Abstract

The development of ICT in various aspects including office management. Now archives have also used technology as a tool to process, access and disseminate and preserve archives. Archives that have use value are now presented and accessed through electronic media. At the Business Administration Department of Madiun State Polytechnic has been acting as an archive processing unit and also manages electronic records. Therefore, in this study wanted to find out how far the use of electronic archives in the Business Administration Department of Madiun State Polytechnic in supporting the effectiveness of employee performance by managing archives. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Where the object of this research is electronic archives in the Business Administration Department of Madiun State Polytechnic. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study use interactive analysis models. Based on the results of the study showed the use of E-filling has not been able to fully support the work effectiveness of the administrative staff of the Department of Business Administration, Madiun State Polytechnic.

Abstract

As one of the clearest markers of many outward appearance markers, clothing is a distinctive individual and group identity. Therefore, even though being worn in a single organization, the symbol of uniform can have its own identity and tradition. Fashion and clothing are ways that individuals use to determine themselves as individuals and express some of their uniqueness. As a form of individualistic expression, there are values in fashion that are promoted or communicated through what is displayed. Relating this concept to dress policies for students of the Madiun State Polytechnic Business Administration Study Program on certain days. In terms of context, the evaluation results using the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product) shows that, the implementation of this policy supports a character that is more disciplined, obedient and orderly in regulations, creates authority through habituation and can reduce economic inequality and establish a sense of belonging towards the Study Program institutions and a sense of unity, as an identity or differentiation with other Study Program students. With regard to input, although there are various reactions to the implementation of the policy, there is no direct rejection. From the prospective of process, the means used are announcements posted on the Announcement Board of the Department and policy writing in the Guidebook. Whereas in terms of product, the changes that occur after students wear uniforms are to be more orderly, more disciplined, more controlled in acting, as well as feeling more authoritative, and can be emulated

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to convey the influence and impact of excellent service on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Excellent service is one of the efforts made by the company to serve customers as well as possible, so as to provide satisfaction to customers and meet the needs and desires of customers, both in the form of products or services. Excellent service is the best service provided by the company to meet the expectations and needs of customers, both customers within the company and outside the company. In excellent service there are two interrelated elements, namely service and quality. Both elements are very important to be considered by service personnel (salespeople, traders, waiters, or salesmen). Quality Service (Service Excellence) can create satisfaction and can create customer loyalty without going through customer satisfaction. The concept of excellent service can be applied to various organizations, agencies, governments, or business companies.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the development of small industries is an interesting thing to study. Given the small industry has special characteristics that are not owned by medium and large industries. This research will focus on the role of the entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial values ​​in its influence on the business independence of small industry players in the Madiun City, East Java, Indonesia. This research will be designed by exploring primary data in the form of a questionnaire and will use 50 small industry samples in the Madiun City, East Java Province, Indonesia. Furthermore, to solve the problem formulation, Structural Equation Modeling will be used as a tool to analyze data. The results of the analysis show that the value of entrepreneurship influences entrepreneurial behavior, entrepreneurial spirit and the value of entrepreneurship influences business independence.

Abstract

Business administration simulation course where students do role playing in groups consisting of 3-4 students who have different roles. The roles range from manager, secretary, finance and marketing. At the beginning of this course, students make a selection to compete for the position of company secretary and manager position. After selecting one company secretary who will later lead the simulation, 7 managers were also selected. of these seven managers must create a company that is mutually integrated both in the field of services and trade. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the problems faced by the class are related to teamwork, therefore, an appropriate method is needed to handle them so that the simulation process can run well and get the expected results. without teamwork and good relations within the group it is impossible to achieve this goal because all the work and assignments in this course require the roles of group members. The method offered in this study is the outbound learning method. Outbound is an open nature-based learning method in creative and attractive ways, so that learning becomes a comfortable and very enjoyable activity. The purpose of this outbound is to practice recognition and build confidence in learning, communicating with other individuals and teamwork. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant increase in each indicator of student teamwork between before and after outbound learning is applied.

