Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Company Size, Loan to Asset Ratio (LAR) and Interest Rate to Non Performing Loans at banks registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange. The dependent variable in this study are Non Performing Loans and independent variables in this study are bank size, Loan to Asset Ratio and Interest Rate. The population in this research is 43 banks of Private National Private Bank in Indonesia period 2010-2015. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling method and obtained as many as 19 National Private Banks. The method of analysis used is Panel Data Regression Analysis.The results of this study indicate that the size of the Bank has a positive but not significant effect on Non Performing Loans, Loan to Asset Ratio has a negative and significant effect on Non Performing Loans. And Interest Rates have positive but not significant effect on Non Performing Loans.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan 1) Kinerja keuangan sebelum dan sesudah mengadopsi ESOP, 2) Membandingkan kinerja keuangan antara perusahaan yang mengadopsi ESOP dan tidak pada periode 2003 - 2013. Hipotesis menemukan bahwa ada perbedaan pada kinerja perusahaan yang mengadopsi ESOP. dan tidak. Variabel kinerja keuangan menggunakan 3 proksi yaitu Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Asset (ROA), dan Net Profit Margin (NPM). Data tersebut diperoleh dari laporan keuangan yang dikeluarkan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD) pada periode 2003 - 2013. Jumlah populasi penelitian adalah 32 coporations mengadopsi ESOP dengan metode seleksi menggunakan purposive sampling. Diperoleh hasil dari 22 perusahaan. Dari 22 perusahaan diambil dari 14 sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu untuk membuat perbandingan dengan perusahaan non-ESOP. Penelitian ini menggunakan Aplikasi Statistik SPSS 23 dan alat statistik nonparametrik untuk kedua hipotesis karena data berdistribusi tidak normal. Hipotesis pertama digunakan, uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank untuk data berpasangan, sedangkan yang kedua, menggunakan uji Mann Whitney-U untuk data yang tidak berpasangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan kinerja yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah mengadopsi ESOP dan tidak ada yang signifikan antara mengadopsi perusahaan ESOP dan perusahaan non-ESOP.

Abstract

Likuiditas dan efisiensi modal kerja akan sangat mempengaruhi tingkat profitabilitas pada perusahaan. Apabila likuiditas dan efisiensi modal kerja mengalami kenaikan maka profitabilitas didalam perusahaan akan mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas dan efisiensi modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan farmasi. Model analisis yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. berdasarkan penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Current Ratio Tidak Berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas dan working capital turn over berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji Pengaruh Budaya Pelayanan dan Motivasi Melayani Terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Hotel Grand Kartika Samarinda. Penelitian  ini   dilakukan   kepada   karyawan   Hotel   Grand   Kartika Samarinda yang terdiri dari 38 responden. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan menguji Budaya Pelayanan, Motivasi Melayani dan Kinerja Pelayanan. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Budaya Pelayanan dan Motivasi Melayani berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan .Hal ini didukung oleh koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 81.20% yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara variabel Budaya Pelayanan dan Motivasi Melayani terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Hotel Grand Kartika Samarinda.

Abstract

This study obtains to determine quality graphics of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) during the month of March 2016 and carrying out quality control using statistical quality control’s tool. Quality control analysis was performed using statistical tools histograms, pareto chart and fishbone diagram. Histograms are used to present the data is in order to make it easier to understand the the data for subsequent analysis. Then the identification of the types of defects are dominant using pareto diagram. The next step is to look for factors that cause damage to the product using a causal diagram can then be prepared for a recommendation or a proposal of quality improvement.The results indicate that the output of CPO were in a state of uncontrolled or still experiencing irregularities. It can be seen on a bar diagram of the which point the fluctuating and irregular, and many are out of the control limits. Based on the Pareto diagram, of the three conditions CPO quality improvement priority needs to be done is for the type of impurity content. From the analysis of the causal diagram can be seen the factors causing disability derived from human factors / workers, production machinery, work methods, materials / raw materials and work environment, so that the company can take preventative measures and improvements to reduce the level of disability and improve product quality.Keywords: Quality Control, Statistical Quality Control, Histogram

