Abstract

The practice of congregational morning prayer holds significant importance in both the context of worship and globally, as it promotes positive impacts. From a psychospiritual perspective, congregational prayer can be therapeutical in the modern era. Anxiety is a human adaptation response to any imminent or uncertain event that can occur in daily life situations. During the preparation for the thesis, most university students experienced several symptoms of anxiety (physical, cognitive, emotional, and affective symptoms). These symptoms can affect the students' cognitive ability, intelligence, family demands on campus, and social interactions. This study aimed to describe efforts to overcome academic anxiety among university students through psychospiritual and psychoneuroimmunological points of view. The study used a library research approach by gathering credible sources from books, scientific articles, documents, and previous research. The findings of this study showed that congregational prayers can be an effort to relieve academic anxiety among students.

Abstract

The application of management has an essential role in increasing the existence of mass media. This study aims to determine the strategic management of online media as a digital communication channel through women's media based on Islamic principles. Along with the development of technology in Indonesia, online media is increasingly being used, leading to competition with one another, including in the women's segment. However, online media in the women and Islam segment still receives less attention, even though it has the same potential as other segments. For this reason, the study of strategic management in women's and Islamic online media has a role in creating an effective and efficient management system structure to achieve mass media goals.  Theoretically, this study analyzes the pattern of implementing the Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) management functions in online media. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to women's and Islamic online media to determine the management strategy used. Furthermore, this study identifies the factors that influence managing online media through POAC and provides an overview of the management strategies implemented to increase public existence. The results of this study contribute to the development of mass media for online media management, readers, and regulators.

Abstract

This research aims to ascertain the role of adversity quotient in interpersonal relationships among students. Intelligence is the ability to change a difficulty into an opportunity for success to achieve a goal. The adversity quotient can predict that students will be able to survive overcoming difficulties and obstacles so they do not give up easily on academic matters. Meanwhile, interpersonal relationships are seen as a process of getting to know someone, which involves personal contact, both physical and psychological, in forming a relationship. In the research methodology, qualitative research was used using interview techniques, observation, and library studies. The population of this study was class XI students and teachers. Then, purposive sampling was employed. While interviews were conducted using structured interviews with a series of structured questions, observations were carried out through direct observation of students and teachers. From the research conducted, the role of adversity quotient in interpersonal relationships between class XI students and teachers at MA Sa'id has been shown to be quite good. Teachers could adjust their approach to students by providing the right motivation, thereby fostering students' adversarial quotient.
