Abstract

This study aims to reveal and analyze how the management of TPQ institutions in improving al-Qur'an education in TPQ Ar Rahmah wal Barokah Surabaya. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data obtained in the field, analyzed through three stages, namely: (1) the data reduction stage, (2) the data presentation stage, (3) the conclusion drawing stage. The results of the research on the management of the TPQ institution in improving al-Qur'an education at TPQ Ar Rahmah wal Barokah can be said to be good, this can be seen from (1) the analysis of the management indicators of the TPQ Ar Rahmah wal Barokah institution that has been managed which consists of a) elements agency management includes: 1) man (HR); 2) money (funds); 3) machines (machines); 4) methods (method); 5) materials (sarpras); 6) market (marketing); b) the management functions of a well-managed TPQ institution consist of: 1) Planning; 2) organizing; 3) implementation; 4) supervision. Meanwhile, the obstacles to the management of TPQ institutions in improving Qur'anic education at TPQ Ar Rahmah wal Barokah Surabaya are, among others: (a) The organizing function has not been fully implemented; (b) The passing standard of students can only be measured by the munaqis of the institution, namely the head and internal of the institution. Abstract

This research is backgrounded by the lack of understanding of Qur'anic learning in students with special needs who should get the right learning and easy to understand. The objectives of this study are: (1) Analyzing the implementation of Qur'an learning with ummi technique for students with special needs at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan; (2) analyze the obstacles in the implementation of Qur'anic learning with the Ummi Method in students with special needs and (3) analyze the advantages and disadvantages of applying Qur'an learning with the Ummi Method at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan. Abstract

This thesis writing discusses the tahfidz qur'an program applied in SD Muhammadiyah 2 socah which bears the values of patience. The problem in this case focuses on the values of patience as a result of the Qur'anic tahfidz program. This type of research is qualitative phenomenology, in this case the author found a unique thing to discuss because the values of patience can arise from the qur'anic tahfidz program. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and sokumentation. The data analysis techniques used are data validation, data reduction, presenting findings and validation of findings. The results of this study found that in the implementation of the qur'an tahfidz program formed a patient character in muhammadiyah 2 socah elementary school students, namely: the stage of planning, implementation, and assessment related to the qur'an tahfidz program with the values of patience. The advantages and disadvantages of the methods used in teaching, the advantages that many bring patience to learners than before, the lack of teachers still has difficulty understanding students who are really lancer and fluent in memorizing the Qur'an.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the efforts of Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah for the welfare of the community in the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Sidoarjo Regency and to know the supporting and inhibitory factors and efforts made in zakat, infaq and shadaqah efforts for the welfare of the community in the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Sidoarjo Regency This research uses qualitative type methods with the research approach used is a case study approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and verification The results of research can be concluded several things, among others: Zakat, infaq and shadaqah efforts for the welfare of the community in the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Sidoarjo Regency, namely with various programs including: Sidoarjo Cerdas, Sidoarjo Peduli, Sidoarjo Sehat, Sidoarjo Makmur, Sidoarjo Taqwa and the Annual Program in the form of mass Circumcision and Ramadan Parcels and Factors supporting efforts that Carried out in the management of zakat, infaq and shadaqah for the welfare of the community in the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Sidoarjo Regency, among others, from the role of the Central Government and the Government of Sidoarjo Regency, BAZNAS Sidoarjo Regency has various relationships. While inhibiting factors include the lack of public confidence to leave zakat in BAZNAS Sidoarjo Regency, Lack of quality human resources, Lack of support by community leaders or institutions in the village.

