreneurship intention with a coefficient of 0.455. Applications/Originality/Value: This finding implies that to improve student technopreneurship intentions, it is necessary to increase students technopreneurial learning with aspects contextual learning, personal and social training, and negotiated enterprise.

Purpose: The important of human capital relation to firm financial distress still get limited attention, but there is some evidence that firm reduce the cost of human capital when its get a declining financial performance due to bankcruptcy. This study aims exploring the cost of financial distress determinant by human capital.Methodology: We use the data of manufacturing industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2011 – 2017. We use monetary approach for measuring human capital by income-base indicator i.e wage/salary and cost of financial distress measured by the difference of firm sales and industry sales. Furthermore, this study illustrates a tendency of cost of financial distress which controlled by firm size, firm age, and leverage. We analyze using static panel data and also doing robustness check as analysis completement. Results: The results find that human capital has positive significant impact to cost of financial distress and excess salary is a breakthrough of indicator for measuring human capital. Furthermore, the usage of firm size, firm age, and leverage as control variable, we find that larger and older firms able to more control their human capital against the cost of financial distress, thus, they can get the benefit of human capital increasing as their competitive strategy. Applications/Originality/Value: Based income indicator, exceess salary as measurement of human capital that built in this study supports the previous empirical studies in describing human capital’s impact to cost of financial distress. The results has practical implication that a firm should concern to welfare of employee as long as it does not exceed the firm’s revenue for avoiding firm’s bankruptcy. Furthermore,the goverment may should thinks about optimal standard of employee salary or wages in distressed firm according our finding of human capital role in firm costs.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Ownership Structure on Firm Value which is moderated by profitability. The population is used by manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2018. The sample in this study amounted to 625 companies. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), F test, t-test and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that: 1) Foreign Institutional Ownership has a significant negative effect on firm value. 2) Domestic Institutional Ownership has a significant negative effect on firm value. 3) Public ownership does not significantly influence the value of the company. 4) Managerial Ownership has a negative and significant effect on the value of the company. 5) Profitability has a significant negative effect on company value, 6) Profitability can moderate between foreign institutional ownership to the value of the company, 7) Profitability can moderate between Domestic Institutional Ownership to firm value, 8) Profitability cannot moderate public ownership against company value, 9) Profitability cannot moderate between managerial ownership and firm value.

Family business is an important business entity that contribute to the world economy, including Indonesia. This study explored the linkages between family business and entrepreneurship in Indonesia. Several business aspects where investigated in this study included financial and human capital, and business governance. Purposive sampling will be used as a sampling design of this research. The Samples of this research are the entrepreneurs who start the business. This research will use mixed method, combine between qualitative and quantitative research. In here, qualitative method is conducted through interview and focuses group discussion, while quantitative method with questionnaire. Some question about the activities and resources during business start up were asked to them. During the process interview, the explanations were recorded and some critical information was outlined, and rewrites in paper work.

Our environment is being endangered by greenhouse gases from gas flaring processes. Approximately 4 mmscfd is contributed by flare gas from JWB field. The flare gas would be concentrated to become the most economic value and prevent the greenhouse effect. The analysis of economic value is getting the fastest investment return and the most annual profit. This Study would discuss a techno-economic aspect of flare gas utilization technology. In this paper, two methods of compressed natural gas (CNG) and gas to wire (GTW) was combined with CNG would be introduced and applied in this field. For both methods are introduced and compared to the best method from an economic standpoint identified. According to the results, the production of the CNG method of flare gas utilization is the most economical technology; with has a greater ROR, an annual profit of about $3.65 million, and a payback period of 2.09 years. Economic analysis shows there improved gas flare value and improvement environmental protection.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to investigate the implementation of supply chain management practices (SCMP) on Sentra Industri Tahu Cibuntu Bandung.Methodology: This study utilizes survey data of 723 micro small and medium enterprises (MSME) Sentra Industri Tahu Cibuntu Bandung and sample size this study is 30 respondents. The methodology and hypothesis testing proposed in the conceptual in this research used descriptive. Results: This research suggests that the supply chain management practices (SCMP) effect on Sentra Industri Tahu Cibuntu Bandung.Applications/Originality/Value: This research is an attempt to empirically test the impact of supply chain management practices (SCMP) on Sentra Industri Tahu Cibuntu Bandung.

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic banking on the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) capital in Yogyakarta.Methodology: This test uses primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires with analysis tools using SPSS 20 software. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling where 100samples were selected according to the research criteria. In this study using the sample criteria with microfinance customers in Islamic banking in Yogyakarta. The data analysis technique in this test is multiple regression analysis.Results: the results obtained in this test show that the variables of assistance, accessibility, and financing products have a positive and significant effect on capital development. However, the service variabledoes not have a positive and significant effect on MSMEs capital development in Yogyakarta. Thus,in order for the Islamic bank to improve service and customer satisfaction, it is necessary to increasefinancing, assistance, and accessibility. Even though in this study the service variable has no significan teffect, the related bank also needs to pay attention to service quality.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of economic growth and minimum wages on employment opportunities in Samarinda City, East Kalimantan from 2004 to 2015. This type of research is quantitative descriptive and by taking data sources of literature studies. The analytical method used in this study is the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) analysis method. Based on the data analyzed in this study there are some conclusions as follows: Economic Growth has a significant effect on Job Opportunities in the city of Samarinda and the Minimum Wage has a positive and significant effect on Job Opportunities in the city of Samarinda.

Purpose: this study was conducted to analyze the effect of good corporate governance on disclosure of corporate social responsibility and its impact on corporate valueMethodology: This research is a study that used a quantitative approach. The population of this research was all property, real estate and building construction companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period of 2013-2017 as many as 320 companies and the total sample is 295 companies. The sampling method used purposive sampling, The analysis data used stepwise regression.Results: Institutional ownership affects the disclosure of corporate social responsibility , while the managerial ownership, the number of the board of commissioners, the number of the audit committee do not affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. Disclosure of corporate social responsibility affects the value of the company,Applications/Originality/Value: GCG implementation provides support for stakeholders, community and the environment. One form of implementing corporate governance principles is the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Shareholders seek to maximize the value of the company by surrendering its management to disclose its activities .CSR is one of primarily activity by management to maximize the firm value.

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in the classification between the Altman,Springate, Zmijewski, and Grover models in predicting Financial Distress. The sample in this study is 15 companies incorporated in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) with used purposive sampling method. The data analysis techniques used non-parametric statistical tests namely Kruskal Wallis test. The Result of this study is the Difference Classification of Financial Distress between the Altman Models with Springate Models, Altman Models with Grover Models, Altman Models with Zmijewski Models, Springate Models with Grover Models, Springate Models with Zmijewski Models and No Difference in Financial Distress Classification between the Grover Models and the Zmijewski Models. Those could be seen from the results of the Ha6 statistical test which showed the value of sig. 0.156 ≥ 0.05.
