Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to explore the effect of e-service quality, perceived healthfulness of food, and packaging quality on customer satisfaction, as well as the direct effect of price on continuance intention on GoFood. Methodology: This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data from 255 GoFood user respondents in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the relationship between variables. Results: The results show that e-service quality, perceived healthfulness of food, and packaging quality significantly affect customer satisfaction, which in turn affects continuance intention. In addition, price was found to have a significant direct effect on continuance intention. Applications/Originality/Value: This study provides a novel contribution in the context of healthy food delivery services, particularly by highlighting the important role of price as a direct predictor of continuance intention. The practical implications of this study indicate that service providers such as GoFood should improve their service and packaging quality and implement effective pricing strategies to retain customers.

Abstract

Purpose: The intention of the investigation is to investigate how an effective institution’s management system influences sustainability report disclosure. Methodology: This study employs both quantitative and non-probability (purposeful) testing methods. This research looked at 81 samples that satisfied the criteria for firms included in the LQ-45 Index. SPS program used statistical methods to examine the data. Results: This study discovered that concerns raised by the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors have a significant impact on the release of sustainability reports. The study's findings suggest that efficient cooperation between the members of the Board of Commissioners (operational supervisors) and the the Council of Directors (operational staff) allows firms to widely disseminate sustainability report information. Effective monitoring and policy formulation pushes organisations to prioritise execution, inventiveness, and value. This study is founded on the stakeholder hypothesis, which claims that the Boards of Commissioners and Directors have a favorable relationship with sustainability disclosure. Value: This analysis makes use of the most recent GRI indicators, those from GRI Index 2021.

Abstract

Social media is a social structure that comes from individuals and organizations bound by their users' similarity. Social media is online media (online media) that is used as a means of online social interaction on the internet. On social media, users can interact with each other, communicate, share networking, and various other activities online. Social media was created to meet human requirements because humans, as social creatures, were created to socialize. Because the development of the times is getting more advanced, the main goal of which is to facilitate users or users of social media so that they can connect with someone in one country, even between countries and between continents, practically and not waste time or provide convenience for users to socialize. However, in the current modern era, social media does not function as usual; it turns out that it influences the character education of students who use it, whether it's a positive or a negative influence, such as showing off on social media or others. Strengthening the formation of student's character through character education in the current context is very relevant to overcoming the moral crisis that is happening in schools and universities. Whether it is admitted or not, there is currently a worrisome crisis involving students in the school environment.

Abstract

This research entitled: "Comparative Study of Al-Azhar and Al-Mishbah Interpretations in the Qur'an Surah Al-Baqarah Verse 153 Regarding the Concept of Patience" raises a comparative study of the interpretation of Prof. Dr. Haji Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah (Buya HAMKA) in the Tafsir Al-Azhar and Prof. Dr. M. Quraish Shihab, MA in the Tafsir Al-Mishbah. The selection of this topic is due to the inaccurate understanding of the Indonesian Muslim community regarding the need for patience. Researchers often find that the meaning of patience is equated with "enduring poverty and misfortune" or being 'forced' to accept misfortune. In this context, patience falls into the "passive" or "forced" realm. Examining several verses about patience, including the command of Allah SWT to ask for help with patience and prayer (QS Al-Baqarah: 153), the researcher believes this verse and other verses of patience should be understood as "active and productive patience." This article shows that patience is a very important moral or behavior for every Muslim to maintain their honor, dignity, and status as superior Muslims. Every Muslim must be patient in receiving blessings or trials in open or narrow, easy or challenging circumstances. Prof. Hamka and Prof. M. Quraish Shihab see the essence of patience as a person's ability to control emotions to control themselves in good or harmful situations. According to Buya Hamka, patience is a noble and enlightened attitude of the soul, which is achieved through self-control, steadfastness, and persistence in all trials and gratitude to God and holding fast to piety, while according to M. Quraish Shihab, patience is restraining oneself from the tumult of the heart to achieve something good through the holiness of God.

Abstract

Children with special needs (ABK) are children who must receive special treatment, not least in terms of education. Children with special needs have the same right to education. To facilitate educational needs, inclusive schools were created; one of the schools that facilitate this in the Kartasura sub-district is MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura, where in its implementation, there is one special teacher who accompanies it, called a shadow teacher. The problem that exists in this inclusive school is that the pull-out class learning needs to be optimized, and the use of available learning media resources needs to be optimized. This research aims to find out 1) the characteristics of children with special needs, 2) the role of shadow teachers for children with special needs, and 3) the optimization strategy used by the pull-out class for children with special needs at MIM PK Kartasura. The method used in this paper is a qualitative descriptive review. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. This research is a case study research that analyzes the subjects and objects that exist more deeply and then concludes. This research uses a data validity test and a data analysis test. The results showed that 1) there are 12 categories of children with disabilities in MIM PK Kartasura, 2) the role of the shadow teacher in the pull-out class has been running well thanks to the cooperation between the shadow teacher and the children with disabilities, 3) the strategy applied to optimize the pull-out class by using a differentiation approach, the shadow teacher monitors the child's progress regularly to find out the child's development, and is supported by providing continuous training to the shadow teacher.

Abstract

This study explores the transformative role of bibliometrics and artificial intelligence (AI) in advancing Islamic studies. It highlights how these tools enhance Islamic knowledge's preservation, analysis, and dissemination while fostering intellectual and economic growth aligned with Islamic principles. The paper also examines the synergy between bibliometrics and AI and their collective potential to revolutionize the study of Islamic texts and traditions. A qualitative approach was employed, synthesizing existing literature and case studies to analyze the applications of bibliometrics and AI in Islamic studies. Bibliometric analysis was used to trace research trends and identify gaps in Islamic scholarship. At the same time, the review of AI applications focused on tools such as natural language processing, semantic analysis, and digitization techniques. Challenges such as the lack of digitized Islamic texts, the underrepresentation of Muslim scholars, and ethical concerns in AI applications were critically assessed. The findings reveal that bibliometrics provides valuable insights into the intellectual landscape of Islamic studies, while AI enhances accessibility, efficiency, and precision in text analysis and heritage preservation. These technologies enable data-driven decision-making, interdisciplinary collaboration, and global dissemination of Islamic knowledge. The study identifies practical challenges and proposes solutions, such as targeted investments, training programs, and ethical frameworks, to maximize the potential of these tools. This study underscores the importance of integrating bibliometrics and AI into Islamic studies to preserve heritage, promote innovation, and address contemporary challenges. Proposing actionable recommendations offers a roadmap for scholars, industry leaders, and policymakers to responsibly embrace these technologies and ensure equitable access to their benefits. This work contributes to the growing discourse on technology's role in shaping the future of Islamic scholarship.