Abstract

The research used qualitative research method with an evaluation approach. The data collection was carried out in two ways, that are by direct interviews with informants, which included the chairman, secretary, treasurer of LAZISNU and chairman, secretary, treasurer of Yayasan Kotak Amal. Second, by collecting data in the form of reports on changes in funds for 2020 and 2021, vision and mission, organizational structure, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and strategic plan documents. The data processing technique in this study is a reduction technique, which is reconfirming whether the data obtained is very relevant or selecting the required data. The results of this research showed that the performance levels of the two institutions, LAZISNU Sidoarjo and Yayasan Kotak Amal Sidoarjo were as follows: LAZISNU's performance level was the highest score achieved in financial performance then management performance. Meanwhile, the lowest performance was found in the performance of social legitimacy programs.Overall, the score obtained is 6.8 or A+, while the level of performance of the Yayasan Kotak Amal is known that the highest score is achieved in management performance then financial performance. Meanwhile, the lowest performance is in the performance of social legitimacy. Overall, the score obtained is 6.5 or A-.Based on the research above, the researcher gives advice to LAZISNU and Yayasan Kotak Amal to always improve performances which has a major influence on the Amil Zakat Institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of efficiency in the financial performance of the Zakat Management Organization (OPZ), namely the Muhammadiyah Amil Zakat Institution (LAZISMU). The population in this study is LAZISMU Sidoarjo. The analytical tool used is a non-parametric quantitative method, namely Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with a production approach using DEAP 2.1 software. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of the financial statements of the Indonesian Zakat House for the 2020-2021 period. This study uses 2 assumptions, namely Constant Return To Scale (CRS) and Variable Return to Scale (VRS). Based on the results of research conducted using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method, the results showed that the performance of Rumah Zakat Indonesia experienced efficiency in 2020 and 2021, which was 100%.

Abstract

In this regard, the payment system used by the community is also developing. Currently, the payment system is not only in the form of physical (cash) but there is already technology that can replace money into an intangible (non-cash) commonly called electronic money. OVO is an application that can be used to make purchase or payment transactions. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of perceptions of convenience, perception of usability, and trust both partially and simultaneously on the interest in using the OVO application at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo.This research uses quantitative data. And samples were taken as many as 100. The data analysis technique in this study uses data processing assistance from IBM SPSS version 25 software. The tests carried out are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test which includes normality test, linearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test, then using multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing includes t-test and f-test, then the multiple correlation coefficient and multiple determination coefficients are tested.The results of the study prove that Perceived Ease Of Use affects intention to use, perceived usefulness affects intention to use, Trust affects intention to use, as well as intention to use, perceived usefulness, and trust simultaneously affect intention to use of OVO application users at University of Muhammadiyah in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the description of altruistic behavior in MDMC volunteers in the screening of COVID-19 corpses in Sidoarjo and to find out what factors encourage their involvement as MDMC volunteers in the screening of COVID-19 corpses in Sidoarjo. The method used is qualitative in the form of phenomenology. This study also uses an interview technique based on Story Telling and semi-structured interviews. The subject of the study was an MDMC volunteer in Sidoarjo who served as the relocation of COVID-19 bodies in Sidoarjo. The results of this study are that the subject can take the time to help others who are in need, in addition to taking the time the subject also feels tolerant when he sees a corpse that has died from Covid-19, not only that the five research subjects also have a high social spirit, they can control themselves, and they also basically have a helping spirit from an early age which is obtained from parenting patterns from childhood.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of employee performance through leadership style, readiness to change and competence with work discipline as a moderating variable at Bank Syariah Indonesia in Mojokerto. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods. The technique for obtaining sampling is using the saturation sampling technique where the total population can be used as a sample, for the number of samples in this study as many as 100 respondents. In testing the data in this study using multiple linear regression techniques with IBM SPSS Statistic software version 2. The results of this study prove that the variables of leadership style, readiness to change and competence can improve employee performance with work discipline as a moderating variable in BSI Mojokerto employees.

Abstract

Researchers conducted research on sharia compliance with Buddhist employees who work at the Islamic Bank of Thailand, because the Islamic Bank of Thailand is not limited to religion and race for employees. Islamic Bank of Thailand is currently a state company under the supervision of the Ministry of Finance and the Bank of Thailand. Therefore, in this study to find out whether Buddhist employees know and understand about sharia principles in Islamic banks.The research method used is a qualitative research method, with data collection techniques using data from the study of related documents and data from interviews. Research results that can be the result of interviews and related documents. The presentation of the research results is divided into 3 parts as follows: 1. The work factors of Buddhist employees who work in the Islamic bank of Thailand. 2. Islamic Law Regarding Banking Requirements. 3. Services in the Islamic Bank Of Thailand Service Model. From the results of the three research sections, when analyzed together with interviews and related documents, Buddhist employees who work at the Islamic Bank of Thailand adhere to Islamic principles strictly in accordance with the goals of the institution, provide services in accordance with Islamic principles and are impressed by very Islamic user. In the interview, both the Muslim and non-Muslim population commented that they were satisfied with the Islamic Bank of Thailand's convenient services and fulfilled their need to access the service