Abstract

This research aims to know the emotional intelligence and working environment at SMAN 1 Aluh-Aluh, to know the performance of high school teachers of SMAN 1 Aluh-Aluh. to analyse how emotional intelligence and work environment impact the performance of high school teachers in SMAN 1 AluhAluh.The research methods used are descriptive analysis and verificative and operate the calculations using the SPSS 23.0 program. Variables in this research are emotional intelligence, work environment and teacher performance. Collection of data obtained through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and library studies. The sample withdrawal technique is non probability sampling. This research is the teacher of SMAN 1 Aluh-Aluh which amounted to 31 people. The results of this study concluded that: 1) Emotional intelligence at SMAN 1 Aluh-Aluh belongs to high category. 2) Working environment at SMAN 1 AluhAluh belongs to high category. 3) The performance of Guru in SMAN 1 Aluh-Aluh High School belongs to the category height. 4) Emotional intelligence partially affects significantly to teacher performance. 5) The working environment partially affects the teacher's performance. 6) The Emotional intelligence and working environment are simultaneously influential to the teacher's performance. It can be concluded that there is an influence between the emotional intelligence and the working environment to the teacher performance in SMAN 1 Aluh-Aluh Teacher.

Abstract

The strategy used by the Gandu Roast Chicken business actors in building consumer perception is done by forming positive quality perceptions through the attributes of roasted chicken products, especially in terms of quality, features, price, and service excellence. The excellence of the products and services presented has made consumers satisfied and finally shared their experiences with others. The occurrence of oral, written, and electronic communication through WOM (word of mouth) and E-WOM (electronic word-of-mouth) between communities encourages the formation of brand identity and gives rise to brand image, positive perceptions in the minds of consumers related to Chicken Roasted Gandu. Whether we realize it or not, consumers who are satisfied with the quality of products and services have promoted it, recommending it to others around them. Information about excellence that is spread through E-WOM obtained from others has a strong influence. Recommendations from other consumers are more reliable, because they are independent, non-commercial, honest, and have no relationship with business actors. Besides that, the range of its spread is also very wide, because it takes place on social networking sites of the internet and social media that have no geographical restrictions, time or social ties, so before deciding to buy a product, consumers can get many opportunities to exchange information easily and effectively. Abstract

A leader must think of himself as a citizen of an open world. Transglobal leadership is needed because of transglobal trade and global technology integration. Future managers must understand how to handle global production, marketing, and sales to achieve a competitive advantage. Based on this, it is necessary to have support from the company to improve employee performance so that organizational goals can be achieved properly. Employee behavior in improving their performance is a response to the support provided by the company through transglobal leadership and can then encourage work involvement. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that can influence transglobal leadership and work involvement in improving employee performance and to determine the factors that most influence the performance of SME Handicraft employees in Malang City. This study uses an explanatory with a quantitative approach. The primary data used in this study were collected by distributing questionnaires to 60 UKM Crafts employees in Malang City via an online method using Google.form. The sampling technique in this study used the proportional random sampling method. Determine the number of samples using the Roscoe formula. The results showed that transglobal leadership has a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Work discipline is a person's awareness and willingness to comply with all applicable company regulations and social norms. One of the elements to developing excellence in human resources is work discipline. The company's work culture is designed to maximize employee performance, which will have an effect on the expansion of the company's performance.. The better the work discipline of employees, the company's goals will be achieved optimally. This study aims to determine the work discipline of Quality Control Department employees at PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) Madiun which is focused on strategies to build work discipline according to Priansa (2019). Descriptive qualitative methodology is used in this research. The data sources used include primary data sources from observation and interviews, secondary data sources from documentation, and online sources. The data obtained was then presented systematically and then compared with Priansa's theory regarding strategies to build work discipline consisting of seven indicators. The result show that the Quality Control Department has implemented a strategy to build employee work discipline, namely by providing awards, training, counseling, and applying technology within the company. However, the Quality Control Department has not implemented a strategy to build work discipline, build an ergonomic workplace environment, avoid excessive demands on employees, and take vacations