Abstract

ABSTRACT Michan Isdra Amrullah. Influence Analysis Sukuk value, Sukuk Rating and Risk of Sukuk on Last Yield Sukuk At Last Against The companies Conventional NonBank Issuing Sukuk and Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. (Under the guidance of Mr. Michael Hadjaat and Mr. M. Amin Kadafi). This study aims to examine the factors that affect last yield sukuk. This study uses three independent variables, namely sukuk value, sukuk rating, and risk of sukuk. with the dependent variable is the last yield of sukuk. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling criteria (1) The Company listed its sukuk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (2) the company has sufficient data to do research. The data sample obtained was 19 companies. The analytical method used is a multivariate regression. The assumption of classical test and hypothesis test using t-statistic, testing the coefficient of determination (R2), and the Fstatistic to test the effect of model variables together with a significance level of 5%. This study also includes the classic assumption normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. The analytical tool used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, test classic assumptions and hypothesis testing. Research results show that the partial sukuk value and sukuk rating positive and not significant to the last yield sukuk. Risk of Sukuk positive and significant impact on the last yield sukuk. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan celebrity endoresement, iklan dan potongan harga terhadap minat beli. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Probability Sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square dengan bantuan software SmartPLS3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Celebrity Endorsement(X1) berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap Minat Beli. Hasil menyatakan bahwa pengunaan celebrity endorsement dapat menimbulkan minat beli konsumen, (2) Iklan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. Hasil menyatakan bahwa iklan dapat menimbulkan minat beli konsumen, (3) Potongan Harga (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. Hasil menyatakan bahwa potongan harga dapat menimbulkan minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa optimal perubahan biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan proyek dengan menambah jumlah pekerja dan jam kerja (lembur), kemudian membandingkan hasil antara waktu dan biaya setelah dilakukan percepatan dengan sebelum dilakukan percepatan. Perhitungan dimulai dengan mencari lintasan kritis menggunakan program Microsoft Project 2016 kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Time Cost Trade Off. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada penambahan tenaga kerja diperoleh waktu percepatan optimum 69 hari dengan pengurangan biaya sebesar Rp45.469.168,91. Pada penambahan jam kerja (lembur) diperoleh waktu percepatan optimum 72 hari dan pengurangan biaya sebesar Rp23.117.814,75. Pada mulanya proyek memiliki durasi 96 hari dengan total biaya Rp693.265.273,01. Sehingga metode percepatan dengan penambahan tenaga kerja merupakan alternatif optimum.

Abstract

The concept of Relationship Marketing is a business model with the main purpose of identifying, anticipating , understanding customer needs , as well as parties with potential customers by collecting information about customers , sales , marketing effectiveness , and market trends . This study aims to determine the effect Relationship Marketing is comprised of Finansial Bonds, Social Bonds, Structural Bonds to Customer Loyalty in PT . Pegadaian ( Persero ) Basuki Rahmat road , Samarinda , East Kalimantan. Sample of 100 respondents drawn using sampling techniques and sampling nonprobability field using accidental sampling technique . The analysis used is multiple regression analysis. Based on t test , the results obtained that Finansial Bonds, Social Bonds, Structural Bonds positive and significant impact on customer loyalty . In this study, obtained the coefficient of determination ( R2 ) of 0.492 means that the model coefficient of determination nice . This shows that 49.20 % customer loyalty in PT . Pegadaian ( Persero ) is influenced by a variation of the three independent variables : Finansial Bonds, Social Bonds, Structural Bonds. While the remaining 50.80 % influenced by other variables that are not in thoroughly

ABSTRACT EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATION SUPPORTWORK SATISFACTION WITH EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION AND EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE BANKALTIMTARA BRANCH TENGGARONG Wenty Anggraini1501026156 Bankaltimtara Tenggarong Branch has an employee of 128 people with a declining discipline level, and employee turnover rates tend to increase. This condition is feared will make employee performance will decrease, so that in turn will disrupt the performance of Bankaltimtara Tenggarong Branch.This phenomenon is the focus of research, so the purpose of research is to know and analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational support, and job satisfaction on work motivation and employee performance Bankaltimtara Tenggarong Branch. Data obtained from all employees Bankaltimtara Tenggarong Branch, through the instrument questionnaire. Data, then processed by using partial least square research model (PLS), through the help of statistical applications SmartPLS.The results of research indicate that leadership style and job satisfaction have positive and significant impact on work motivation and employee performance of Bankaltimtara Tenggarong Branch. Another result is, organizational support also positively affects the performance of Bankaltimtara Tenggarong Branch. Nevertheless, the dunkungan of the organization turned out to have a positive but not significant effect on work motivation, although positively, but not significantly to the employee performance of Bankaltimtara Tenggarong Branch.Referring to the results of research, it is advisable to Bankaltimtara Branch Tenggarong some things, namely; the need for socialization of the values and codes of ethics and corporate governance, in addition to modeling in its application to employees. In addition, to better motivate employees to perform high, neither ignore the intrinsic types of motivation such as rewarding, fun co-workers, or participating in decision-making
