Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji Pengaruh Keadilan Sistem Kompensasi dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan Hypermart Plaza Mulia Samarinda. sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 59 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode porpusive sampling. Tekhnik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Keadilan Sistem Kompensasi dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan Hypermart Plaza Mulia SamarindaThis research aim to analyze the influence compensation system fairness and organizational commitment against employees turnover intention on Hypermart Plaza Mulia. The research sample consisted of 59 respondents. Sampling is performed using the method of sampling porpusive. Engineering data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this research suggest that Compensation System Fairness and organizational commitment have significant negative effect on employees turnover intention in Hypermart Plaza Mulia Samarinda.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the work-life balance (WLB) standards applied by the Limited Company of Bank Central Asia (PT BCA) Samarinda branch and their impact on employee loyalty, job performance, and turnover intentions. Our targets for employees who work in customer services (CS). We collected the data through survey techniques, where the size of the informants was 340 samples. Multiple regression analyses indicate that the WLB policy has affected employee loyalty, turnover intentions, and job performance. Employee loyalty also plays an essential role in job performance and turnover intentions. Meanwhile, job performance has a significant effect on preventing turnover intentions. The fundamental difference to this finding lies in the escalation in the causality of the variables and is worth developing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the influence between job satisfaction and motivation of achievement on managerial performance with affective commitment as an intervening variable in Kejaksaan Tinggi Kalimantan Timur area. This research is classified as quantitative research that is expected to measure the influence between variables. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires with sampling techniques are saturated samples, as many as 60 respondents. Data processing is done using SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). The results of this study showed that job satisfaction, performance motivation and affective commitment each had a significant positive effect on managerial performance. The results of the analysis also showed that affective commitment mediates the indirect influence between job satisfaction and the motivation of achievement on managerial performance and the nature of partial mediation. The meaning of this research is that the better employee job satisfaction and the higher the motivation of employee achievement, the higher the affective commitment that will further improve employee performance.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMdes) are business entities who’s entire or most of the capital is owned through direct participation originating from separated village assets to manage service assets and other businesses for the most excellent welfare of the village community. However, usually, BUMdes administrators tend to experience uncertainty when starting their business. Therefore, we need a work plan made by BUMdes in the field of entrepreneurship. These activities must be written and official to run their business because BUMdes is like a company, so planning and mapping are needed and later will require an evaluation process of the business model they have established. One way to simplify business model mapping and analysis is to use the Business Model Canvas by drawing nine canvas blocks. The nine blocks are interrelated with each other so that companies can design and evaluate strategies in each of the canvas blocks. This service is carried out in the village of Sepakat Loa Kulu, Kutai Kartanegara. This community service activity uses the training method and structured assistance. The result of this activity is that the BUMDes members in the village agree that Loa Kulu Kutai Kartanegara can plan the BUMDes business by using the Business Model Canvas to facilitate the mapping and analysis of the BUMDes business model in the Sepakat Village with the ultimate goal of advancing the economy in the Sepakat Village of Kutai Kartanegara

Abstract

The increase in internet users in Indonesia has resulted in a rapid increase in e-commerce transactions in recent years. As a result, e-commerce companies compete with one another to increase customer engagement and loyalty. The gamification strategy is one of the approaches taken. This study aims to determine the impact of gamification on customer engagement and loyalty among Shopee users in Samarinda. The results show that Shopee Indonesia's gamification strategy has a significant and positive effect on customer engagement and loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and motivation on employee satisfaction and performance (a study in the employees of PT Gema Soerya Samodra). With good quality human resources, it is hoped that the company's performance will be better and optimal. But of course, to achieve optimal performance, we often encounter various obstacles so that sometimes the desired results are not achieved. The population in this study were employees of PT Gema Soerya Samodra, the sample in this study were 40 employees. Methods of data collection are carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to respondents who become the research sample. This study uses data analysis tools, namely the validity and reliability tests, so this study uses the partial least square (PLS) analysis method. The tools used in data processing use the PLS Smart program. The results show that 1)Workload positive and significant effect on satisfaction, 2) Motivation positive and significant effect on satisfaction, 3) Workload positive and significant effect on performance, 4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, 5) satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. Keywords: Workload, Satisfaction, Motivation, Performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatahui besarnya hubungan kompensasi dan karakteristik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Karya Prima Agro Sejahtera di Miau Baru Kutai Timur. Metode penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Responden sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 76 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda, diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Kompensasi berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) Karakteristik pekerjaan berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Intan Bara Utama (IBU) Simpang Pasir. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 35 orang. Penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data dari penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu kuisioner. Uji Hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linier Berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Intan Bara Utama (IBU) Simpang Pasir. 2) Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Intan Bara Utama (IBU) Simpang Pasir.

The purpose of this study determine the influence of motivation and work environment to the Employee Performance PT Borneo Indah In Samarinda and determine the influence of these two variables motivation and work environment, where the dominant influence on employee performance PT Borneo Indah in Samarinda. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan budaya organisasi serta lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinrja pegawai dinas tenaga kerja dan transmigrasi provinsi kalimantan timur,metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan hasilnya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja peawai dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
